KLDP(리눅스 한글 문서 프로젝트, http://kldp.org)와 같이 많은 분량의 HTML 문서들로 이루어진 매뉴얼 사이트를 관리하는데 가장 어려운 점은 현수 참조(dangling reference), 오문 참조 (inaccurate content reference)와 같은 깨진 링크(broken link)를 관리하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 웹사이트의 HTML 문서들 사이에 존재하는 관계성(Relationship)과 제약 조건(Constraints)을 정의하여, HTML 문서의 삽입, 삭제, 변경이 발생할 경우 사용자에게 통지하거나, 트리거를 수행하여 HTML 문서들의 무결성(Integrity)을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 HIMS(HTML Document Integrity Management System)시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Recently, Smart Home System(SHS) is applied in order to provide comfort, energy efficient and better security to the residence. Thus, by introducing the SHS in the house of elderly people, it is possible to provide a convenient and safe life for old people especially living alone. This paper presents the design and implementation of a low cost but yet flexible and secure smart-phone based SHS. The design is based on inter-working between Arduino board with Bluetooth and Arduino board with Ethernet shield, and the home monitor/appliances are connected to the input/output ports of this board via sensors/relays. In addition, when the old man is put on an emergency, the proposed system will automatically notify it the family. Therefore, we have implemented an inexpensive and efficient SHS for the elderly living alone by inter-working smart phones, internet server and Arduino micro-controller.

In this paper, we propose an efficient freedom of information and Information access right which improves transparent and speedy administration process. To build open Information, we scrutinize that causes of non access right and change of civil service consciousness, attitude for open information by effectively open system circumstances. The Important thing is basic information that is available to the public through an agency's FOIA Reference Guide, all agencies must notify potential FOIA requesters of the formal rules and requirements for the making and handling of FOIA request, through their FOIA regulations. The characteristics of this paper focused on Information access right, causes of non access right and proposed policy. In this paper, The author emphasize are as follows: first, to examine freedom of information' necessity and problem that scrutinize a theoretic analysis, second, to understand civil servant's attitude for the freedom of information, third, to suggest action plan and agenda for the better of Good Governance and Democracy of information.

Accesses to lands, houses, the Internet and other utilities are regarded as basic human needs to escape poverty and are required to recognize the relationships between the digital divide and socio-economical inequality. The digital divide might not be a single technical disparity, but stems from a complicated mixture of economic and socio-technical symptoms of inequality. There is growing awareness of scrutinizing causal mechanisms between the digital divide and poverty since combating poverty could be a primary step to mitigate the digital divide. In this paper, the Hexad model is proposed to explicate poverty interpretation by using 6 parameters as a major tool for partly assisting in poverty monitoring system in connection with land information. A solution model of the Internet is suggested to break the digital divide. It expounds a conceptual framework and new idea for poverty management to notify spatio-temporal locations of poor actors and geography of the digital divide when efforts of poverty eradication hinge on understandings of geographic location of digital disadvantaged groups through parcel-based land information.

When cyber attacks are discovered in nuclear facilities, licensees are required to notify regulatory organizations for quick action. This also helps regulatory organizations to strengthen regulatory capabilities for cyber security. Currently the U.S. issued the final draft rule for Cyber Security Event Notifications. Domestic regulatory activities being at an early stage for cyber security need to implement law for Cyber Security Event Notifications. Since the current laws are focused on the aspect of safety, they are in need of more specific laws for cyber security.

Urban transit consists of signaling system, railway systems, power facilities systems and the other complicated facilities and the standards notify the standardizations, safety standards, performance standards and quality certification standards according to the Urban Transit Act. The government notifies and recommends these standards to improve the performance, safety and maintenance efficiency of urban transit. Now, we need to manage the records and traceability of the standards because they have reciprocal relations with the others so that, if some standards have been changed it could make some problems to the others. As a result, in this research, we suggest the way to manage the traceability of the standards by using the computation support tools.

A wireless sensor network (WSN) consists of several sensor nodes and usually one base station. In this paper, we propose a method to monitor topics using a wireless sensor network. Fire threatens people, animals, and plants, and it takes a lot of recovery time when a fire occurs. For this reason, it is necessary to use a fire monitoring system that is easy to configure and fast to avoid fire. In this paper, we propose a fast and easily reliable fire detection system using WSN. The wireless node of the WSN measures the temperature and brightness around the node. The measured information is transferred to the workstation and to the base station. The workstation analyzes current and historical data records to monitor the fire and notify the manager.

A dental bridge impacted in the esophagus of a 43-year-old man was successfully removed using endoscopy, without any further complications. It is of utmost importance that the medical staff carefully assess the patient's dental condition, provide clear documentation, and notify the patient appropriately to prevent dental prosthesis-related complications and claims. Anesthesiologists also need to be more cautious in the perioperative period, even after extubation, because this complication may not be completely avoidable.

In this paper we propose a new algorithm which resolves the inconsistency problems occurring when DNS severs are employed as elements of PKI. The inconsistency may take place between primary name servers and secondary name servers and between cached certificate and original certificate. The former can be removed by adapting RFC 1996 NOTIFY opcode for DNS. In order to eliminate the latter type of inconsistency we develope a new algorithm which is implemented with two additional RR(Resource Record). The present algorithm is designed such that DNS contacts the destination DNS prior to returning public key to users. Therefore the inconsistency problem occurring when DNS is operated as PKI can be eliminated by using the proposed adaptation and algorithm.

Recently, deep learning-based image recognition systems have been adopted to various surveillance environments, but most of them are still picture-type object recognition methods, which are insufficient for the long term temporal analysis and high-dimensional situation management. Therefore, we propose a method recognizing the specific dangerous situation generated by human in real-time, and utilizing deep learning-based object analysis techniques. The proposed method uses deep learning-based object detection and tracking algorithms in order to recognize the situations such as 'trespassing', 'loitering', and so on. In addition, human's joint pose data are extracted and analyzed for the emergent awareness function such as 'falling down' to notify not only in the security but also in the emergency environmental utilizations.
