소음인의 구중화(口中和), 구중불화(口中不和)의 의미에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the meaning of the Soeumin's Softness and Non-softness in the mouth)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of the Soeumin's Softness and Non-softness in the mouth(口中和, 口中不和). Methods We examined The Existing Doctors's using of the Softness and Non-softness in the mouth, and considered Jema Lee's using of the Softness and Non-softness in the mouth. Afterward, we considered the meaning of the Soeumin's Softness and Non-softness in the mouth in 『Donguisusebowon(東醫壽世保元)』. Results and Conclusion 1. Junggyeong Jang used the Softness in the mouth, and he didn't use the Non-softness in the mouth in 『Sanghanlun(傷寒論)』. 2. The Next Generation Doctors used the Softness in the mouth, and they didn't use the Non-softness in the mouth. Especially, Dongwon Lee used the Softness in the mouth as the Knowing the taste of food, and used the Non-softness in the mouth as the Non-knowing the taste of food. 3. Jema Lee used the Softness and Non-softness in the mouth as urgent indicator of the Soeumbyeong diarrhea in 『Gabobon(甲午本)』, and used the Softness and Non-softness in the mouth as classification indicator of the Taeeumbyeong and Soeumbyeong in 『Sinchuckbon(辛丑本)』. 4. The Non-softness in the mouth is Jema Lee's specific term. It means dry of mouth, thirsty and the Non-knowing the taste of food. 5. The change from the Non-softness to Softness in the mouth is recovery indicator of the Soeumin's disease. It is the basis for setting the Drinking water(能飮水) as the Soeumin's igiljeung(二吉證).

  • The non-manifold geometric modeling technique is to improve design process and to Integrate design, analysis, and manufacturing by handling mixture of wireframe model, surface model, and solid model in a single data structure. For the non-manifold geometric modeling, Euler operators and other high level modeling methods are necessary. Boolean operation is one of the representative modeling method for the non-manifold geometric modeling. This thesis studies Boolean operations of non-manifold model with the data structure of selective storage. The data structure of selective storage is improved non-manifold data structure in that existing non-manifold data structures using ordered topological representation method always store non-manifold information even if edges and vortices are in the manifold situation. To implement Boolean operations for non-manifold model, intersection algorithm for topological cells of three different dimensions, merging and selection algorithm for three dimensional model, and Open Inventor(tm), a 3D toolkit from SGI, are used.

Korean Retailers' Dependence Level: The Impact of Power Sources, Satisfaction, Conflict, and Long-Term Orientation

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze how economic factors (economic satisfaction, economic conflict) and non-economic factors (non-economic satisfaction, non-economic conflict) differentially influence Korean retailers' long-term orientation with manufacturers, and how they are influenced by manufacturers' power sources under different levels of retailer dependence. After Korean retailers were divided into high and low dependence groups, path differences between the two groups were compared. The results suggested that manufacturers' coercive and non-coercive power sources do not differentially influence high and low dependence retailers' economic and non-economic satisfaction, and economic and non-economic conflict. However, the economic satisfaction of low dependence retailers more strongly affects their long-term orientation than that of high dependence retailers. Also, the economic conflict of highly dependent retailers more strongly affects their long-term orientation as compared to low dependence retailers. Finally, the impact of non-economic conflict negatively influences a long-term orientation for both retailer groups.

Non-tensed VP Coordination in Korean: Structure and Meaning

  • Lakoff(1986) claim that sequential fading alone suffices to sanction ATB violations cannot be supported in Korean verbal coordination of TP, since extraction from the conjunction of TP in Korean is impossible regardless of whether the conjuncts are interpreted sequentially or non-sequentially. However, ATB violations are allowed in the coordination of Non-TP, only when the conjuncts are interpreted sequentially. 1 will argue that Non-TP, in coordination are ambiguous between a conjunct and adjunct analysis. Furthermore, a claim made here is that the distinction between the sequential and non-sequential reading in Non-TP coordination is a distinction made by syntax, while the sequential vs. non-sequential reading in TP coordination is derived from semantics or pragmatics.

