In this paper, a testing architecture and procedure that an idle ATM virtual channel can be utilized for TCP channel is proposed. Four kinds or methodologies for protocol conformance testing have been standardized in ISO. Remote testing method used popularly have some disadvantages that developer must operate system manually in case of System Under Test (SUT) active testing and we cannot control and observe Implementation Under Test (IUT) often. It is proper to adopt distribute testing method than remote test in order to maximize test coverage and optimize fault coverage for conformance testing in ATM systems, and it is required that TCP channel is prepared for distribute testing method. The proposed architecture can adopt distributed testing method without extra physical channel for testing control. Also we can maximize the test coverage and implement the automation of testing without intervention of operator sustaining normal operation of ATM equipment.

The research vessel NARA equipped with an azimuth thruster system was built in 2015. There are few vessels with this propulsion system in Korea. This vessel has two modes such as the normal for maneuvering and the power for investigation, and the other two modes as one axis and two axes on the operating. This type of vessels does not seem to have a clear grasp of the maneuvering character in comparison with the vessel with a conventional propulsion system. So the authors carried out the sea test for the turning, the zigzag and the inclination, and the results are as follows. In turning test, the case of using the two axes mode is much better than the case of using the one axis mode for the elements of turning, such as advance, transfer, tactical diameter and final diameter, but turning hard over the rudder in full speed is very vulnerable to capsize in both modes. In zigzag test, the yaw quicking responsibility index, T is very large excessively, which means a bad counter maneuvering ability, so an operator has to keep in mind that in turning operation. If necessary to avoid collision at head on situation, it may be a more effective method to use the crash astern stop than the turning according to the conditions and circumstances for the shortest stopping distance is very short.

The task scheduling problem has received a lot of attention in recent years as a crucial area for research in the cloud environment. However, due to the difference in objectives considered by service providers and users, it has become a major challenge to resolve the conflicting interests of service providers and users while both can still take into account their respective objectives. Therefore, the task scheduling problem as a bi-objective game problem is formulated first, and then a task scheduling model based on the bi-objective game (TSBOG) is constructed. In this model, energy consumption and resource utilization, which are of concern to the service provider, and cost and task completion rate, which are of concern to the user, are calculated simultaneously. Furthermore, a many-objective evolutionary algorithm based on a partitioned collaborative selection strategy (MaOEA-PCS) has been developed to solve the TSBOG. The MaOEA-PCS can find a balance between population convergence and diversity by partitioning the objective space and selecting the best converging individuals from each region into the next generation. To balance the players' multiple objectives, a crossover and mutation operator based on dynamic games is proposed and applied to MaPEA-PCS as a player's strategy update mechanism. Finally, through a series of experiments, not only the effectiveness of the model compared to a normal many-objective model is demonstrated, but also the performance of MaOEA-PCS and the validity of DGame.
Purpose - Recent issues such as vessel enlargement, strengthening of environmental regulations, and port smartization are expected to increase costs and intensify competition in the port industry. In the new normal era, when external growth has reached its limit, the efficient operation of ports is becoming indispensable for achieving sustainable growth. This study aims to identify the determinants of inefficiency by examining the cost structure and efficiency of container terminals in Korea and furthermore propose the political implications to derive the maximization of efficiency. Design/methodology - This study estimates the cost function of container terminal operators and identifies the efficiency of container terminals using stochastic cost frontier (SCF) in the first stage. In the second step, the SCF results are compared with the data envelopment analysis (DEA). Last, this paper proposes efficiency determinants on container terminal operation to establish appropriate strategies. Out of the 29 container terminal operators in South Korea, 13 operators participated in the survey. The translog cost function was estimated utilizing a total of 116 observations collected over the 2007-2017 period. Findings - Empirical analysis shows that economies of scale exist in Korea's container ports, which provides a rationale for the government's policy to establish the global terminal operator by integrating small terminal operators to enhance competitiveness. In addition, as a result of the determinants analysis, container throughput, weight of direct employment costs, and labour cost share have positive effects on improving cost efficiency, while inefficiency increases as the length of quay increases. More specifically, cost efficiency improves as the proportion of direct employment costs to outsourcing service costs increases. Originality/value - This study contributes to analyzing the inefficiency factors of container terminals through efficiency analysis with respect to a cost function. In addition, this study proposes the practical and political implications, such as establishing a long-term manpower pool, the application of the hybrid liner terminal system, and the construction of a statistical data system, to improve the cost inefficiency of terminal operators.
