  • Recently, the demand to interpret image data with artificial intelligence in various fields is rapidly increasing. Object recognition and detection techniques using deep learning are mainly used, and video integration analysis to determine unstructured object recognition is a particularly important problem. In the case of natural disasters or social disasters, there is a limit to the object recognition structure alone because it has an unstructured shape. In this paper, we propose intelligent video integration analysis system that can recognize unstructured objects based on video turning point and object detection. We also introduce a method to apply and evaluate object recognition using virtual augmented images from 2D to 3D through GAN.

  • The educational courses for the procedural-oriented and object-oriented programming languages have been prepared respectively in many universities. However, the comparison of two languages has not been shown in the same class. In this paper, we compared two distinctive languages, C and Java, and developed a new class material and the relating web contents, through which those who are interested may maximize their understanding and programming skills based on the different programming language.

  • The purpose of this study is for classification to do a short distance rural area with the object to the center to Cheongju area. This study used principal component analysis and geography information system, and it was disciplined oneself. It was done a study object region to Cheongju-si, Cheongwon-gun Goesan-gun, Eumseong-gun, and we divided an index by of 22 large class and 104 small class, and the SPSS analyzed the Principal Component Analysis. We used a Geography Information System, and it was made graphical data by the results that have finished Principal Component Analysis.

  • As drones gain more popularity these days, drone detection becomes more important part of the drone systems for safety, privacy, crime prevention and etc. However, existing drone detection systems are expensive and heavy so that they are only suitable for industrial or military purpose. This paper proposes a novel approach for training Convolutional Neural Networks to detect drones from images that can be used in embedded systems. Unlike previous works that consider the class probability of the image areas where the class object exists, the proposed approach takes account of all areas in the image for robust classification and object detection. Moreover, a novel loss function is proposed for the CNN to learn more effectively from limited amount of training data. The experimental results with various drone images show that the proposed approach performs efficiently in real drone detection scenarios.

  • An entity-based integrated design product and process model uses product and process entities to describe design information and design activities, respectively. The concepts and notation for product and process entities in the entity-based integrated design model are similar to the concepts of object-oriented programming languages such as C++ and Smalltalk. This paper uses C++ to program an entity-based integrated design model for building frames structures. The design information and activities involved in the three dimensional building space, the locations of frames, and the grouping of frames represented as entities in the entity-based integrated design model are transformed to C++ codes. Each product or process entity can be basically transformed to an class. The attributes of an entity can be defined as variables and member functions of a class.

  • XML documents which are used for exchanging structured documents between heterogeneous distributed system are increasing recently. It needs an object-oriented visualization tool for XML documents. So, we propose rules and an algorithm to represent structure of XML documents using UML Class Diagram. It helps to generate XML documents which are included links by understanding easily constructs of them and reduce gap of schema for them between heterogeneous databases. We propose formal models and modeling functions of XML links which provide an efficient environment for processing object-oriented documents.

  • State diagrams describe the dynamic behavior of an individual object as a number of states and transitions between these states. In this paper, we propose an automated technique to the generation of a state diagram from class operations with pre/post conditions. And I also develop a supporting tool, SDAG (State Diagram Automatic Generation tool). Additionally, we propose a complexity metric and a state diagram generation approach concerning types of each operation for decreasing complexity of generated state diagram.

  • The learning application of the rotating object utilizing smart devices, it is possible by using the touch functionality and 3D graphics to enhance the realism and operational feeling, and to overcome the limitations of learning content existing. In this study, I designed a "rotation class" based on the learning contents of elementary and middle mathematics education and developed the learning application which driven by smart Android-based device by using Andoroid API class and the OpenGL ES Because this application is driven by the smart devices, learners easily can make the rotated objects and observe them. It can be utilized in various for elementary and middle education.

  • In this study, regions infected by pine wilt disease were extracted by using object-based classification method (OB-infected region), and the characteristics of special distribution about OB-infected region were figured out. Scale 24, Shape 0.1, Color 0.9, Compactness 0.5, and Smoothness 0.5 was selected as the objected-based, optimal weighted value of OB-infected region classification. The total accuracy of classification was high with 99% and Kappa coefficient was also high with 0.97. The area of OB-infected region was approximately 90 ha, 16% of the total area. The OB-infected region in Age class V and VI was intensively distributed with 97% of the total. Also, The OB-infected region in Middle and Large DBH class was intensively distributed with 99% of the total. In terms of the topographic characteristics of OB-infected region, the damages occurred approximately 86% below the altitude of 200 m, and occurred 91% with a slope less than 10 degree. The damage occurred a lot in low hilly mountain and undulating slope. In addition, the accessibility to road and residential area from OB-infected region was less than 300 m in large part. Overall, it was figured out that artificial effect is stronger than natural effect with regard to the spread of pine wilt disease.