콩나물 생장중 세포벽 비섬유성 중성당의 변화 (Changes of Non-Cellulosic Neutral Sugars of Cell Wall in Soybean Sprouts)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the changes and composition of the non-cellulosic neutral sugars in cell wall of soybean sprouts during growth. The composition of non-cellulosic neutral sugars in cell of soybean sprouts was rhamnose, fucose, xylose, arabinose, mannose, galactose and glucose. The galactose content of cell wall was higher than other non-cellulosic neutral sugars, and was remarkably decreased during growth. The major non-cellulosic sugars of pectic substances were rhamnose, arabinose, and galactose. The arabinose content of pectic substance was increased in cotyledon and hypocotyl during growth. The contents of non-cellulosic neutral sugars were decreased in hypocotyl during growth. The galactose content of pectic substance was higher in cotyledon than those in hypocotyl, and was increased in cotyledon. The content of rhamnose was higher in ionically associated pectic substance than that in covalently bounded pectic substance. The major non-cellulosic neutral sugars of hemicellulose were glucose, rhamnose, arabinose and galactose. The galactose of hemicellulose was decreased remarkably during growth.

무시할 수 없는 무응답에서 편향 보정을 이용한 무응답 대체 (Bias corrected imputation method for non-ignorable non-response)

  • 표본오차와 비표본오차를 포함하는 총오차(total survey error)를 관리하는 것은 표본설계에서 매우 중요하다. 무응답으로 인해 발생한 비표본오차는 총오차에서 차지하는 비중이 매우 크며 이를 해결하는 방법인 무응답 대체에 관한 다수의 연구가 수행되었다. 최근 전통적 통계학 관련 기법에 추가하여 기계학습 관련 기법을 이용한 무응답 대체법이 다수 연구되고 실질적으로 사용되고 있다. 기존에 발표된 다수의 방법은 MCAR(missing completely at random) 또는 MAR(missing at random) 가정을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 관심변수에 영향을 받는 MNAR(missing not at random) 또는 무시할 수 없는 무응답(non-ignorable non-response; NN)은 편향을 발생시켜 대체 결과의 정확성을 크게 떨어뜨리지만 이에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 미미하다. 본 연구에서는 무시할 수 없는 무응답이 발생한 경우에 적용 가능한 무응답 대체법을 제안하였다. 특히 편향을 추정한 후 이를 제거하는 방법을 이용하여 무응답 대체 결과의 정확성을 향상하는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 모의실험을 이용하여 제안된 방법의 타당성을 확인하였다.

『상한론(傷寒論)』의 갱미(粳米) 입약법(入藥法)에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Application of Non-glutinous rice in Shanghanlun)

  • Objectives : To examine various ways non-glutinous rice has been applied in different formulas of "Shanghanlun" and the relationship between non-glutinous rice and the formulas' effects. Methods : First, texts that included non-glutinous rice were selected from the "Shanghanlun". Then, they were categorized according to the application of non-glutinous rice, followed by analysis of its relationship with each formula. Results : Most formulas that used non-glutinous rice in raw form when decocting with other ingredients included Shigao. Non-glutinous rice alleviates coldness of Shigao as in the case with Taohuatang where it stops diarrhea. Non-glutinous rice used in Wumeiwan warms the center and boosts Qi and helps the medicinal ingredients to bind when made into pellets. In Guizhitang and Lizhongwan, non-glutinous rice assists Stomach Qi. In Shizaotang, porridge is taken after diarrhea to help quick recovery. To prevent damage of Zheng Qi, Baisan can be mixed with rice water for administration. The level of cathartic effect can be managed through giving cold or hot porridge to the patient according to his/her response to the medicine. Mazirenwan, Mulizexiesan, Banxiasan, Sinisan, Wulingsan are mixed in rice water for administration. It makes it easier to swallow than when mixed with plain water. The application of rice flour is either internal or external. In Zhufutang, where rice flour is parched, it harmonizes the center and stops diarrhea. In Daqinglongtang when there is too much perspiration, warm powder is sprinkled on the skin to stop sweating. Clear porridge in Jiuziyisifang and rice flour in Shechuangzisan were exclusive to "Jinguiyaolue", while Baisan and rice water mixture could only be found in "Shanghanlun". Conclusions : The excavation and research on various ways non-glutinous rice was applied in treatment holds certain meaning in contemporary practice of Korean Medicine where treatment leans heavily on medicinal treatment rather than food, and all ingredients are boiled together in large quantities for most decoctions.

