현대 중국어 모음 'o'의 음가 고찰 및 발음지도 제언

  • 现代汉语普通话中单元音'o'在不同韵母中的音值有差别, 但对此专家议论纷纷, 对学汉语的学生, 教汉语的老师是个难点之一. 本论文对'o'的音值和与'o'结合的二合复元韵母, 三合复元韵母进行考察, 寻找不同韵母中的'o'的正确的音值. 本论文把韩国教材里的关于'o'的说明进行分析, 再对中国学者的解释进行对照检查. 分析调查结果说明, 'o'是不同韵母中的音值不一样, 单元音'o'的实际音值是[o]和[ɔ]之间, 'ou'和'iou'的'o'的实际音值可以说是[o]或[ə]. 对于'ou', 'iou', 'uo'的'o'的音值, 有的韩国学者主张跟韩国语中[오]比较接近, 还有的学者主张跟韩国语中[어]更接近. 本论文还对怎样教好韵母'o'的发音提出方案.

Formation and Color of the Spinel Solid-Solution in $ZnO-Fe_2O_3-TiO_2-SnO_2$ System ($ZnO-Fe_2O_3-TiO_2-SnO_2$계 Spinel 안료 고용체의 생성과 발색)

  • The formations of spinel and colors of ZnO-Fe2O3-TiO2-SnO2 system have been researched on the basis of ZnO-Fe2O3 system. Specimens were prepared by substituting Fe3+, with Ti4+ or Sn4+ when mole ratios between Fe3+ and Ti4+ or between Fe3+ and Sn4+ were 0.2 mole. The reflectance measurement and X-ray diffraction analysis of the formation of spinel and the colors of there specimens were carried out. ZnO-Fe2O3 system in which Fe2O3 was substituted with SnO2 and TiO2 was formed the spinel structure of 2ZnO.TiO2, 2ZnO.SnO2, ZnO.Fe2O3. The stable stains which were colored with yellow and brown could be manufactured.

Effects of $Fe_2O_3$ Addition on the Properties of MgO and Dolomite (마그네시아와 돌로마이트의 특성에 미치는 $Fe_2O_3$ 의 첨가영향)

  • MgO clinker and two kinds of dolomite clinkers with different microstructures and CaO contents were used as starting materials, and the effects of Fe2O3 addition on the properties of MgO and dolomite were investigated in the range of 2 to 8 wt% of Fe2O3 content. Secondary phases contributed to densification of MgO-Fe2O3 and dolomite-Fe2O3 were magnesioferrite and dicalciumferrite, respectively. Sinterabilities of MgO-Fe2O3 and dolomite-Fe2O3 were directly proportional to the amount of secondary phases. Also, sinterability of dolomite itself was dependent on the microstructure of starting material including distribution of CaO and MgO as well as the addition amount of Fe2O3. The flexural strength of MgO-Fe2O3 content was almost constant. The hydration resistance of dolomite with large size of MgO and discontinuous distribution of CaO was higher than that of dolomite with small size of MgO and continuous distribution of CaO. Also, the minimum content of Fe2O3 to prevent they hydration of dolomite was about 4wt%. As increasing Fe2O3 content, the penetration resistance of MgO-Fe2O3 was improved by the increment of magnesioferrite. On the other hand, the penetration resistance of dolomite-Fe2O3 was decreased because of the increment of dicalciumferrite having low melting point.

Phase Cooperation Between Mo-V-O and Metal Oxide in Selective Oxidation of Acrolein (아크롤레인 선택 산화반응에서 Mo-V-O와 금속산화물의 상간협동)

  • The synergistic effects in mechanical mixture catalysts of Mo-V-O and metal oxide were investigated for the selective oxidation of acrolein. The metal oxides used are $SnO_2$, ${\alpha}-Sb_2O_4$, $WO_3$, ${\alpha}-Al_2O_3$, CuO, $MnO_2$, $Cu_2O$, MgO, CoO, and ZnO. Mechanical mixtures of Mo-V-O plus $SnO_2$ or ${\alpha}-Sb_2O_4$ had resulted in higher conversion of acrolein and higher yield of acrylic acid than Mo-V-O. The origin of the synergy is attributed to the cooperation of Mo-V-O and $SnO_2$ or ${\alpha}-Sb_2O_4$, in which $SnO_2$ or ${\alpha}-Sb_2O_4$ forms dissociated oxygens at their oxygen vacancies and transports them to Mo-V-O. $Cu_2O$, MgO, CuO, and $MnO_2$, increased conversion of acrolein but decreased yield of acrylic acid. CoO and ZnO inhibited the catalytic performance of Mo-V-O. The different role of these metal oxides is explained in terms of their oxidation-reduction properties.

Photocatalytic and Antipathogenic Effects of TiO2/CuxO (1 (TiO2/CuxO (1)

  • Copper oxide (CuO) was synthesized from $CuCl_2$ by solution method. Anatase $TiO_2$ particle was dispersed into the solution before preparing CuO, so that $TiO_2$/CuO heterojunction was created through the nucleation of CuO onto the $TiO_2$ surface. Some amount of CuO was reduced to $Cu_2O$ by treating glucose into the solution, thereby preparing $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ complex. The obtained $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ complex showed advanced phtocatalytic activity under the sun light compared with the P-25 sample. In addition, the the $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ complex showed excellent antipathogenic effect.

