  • Computer animation is tile most advanced composite art to apply image, sound to the theme, Domestic technique is improved but still lacks creativity and content in theinternational market. In this paper, I'll notify the importance of planning and introduce narrative animation to produce their own style of animation. A successful career in the digital animation industry requires more than just technical expertise. It also demands creative mastery, a sense of wonder and boundless imagination. This unique hands-on program combines traditional, creative and technical skills and develops digital artists, not software technicians. Especially, people involved in the industry shouldrecognize a special quality of narrative animation in today's 3D animation and game- saturated climate. Therefore, they are able to create a new form of high-quality animation. It will be expected to promote digital animation education with a new index.

  • Background: Most of cleft lip and palate patients have the esthetic and functional problems of midfacial deficiencies due to innate developmental tendency and scar tissues from repeated operations. In these cases, maxillary protraction is required for the harmonious facial esthetics and functional occlusion. Case presentation: A 7-year old boy had been diagnosed as severe maxillary constriction due to unilateral complete cleft lip and palate. The author tried to correct the secondary deformity by early distraction osteogenesis with the aim of avoiding marked psychological impact from peers of elementary school. From 1999 to 2006, repeated treatments, which consisted of Le Fort I osteotomy and face mask distraction, and complementary maxillary protraction using miniplates were performed including orthodontics. But, final facial profile was not satisfactory, which needs compromising surgery. Conclusions: The result of this study suggests that if early distraction treatment is performed before facial skeletal growth is completed, an orthognathic surgery or additional distraction may be needed later. Maxillofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeons should notify this point when they plan early distraction treatment for cleft maxillary deformity.

  • The implementation of cellular phone based applications has been growing very fast because of WIPI which is one of hardware independent platforms. In this paper, we design and implement a system to combine the animation avatar and e-mail service by using WIPI platform, so that the user can symbolize himself/herself by his/her avatar in using the email. Also, as the general email applications have functions to integrate the email and the scheduling, this system has the integrated email & scheduling functionality. At the same time, This system uses SMS service in order to notify scheduled time and it synchronizes the schedule data with Microsoft Outlook on the computer. So, this system extends the existing email applications by supporting the mobility.

  • Background : Most traditional Korean doctors use "Packed Herbal Medicine", which is made from boiling various herbs together. However, the current insurance system doesn't cover the act of making packed herbal medicine. Therefore it is urgent for these doctors to study and find the best and most logical insurance program to cover the Packed Herbal Medicine system. Objectives : The purposes of this study were to investigate whether Announced System of Herb Price is proper for stability of medical herbs's price. Methods : This study made these following results by studying medical herbs's price of KOMD(The korea oriental medicine distribution company) from 2004 March to 2007 March The results are summarized as follows ; The 50 most frequently used herbs were chosen from the 831 standard prescriptions according to 26 pre-determined specific diseases. These prescriptions are considered the most important for this study and insurance purposes. fluctuations of fifty medical herbs which were used much about a predetermined list of 831 prescriptions are multiple function not linear equation. fluctuations of fifty medical herbs which were used much about a predetermined list of 831 prescriptions are different according to time. Therefore, to notify medical herbs's price is valid method for stability of medical herbs's price.

The percentages of using symbols were descriptive symbol(61%), word symbol(29%), and abstractive symbol(l0%). The Apparel Brands used the most frequently the descriptive symbol that represents or symbolizes a concrete object to represent the image of brand. The abstractive symbol that use a graphic style or geometrical form to deliver the character of brand was used lowest. I also adapted America's various regulations to regulate concerned parties(banks). Second, I focuses on the allocation of risk of loss caused by ambiguous term in payment orders that do not express the subjective intention of the senders. I also did analyze the solution procession of error occurring in course of send of payment order. Third, In any action which involves a customers's liability for an unauthorized electronic fund transfer, the burden of proof is upon the financial institution to show that the electronic fund transfer was authorized. Forth, Customers have to report the error and unauthorized electronic fund transfer after awaring of it. Then bank will be liable for such a unauthorized electronic fund transfer. • The Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 of 24 Juni 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs. This Regulation describes the legal framework for agricultural products and foodstuffs obtained organically. The Regulation establishes a harmonized framework for the production, labelling and inspection of agricultural products and foodstuffs in order to increase consumer confidence in such products and ensure fair competition between producers. This article presents a study about inspection and certification system of organic production of agricultural products and foodstuffs in Germany. In order to guarantee respect for the rules of production, the Regulation provides for an inspection system to ensure that operators who produce, prepare or store organic products or import them from third countries notify the competent private and public authorities in the Member States of their activities. These inspection authorities must, at the very least, ensure application of the minimum inspection and precautionary measures laid down in Annex III to the Regulation. For the production of meat, the Regulation states that the Member States must guarantee the traceability of products throughout the production, processing and preparation chain.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research is to suggest researchers to know the standards of research ethics violation and eliminate the researchers' anxiety for the possible cases in violation of research ethics through the notification on the web site with online paper submission system for over the last year. We have made an effort and achieved the most exemplary and leading position in the academic journals, however, not satisfied with this, we will endeavor to strengthen it. Research design, data and methodology - Plagiarism and overlapping publications are the most serious problems in research ethics. Therefore, it is necessary to verify the submitted articles making use of paper similarity test programs such as copy killer, KCI test, etc. Editorial board and reviewers should present clear evidences and notify contributors on research ethics violation after close review the contributors' article content. Results - This research focused on the submitted articles which were verified as research ethics violation, and categorized them into 7 cases. Conclusions - With analyzing the verified 7 cases from KODISA journals, this research will examine closely the verification system and regulations in the current academic research ethics. Afterwards, this research will seek for solution to the problems and make an effort to get improvement for them.

  • This paper has implemented a ubiquitous healthcare system that can measure and check the electrocardiogram of a human body in anytime and anywhere. The implemented prototype is composed of electrocardiogram measurement terminal, data gathering base node, and medical information server. The implemented node constructs a sensor network using the Zigbee protocol and the TinyOS is installed on each node. The data gathering base node is linux-based node that can transfer sensed medial data through wireless LAN. And, the medical information server stores the processed medical data and can promptly notify the urgent status to the connected medical team. Through experiment, we confirmed the possibility of ubiquitous healthcare system based on sensor network using the Zigbee.