수직관내 리튬브로마이드 수용액막의 흡수과정에 대한 비흡수가스의 영향 (Effects of Non-Absorbable Gases on the Absorption Process of Aqueous LiBr Solution Film in a Vertical Tube (II))

  • In the absorption process of water vapor in a liquid film, the composition of the gas phase, in which a non-absorbable gas is combined with the absorbate influences the transport characteristics remarkably. In the present study, the absorption processes of water vapor into aqueous solution of lithium bromide in the presence of non-absorbable gases were investigated analytically. The continuity, momentum, energy and diffusion equations for the solution film and gas phase were formulated in integral forms and solved numerically. It was found that the mass transfer resistance in gas phase increased with the concentration of non-absorbable gas. However the primary resistance to mass transfer was in the liquid phase. As the concentration of non-absorbable gas in the absorbate increased, the liquid-vapor interfacial temperature and concentration of absorbate in solution decreased, which resulted in the reduction of absorption rate. The reduction of mass transfer rate was found to be significant for the addition of a small amount of non-absorbable gas to the pure vapor, especially at the outlet of an absorber where non-absorbable gases accumulated. At higher non-absorbable gas concentration, the decrease of absorption flux was almost linear to the volumetric concentration of non-absorbable gas.

월경통을 호소하는 수험생의 Heart Rate Variability(HRV) 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study about Heart Rate Variability(HRV) of Examinees with Dysmenorrhea)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to analyse autonomic nerve function of some examinees with dysmenorrhea by comparing the characteristics of dysmenorrhea patients' Heart Rate Variability(HRV) in examinees group with non-examinees group. Methods: We studied 110 patients visiting OO Korean hospital to take medical treatment for dysmenorrhea from September, 2006 to August, 2010. The subjects were categorized in two groups, 36 examinees and 57 non-examinees controls. We investigated the difference of HRV between two groups by student's T-test using SPSS for Windows(version 12.0). Results: 1. SDNN in examinees group is statistical significantly lower than non-examinees group. RMS-SD in examinees group is lower than non-examinees group non-statistical significantly. Mean PR in examinees group is higher than non-examinees group non-statistical significantly. 2. VLF, ln TP, ln VLF and ln HF are statistically significantly lower than non-examinees group. TP, HF and ln LF are lower than non-examinees group non-statistical significantly. LF is higher than non-examinees group non-statistical significantly. Conclusions: The results suggest that stress is related to especially examinees in dysmenorrhea patients by effecting autonomic nerve function. HRV can be useful to diagnose examinees' dysmenorrhea. The further studies would be needed to study about relation between stress, dysmenorrhea and HRV for settling this.

바이오디젤 생산을 위한 리파아제 고정 부직포의 효소활성화 (Enzyme Activity of Lipase Immobilized Non-Woven Fabric for Biodiesel Production)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 효소법을 이용한 바이오디젤의 생산에서의 효소(lipase) 활성화를 최적화함에 있다. 효과적인 방법으로 효소를 고정하기 위해 방사선 그라프트 중합법을 이용한 부직포에 음이온 교환기인 ethanolamine과 diethylamine을 도입시켜 음이온 교환 부직포(이때 얻어진 부직포는 EtA, DEA-EtA 부직포라 함)를 합성하였다. 기존에 사용하던 다공성 중공사막의 경우 시간이 지남에 따라 막힘 현상에 따라 유속이 현저하게 줄어드는 점을 보완하고자 기공(pore size)이 $300{\mu}m$인 부직포를 선택하였다. 이 부직포에 음이온 교환기가 도입된 EtA, DEA-EtA 부직포의 최적효소 흡착 특성과 효소 활성도에 대하여 고찰하였다. 그 결과 효소 흡착량은 EtA, DEA-EtA 부직포가 비슷하였으나(EtA non-woven fabric: 15.69 mg/g, DEA-EtA non-woven fabric: 14.45 mg/g) 기름을 투과시킨 결과 효소 활성화는 DEA-EtA 부직포가 EtA 부직포에 비해 현저히 떨어짐(EtA non-woven fabric: $3.50mol/h{\cdot}kg$, DEA-EtA non-woven fabric: $0.38mol/h{\cdot}kg$)을 알 수 있었다. 이 음이온교환기를 이용해 효율적인 바이오디젤 생산을 위한 온도, 효소고정량, 기름과 알코올과의 관계 등의 최적의 조건을 도출하였다.