Objective : Korean Version of Beck-II Depression Inventory to verify the reliability and validity of the proposed standards are practical and standardized, cut-off score by establishing a baseline indicating the presence of depression and depression On in the evaluation was to evaluate the clinical usefulness. Fourth, the Cutting calculated the score on the KBDI-II for ROC (Receiver operator characteristic) analysis yielding 18 dot, with the highest sensitivity and specificity was seen. Conclusion : Based on the results of this Study, the KBDI-II cut-off point should be valid as prescribed in 18 is considered.
Network reliability means network ability which perform normal operation of network components within defined time period, on the other hand, network survivability is the index of normal operation in nerwork failure. In occurrence of network failure, network operator is interested in the measurement of network survivability, but, in a view of subscribers, it is more interested in how many subscribers are out of service and how long the out of service state lasts. In this paper, a service outage evaluation model fitted for telecommunication network in Korea is proposed, which measures the impacts of subscribers in case of network failure which induces a service outage. The outage evaluation result of "Mobile to Land" service outage which has 30.000 subscribers affected for 30 minutes is 2.5. This value is 5 times larger than that of the same service outage which has 10,000 subscribers affected for 30 minutes, i.e, the impact of subscribers in the former case is 5 times larger than that of the latter case. If 30,000 subscribers have isolated in "Mobile to Land," "Local Mobile to Mobile" service for 30 minutes by the exchange out of order in PCS network, then the evaluation result of this service outage will be 3.75.
The rh-BMP-4 is a subgroup of TGF-${\beta}$ superfamily. The application of rh-BMP in alveolar bony defect was reported to new alveolar bone and new cementum formation. For minimized complications following tooth replantation, a operator must replant a tooth fast at the pertinent position. This study was to evaluate the effect of rh-BMP-4 on periodontal regeneration and root resorption following tooth replantation in rats. The 50 Sprague-Dawley rats weighting about 130gm were used in this study. The animals were divided into three groups. Group 1 ; immediate replantation after extraction : Group 2 ; replantation stored teeth extraction of first molar, the removal of periodontal ligament with collagenase, and etching with citric acid : Group 3 ; replantation stored teeth with treated rh-BMP-4 in mesial root. Experimental animals were sacrificed 3, 7, 14 days after replantation by heart infusion. The maxillae were removed, fixed, demineralized, dehydrated, infiltrated and embedded with JB-4 mixture. For light microscopic observation, 5 micron sections were cut and stained with toluidine blue. The results of this study were as follows : 1. After experimental 3 days, all groups were observed dead space between periodontum and root. 2. After experimental 7 days, group 1 and group 3 were observed filling periodontal fibers between alveolar bone and root but group 2 were not. 3. After experimental 7 days, group 3 were observed appearance of attached cementoblast like cell on root surface. Group 1 were observed regular arrangement of fibroblasts and collagen fibers at ${\times}400$ observation. 4. After experimental 14 days, all group were observed filling periodontal fibers between alveolar bone and root. Group 1 were observed normal arrangement of periodontal fibers. Group 3 were observed less abnormal arrangement of periodontal fibers. Group 2 were not observed functional normal arrangement of periodontal fibers. 5. After experimental 14 days, group 2 and 3 were observed several root resorption and irregular root surface but group 1 were not. These results suggest that the rh-BMP-4 can stimulate cementogenesis and enhance to attach collagen fibers.

