초등기하 학습에서의 구체물과 반구체물 활용에 대한 연구 (A Study on Application of Concrete Object and Semi-Concrete Object in Elementary Geometry Learning)

  • 수학 학습이 구체물이나 친숙한 상황을 다양하게 제시해주는 것으로부터 시작되어야 한다는 입장은 CSA(Concrete-Semiconcrete-Abstract)라는 이름으로 잘 알려져 있다. 이에 비하여 최근 Kaminski 등의 연구는, 다양한 맥락을 가진 구체물로 수학적 개념을 학습하는 것보다 추상적인 개념을 먼저 학습하는 것이 지식의 전이 측면에서 효과적일 수 있음을 주장한다. 본고에서는 이러한 상반된 관점을 고려하여, 구체물, 반구체물, 추상적 개념의 지도순서를 다르게 적용한 수업을 분석하고 그 교육적 시사점을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 구체물로 시작하여 개념을 도입한 수업은 수학에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 가지게 한 것으로 보였으나 그 효과가 지속적이지는 않았으며, 성취도 면에서도 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았고, 오히려 구체물이 가지는 과도한 구체성으로 인해 오류를 보이는 경우가 관찰되었다. 이러한 오류는 반구체물로 개념을 도입한 수업에서는 발견되지 않았는데, 이는 비본질적 요소가 사상된 반구체물이 추상적인 개념 학습에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

움직임 추정에 기반한 단일 이동객체 추적 (Tracking of Single Moving Object based on Motion Estimation)

  • 컴퓨터 비전에 관한 연구는 인간의 시각 능력을 대신할 시스템을 구축하고자 하는 것으로 특히 이동 객체추적 시스템은 최근 중요한 연구 분야로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 움직임 추정에 기반 한 단일 이동객체를 추적할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 추적 시스템은 차영상 기법을 이용하여 객체의 움직임을 추정하곤 카메라의 Pan/Tilt를 제어함으로서 이동 객체를 추적할 수 있도록 하였다. 구현된 시스템은 영상획득 및 전처리 단계, 움직임 추정 단계, 객체 추적 단계로 구성하였다. 실시간 추적 실험을 실시한 결과 이동 객체의 움직임을 추정할 수 있었고, 추적 과정에서도 객체를 일어버리지 앉고 정상적으로 추적할 수 있었다.

3차원 영상 객체 휴먼팩터 알고리즘 측정에 관한 연구 (A Research on the Measurement of Human Factor Algorithm 3D Object)

  • The 4th industrial revolution, digital image technology has developed beyond the limit of multimedia industry to advanced IT fusion and composite industry. Particularly, application technology related to HCI element algorithm in 3D image object recognition field is actively developed. 3D image object recognition technology evolved into intelligent image sensing and recognition technology through 3D modeling. In particular, image recognition technology has been actively studied in image processing using object recognition recognition processing, face recognition, object recognition, and 3D object recognition. In this paper, we propose a research method of human factor 3D image recognition technology applying human factor algorithm for 3D object recognition. 1. Methods of 3D object recognition using 3D modeling, image system analysis, design and human cognitive technology analysis 2. We propose a 3D object recognition parameter estimation method using FACS algorithm and optimal object recognition measurement method. In this paper, we propose a method to effectively evaluate psychological research techniques using 3D image objects. We studied the 3D 3D recognition and applied the result to the object recognition element to extract and study the characteristic points of the recognition technology.

The Study of Italian Velvet $14^{th}$ Century-$17^{th}$ Century

  • The purpose of this study is to document an unidentified velvet fabric which is located in the Museum. The investigation was conducted by analyzing color, weaving technique. pattern of the study object. To identify the origin of the object, many references about color trends, construction methods and patterns were accessed. Two comparative objects which were dating from 1600 to 1699 in the Museum of F.I.T. were selected since they are similar to the study object. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; (1) The type of this study object is 'cut and voided velvet'. It is obtained establishing the motif as areas of cut pile so as to form a pattern, while leaving other areas of the grounded weave without pile. Two flowers and two tulips with S curved stems are composed as one unit in the vertical direction. (2) The colors used in this study object. which are ivory, smoke blue, medium orange, and yellow. are part of a new trend color in the $17^{th}$ century. (3) The vertical undulating stripe patterns are also of significance in this fabric. They seemed to be contemporary with the serpentine line which was common since the $15^{th}$ century and the vertical stripes pattern which appeared from the $16^{th}$ century. (4) The stylized tulip patterns of this study object began to appear in the early $17^{th}$ century. The stems and leaves of this patterns are less sinuous than the floral motifs of the later $17^{th}$ century. Therefore, the study object is dated to early in $17^{th}$ century because of the color combination. stripes. stylized tulips, leaves. and stems are showing the characteristics of this period.