  • MgFe2O4 formation, grain growth in Fe2O3, Fe solid-solution limit in MgO for MgO-Fe2O3 mixture were studied by means of investigating the distribution of phases and compositions in reaction area between MgO and Fe2O3. The reaction area at equlibrium was composed with MgO-FexO matrix and MgFe2O4 precipitation, MgFe2O4 was formed by precipitating from MgO-FexO matrix dependent on oxygen partial pressure. Fe contents was exponentially decreased with diffusion distance in MgO single crystal, and thus Fe solid-solution limitation in MgO was about 4mol%. The grain growth rate in Fe2O3 base was increased with Mg contents diffused from MgO single crystal.

Formation and Structure of $CaO-P_2O_5-SiO_2$ Glasses ($CaO-P_2O_5-SiO_2$계 유리의 형성 및 구조)

  • The glass formation and structural change with the glass compositions were investigated in the CaO-P2O5-SiO2 system with less than 40 wt% of P2O5. The glass formation range was determined by XRD, SEM and EDS techniques for water quenched specimens. The structural analyses were made for binary CaO-SiO2 glasses and ternary CaO-P2O5-SiO2 glasses by using FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy. The glass formation was affected by CaO/SiO2 mole ratio, P2O5 content and primary crystalline phase. The stable glass formation range was found when the transformed CaO/SiO2 mole ratio (new factor derived from structural changes) was in the range of 0.72~1.15 with less than 10 mol% of P2O5. The structural analyses of CaO-SiO2 glasses indicated that as the CaO/SiO2 ratio was increased, the nonbridging oxygens in the structural unit of the glasses were increased. With addition of P2O5 to CaO-SiO2 glasses, the P2O5 enhanced the polymerization of [SiO4] tetrahedra unit in CaO-SiO2 glasses, which contained a large portion of nonbridging oxygen. The phosphate eliminated nonbridging oxygens from silicate species, forcing polymerization of silicate structures and produced in [PO4] monomer in glasses. When added P2O5 was kept constant, the structural change with various CaO/SiO2 ratio was very similar to that of CaO-SiO2 glasses.

A Study on the Acid Property and the Activity of Xylene Oxidation Catalyst (자일렌 산화반응 촉매의 산특성과 반응성에 관한 연구)

  • The acid properties of $V_2O_5-TiO_2/SiO_2$ catalysts and the partial oxidation of o-xylene into phthalic anhydride had been investigated in order to relate the acid property of catalyst to the catalytic activity. $V_2O_5$ had both weak (V=O) and strong (V-O-V) acid sites which gave pyridine desorption peaks at $230^{\circ}C$ and $300^{\circ}C$, respectively, and the amount of weak acid sites at $230^{\circ}C$ decreased with the increase of calcination temperature. On the other hand, the amount of weak acid sites increased considerably by increasing the amount of $TiO_2$ to the $V_2O_5-TiO_2/SiO_5$, and the maximum value was shown at 20 and higher mole % of $TiO_2$ with respect to $SiO_2$. In the oxidation of o-xylene, $V_2O_5-TiO_2/SiO_2$ enhandced more the total conversion and the selectivity to phthalic anhydride than $V_2O_5/SiO_2$, and the higher $TiO_2$ ratio to $V_2O_5$ increased the total conversion but could not change the selectivity to phthalic anhydride. Weak acid sites (V=O) led o-xylene to partial oxidation producing phthalic anhydride by adsorbing o-xylene weakly, while acid sites (V-O-V) led it to total oxidation producing CO and $CO_2$ by adsorbing it strongly.

  • In this study, Li2O-BaO-Ga2O3-TeO2-TiO2-GeO2 glasses with high transmittance in mid-infrared region and high refractive indices were successfully synthesized. The relationship between glass properties and glass composition was analyzed. In Li2O-BaO-Ga2O3-TeO2-TiO2-GeO2 glass system, as increasing TeO2 concentration, the refractive index increases and the glass transition temperature decreases. In addition, as increasing BaO concentration, the refractive index increases without decrease of Abbe number. The IR-cut off wavelength shifted to the longer wavelength with increasing TeO2 and BaO contents due to their large molecular weight. The glass transition temperature significantly decreases when BaO was replaced with Li2O.

A Study on the Transparent Glass-Ceramics On Al2O3-SiO2 System (투명 결정화 유리에 관한 연구 - $Al_2O_3-SiO_2$계에 관하여)

  • CaO and ZnO were added to Al2O3-SiO2 binary system respectively as flux, then ZrO2 and TiO2 were applied as nucleating agent to these CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 and ZnO-Al2O3-SiO2 ternary system glass. The transparency could not be kept in CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass, whereas the transparent glass-ceramics were prepared in ZnO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass containing ZrO2 as the nucleating agent. At this time the optimum heating temperatures for the nucleation and the crystal growth were 78$0^{\circ}C$ and 97$0^{\circ}C$. The sizes of the precipitated crystals in the transparent glass-ceramics were below 0.1 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, and their light transmissibilities were more than 80%.