BACKGROUND: 18% of difenoconazole+iminoctadin triacetate microemulsion (3%+15%) formulation were mixed and sprayed as closely as possible to normal practice on the ten of farms located in the Youngju of South Korea. Patches, cotton gloves, socks, masks and XAD-2 resin were used to measure the potential exposure for applicators wearing standardized whole-body outer and inner dosimeter (WBD). This study has been carried out to determine the dermal and inhalation exposure to difenoconazole during preparation of spray suspension and application with a power sprayer on a grape orchard. METHODS AND RESULTS: A personal air monitor equipped with an air pump IOM sampler and cassette and glass fiber filter were used for inhalation exposure. The field studies were carried out in a grape orchard. The temperature and relative humidity were monitored with a thermometer and a hygrometer. Wind speed was measured using a pocket weather meter. All mean field fortification recoveries were between 97.3% and 119.6% in the level of 100 LOQ (limit of quantification) while the LOQ for difenoconazole was $0.025{\mu}g/mL$ using HPLC-UVD. The arms exposure to difenoconazole for the mixer/loader (0.0794 mg) was higher than other body parts (head, hands, upper body, legs). The exposure to difenoconazole in the legs for applicator (3.78 mg) was highest in the parts of body. The dermal exposure for mixer/loader and applicator were 0.02 and 2.28 mg on a grape orchard, respectively. The inhalation exposure during application was estimated as 0.02 mg. The ratio of inhalation exposure to dermal exposure was equivalent to 0.9% of the dermal exposure. CONCLUSION: The inhalation exposure for applicator indicated $18.8{\times}10^{-3}mg$, which was level of 0.9% of the dermal exposure (2.28 mg). Operator exposure (0.004 mg/kg bw/day) to difenoconazole during treatment for grape is calculated as 2.5% of the established AOEL (0.16 mg/kg bw/day).
Stabilization splint therapy Precedes orthodontic intervention to enable the operator to find a 'true' centric(which is stable and comfortable), to test the patient's response to a change in the occlusion, prior to embarking upon a complex course of occlusal therapy : and finally, to see if the centric relation position can be stabilized. For this study, 47 malocclusion Patients enrolled for orthodontic treatment at the Department of Orthodontics, College of Dentistry, Chosun University comprised the malocclusion group, little variation of growth factor by the second molar eruption. They had Cr-Co discrepancy beyond normal range. For each patients the stabilization splint with mutually protected type of occlusal scheme was applied for 3 months. Condylar positions in CR and CO were measured using Penadent articulators, Panadent condylar position indicator(CPI), and transcranial projection before & after stabilization splint therapy. On the basis of this study, the results of this study were as follows 1. In all samples using CPI, there were statistical significances in CR-CO discrepancy(p<0.001) both before 8t after stabilization splint therapy. 2. In Rt and Lt+Rt/2 of superior joint space using transcranial projection, there were statistical significances in CR-CO discrepancy({<0.05) before & after stabilization splint therapy. 3. In supero-inferior components using CPI, there were statistical significances in CR-CO discrepancy(p<0.01) before & after stabilization splint therapy. 4. In all components except Rt using transcranial projection, there were no statistical significances in CR-CO discrepancy(p>0.05) before & after stabilization splint therapy. To sum up, CPI might be more effective than transcranial projection to reveal the changes between CR-CO discrepancies and stabilization splint might be more useful appliance for displaying the vertical changes, than the antero-posterior changes, of condylar position.

Waterway design should prioritize appropriate channel width to ensure preferential safe passage for the arrival and departure of vessels. To calculate the minimum channel width required for safe passage a comprehensive review of several factors is required. These factors include vessel maneuverability, determined by vessel size, type and speed; environmental factors such as wind, tide, and wave action; human factors, including personal experience and operator judgment as well as marine traffic and navigation support facilities for decision making. However, the Korean channel width design standard is based only on vessel length, and requires improvement when compared with the standards of PIANC, USA, and Japan. This study aims to estimate the appropriate channel width required for one-way traffic in a straight channel, considering various vessel and environmental factors, using Fast Time Simulation (FTS). When the wind speed is 25 knots, with a current speed of 2 knots and a normal vessel speed of 10 knots FTS shows that a 150K GT Cruise Ship requires a minimum channel width of 0.67-0.91 the vessel length (L), whereas a 120K TEU Container Ship and a 300K DWT VLCC require 0.79-1.17 and 1.02-1.59, respectively. Such results can be used to calculate the minimum channel width required for safe passage as an improved Korean design standard.
