  • 인터넷을 발전에 따라 데이터의 전송량이 음성 전송량을 능가하고 있으나 현재의 네트워크로는 빠르고 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 전송을 보장할 수 없다. 데이터와 음성 모두의 빠르고 신뢰성 있는 전송과 관리를 위하여 개발된 패킷 중심 네트워크를 NGN이라 한다. NGN에서는 효율적인 전송과 관리를 위하여 기존(PSTN)의 교환기의 콜 에이전트를 소프트웨어로 구성하여 범용컴퓨터에서 운용될 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 콜 에이전트를 소프트웨어로 설계하기 위하여 H/W 개발을 위하여 설계된 기본호처리모델인 BCSM을 객체지향방법론의 표준인 UML을 이용하여 설계를 하였다. 그리고 설계된 모델의 검증을 위하여 LSL(LarchShared Language)를 이용하여 정형명세를 하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 음성 중심의 통신이 아닌 데이터 중심의 통신을 위한 네트워크인 PSTN/IP 통합망의 기본 호처리 프로세스를 객체 지향 관점에서 모델링을 하였다. 데이터 통신의 빠른 증가를 충족 시키기 위해, 기존의 하드웨어로 구성된 교환기를 범용 컴퓨터를 이용해 구현하고자 하는 PSTN/IP 통합망의 개발은 하드웨어 관점의 모델링이 아닌 소프트웨어 관점의 모델링을 기반으로 구축되어야 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 하드웨어 교환기 모델링에서 사용되던 State Model을 객체 지향 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 모델링의 표준인 UML(Unified Modeling Language) 표기법을 이용해 재모델링하였다.

  • NRCL(NaRae Hardware Control Language)은 C++ 기반의 산업용 객체 지향 실시간 언어이다. NRCL은 멀티태스킹이 가능하며, 이벤트 위주(Event-Driven) 방식의 가벼운 언어이다. 언어를 가볍게 만들기 위해 NRCL은 태스크를 최소 단위의 객체(컴포넌트)로 정의하였으며, 스케줄러(메시지 처리기)를 통해 우선 순위 방식으로 태스크들을 활성화시킨다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 실시간 시뮬레이터 작성을 위한 객체지향 실시간 언어 NRCL을 제안하고, NRCL을 통한 재사용성, 이식성, 확장성, 유지 보수성을 보인다.

  • 생산시스템 관련 연구에서 시뮬레이션은 중요한 도구로 폭넓게 활용되어 왔다. 생 산시스템을 분석하기 위한 시뮬레이션 모델은 그 기본구조가 정형화되어 있기 때문에 생산 시스템 시뮬레이터 개발에 관련된 사례연구가 적지 않다. 최근 들어서는 객체지향 접근방법 을 이용한 시뮬레이터가 상용화되는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 객체지향 생산시스템 시뮬레 이터를 설계 및 구현하는데 있어서 객체지향 접근 방법의 잇점인 재사용성 및 확장성을 제 고 시킬수 있는 방안으로 Pattern을 이용한 설계기법 및 S/W Metrics를 이용한 설계평가 방법에 대해서 논의한다. 또한 현재 개발중인 생산 시스템 시뮬레이터 KU-FASIM에 이런 개념들이 실제 적용된 결과에 대해서 검토해 본다.

  • Electromagnetic field simulator have been developed on Java 2 platform (J2SE) because provides robust solutions for applications as well as object oriented design. The simulator can be easily utilized with independent platform. Physical variables for the simulator can be controlled by the user. The numerical results are immediately displayed with graphical images in real time. Therefore, this simulator is intended to be used for education such as antenna engineering, microwave engineering, electromagnetic theory and so on.

  • Most rail system related simulations currently used are designed to simulate only one discipline system. This obviously assunes the other discipline system are running regularly not being affected by the system being simulated. In this paper a multi discipline simulator is proposed and its design concept is presented.A multi discipline simulator is the simultor in which major subsystems with different technical discipline are simulated simultaneously. The advantage of the simulator is in that it makes it possible to analyze the systems behavior while other discipline system vary. With this we can identify the possible to analyze the systems ehavior find their solutions. A proto type simulator has bee developed using object oriented programming. Object concept was judged best suitable to model the various multi-discipline self-controlling railway subsystems. It was applied to the target system, which is under development by the Korea Railroad Research institute. The test results show it is very useful in design verification. It could also be a good tool in research and development work to make to improe the system.

  • The production process of the compound-curved hull plates includes hull design, definition, fairing, modeling, lofting, cutting, and forming in sequence. Traditional fabrication methods and shop environment caused low level to productivity in medium and small sized shipyards. The most effective solution to solve those problems is to rationalize the layout of facilities. For the well-balanced development of domestic shipbuilding industry, it is urgently required to reduce the gap between modernized large sized shipyards and traditional small and medium sized shipyards in production technologies and efficiencies. For the efficient and accurate hull piece forming, all information from design to forming should be clarified and organized in a systematic manner. Thus, management of the information plays an important role in the computerized and automated of hull piece forming. The object of this paper is to survey the status of the field, to find out the feasibility and to introduce a draft of hull piece fabrication line for small and medium sized shipyards. The development of required system follows the object oriented technology to extend to simulation based system for carrying out physical product flow and facilities layout analysis. It is feasible to operate such a modernized facility for a group of small and medium shipyards who are unable to have each of their own facility because of its large amount of initial investment and insufficient work load.

  • The purpose of this study was the implementation of a simulation for a subsea production system. This subsea production system is installed under environments with high pressure and low temperature. Most of the processes for oil and gas production occur in the subsea equipment. Therefore, an understanding and study of subsea production systems is very difficult because people cannot directly observe the processes occurring in the subsea production system. A simulation system can be a useful solution for this difficult problem. In this research, information models and a 3-D graphic model of the subsea equipment were built using the object-oriented technology and 3-D CAD. The entire system was implemented with the help of simulation software, 3-DVIA Virtools. The simulation system for the subsea production system was tested using several production process scenarios. The results of the tests showed that the simulation system is very useful for understanding a subsea production system and could be a good educational tool.

  • The paper deals with the implementation of prototype Ship Simulator system (VRSS) by Virtual Reality techniques with Head Mounted Display (HMD) device. The prototype VRSS was consists of PC-based human sensors, object oriented operating system. In addition, two kinds of databases arranged from Head Related Transfer Functions and 3D object models were used to create 3D sea sound, and to construct virtual world, respectively. Using the prototype system, we carried out some simulation tests for the overtaking situation to prevent collisions at sea, and discussed on the usability of the system. As results from simulations, the prototype VRSS can provide multisensory and interactive display environment. The results gave rise to the user interaction with 3D objects that give realistic reproduction of navigational environments under a given scenario. Thus, we found that the prototype VRSS should be one of the next-generation ship simulation system.

  • The rural simulation model is necessary to do a effective rural planing. And it is considered to objected-oriented concept because rural are composed of facilities which have organic relations each other. For constituting object, classify rural facilities. In existing study, rural resource is consists of 2 fields including 14 categories, specially rural facility is configured with 20 categories which is represented three geometric element factor. Rural is a group which constructed to multi-layer facilities. So constitute object structure with 4 steps and 5 layers using MPC model.