  • This paper proposes to study on the interoperation between Relation Database(RDB) and Object-oriented database(OODB). It also describes some Characteristics of OODB and introduces the UniSQL system. This paper suggests a new systemcalled URODB (Unifide Relation & Object-oriented database) that will overcome the limits of OODB, improve the shortcomings of the present RDB, and increase the interchangeability in particular.

  • Recently, the computer software technology is not keeping pace with the increasing demand of application software development and rapid changes in business environment. To overcome this "software crisis", many researchers have studied the methodologies to improve the productivity in software development and the flexibility of software usage. Among these methodologies, the most promising and intensively studied methodology is the Object-Oriented Approach The purpose of this study is, therefore, to examine the applicability of the Object-Oriented Approach for improving productivity and flexibility in Management Information Systems development. For an application, we selected a financial planning model, especially focusing on the budgeted income statement. In this thesis, we identified relevent objects in the budgeted income statement, and represented them in the object models. By implementing these object models using C++ language, we evaluated their adaptability in the budget-making process, and showed, by comparing them with the existing Planning '||'&'||' Modeling Languages such as IFPS(Interactive Financial Planning Saystem), their practicability in Management Information Systems. The results of this study are as follows: First, the same object models can be used in making the budgeted income statement both in the department level and in the corporate level. Second, the object models provide the flexibility and extensibility of an application program in case of the changes in business environment. Third, the Object-Oriented Approach is a practical methodology to improve the productivity and cut down the maintenance cost of application software development.t.

쿠마켄고의 건축론에서 나타나는 반(反) 오브젝트의 개념적 특성과 디자인 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Conceptual Characteristics and Design Methods of Anti-Object in Architectural Theory of Kengo Kuma)

  • This study is to contemplate an ultimate goal and new methodology the architecture and space design community should pursue forward by analyzing concepts in Kengo Kuma's idea of "Anti-object" and examining his design methods and characteristics. To this end, I reviewed space design methods and features in his book of "Anti-Object" and his architectures built around in 2000. The result is as in the followings. (1) Contact is an essential concept of "Anti-object" to connect and integrate divided materials and consciousness with time and space. (2) Elimination is a meaningful way to reverse "cohesiveness" of agglomerated cluster which is a form of object and reconstruct it into the form of passive and acceptive "Anti-object". This idea is realized through overlap of material property and removal of massing. (3) Minimization is a concept of "Anti-object" to set the temporality free from constraints of materials. Three-dimensional transparent faces and lines or patterns of porous materials can be used to remove static and coercive volume. (4) A particle is a "reflector of its environment." It rebuilds one-way or disconnected communication between human and architecture into an interactive one. Kengo Kuma materializes this "particle" by exploring positional relation with physical paths, precise details and measurements.

A study of human grasping ability and its application to a robot hand

  • In this paper, we discuss the smooth hand-over of an object from a man to a robot and vice versa. In order for a robot to grasp an object or release a grasped object stably without using object model, as a man does, one of the basic approaches is the physiological method motivated by the study of human hands. So, we analyze human's grasping behavior by measuring grasp and friction forces simultaneously as a man grasps a experimental device which is designed for grasping or hand-over. Also, we investigate two methods that can predict when and bow fingers will slip upon a grasped object. And then, we propose a method of the hand-over of an object between a man and a robot by applying human's capability to a robot hand control.

객체지향 시스템 모델링 활동과 시스템개발 성공: 이론과 실증적 탐색 (Object-Oriented Modeling Activity and Systems Development Success: Theory and Empirical Exploration)

  • This study proposes the concept and measurement of object-oriented systems modelling activity based on the previous research in the area of systems engineering, object-oriented modelling, and information systems. The modelling activity is related to information systems development success for exploring the correlation of each other. The object-oriented modeling activity is found to be related to user satisfaction with developed information systems, But the modeling activity does not have relation to the other successes, such as cost, development schedule, and maintenance. This study contributes to systems development modeling research, systems success, and object-oriented systems modelling research. Practically, the results support the usefulness of object-oriented modelling effort in the field in terms of user satisfaction.
