Among recent materials identified from Korea two species of Criconematoidea are different from described forms: Criconemella hawangiensis is larger and has a longer stylet than C. paragoodey, head an tail annuli also differ. Hemicycliophora parajuglandis has an outbulging lip area that sits like a hemicircle on the head and pushed the lateral head side inwards; morphology and measurements correspond to H. juglandis and also to H. koreana. Hemicycliophora epichoroides is newly recorded from Korea.

Obolodiplosis robiniae (Haldeman, 1987) (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae), a pest species on a black locust tree, which was originally distributed in North America, is newly recorded from Korea. The specimens were collected from the central Korea. Morphological diagnoses of the both sexes and the symptoms on the host plants are provided.

Conwentzia is a newly recorded genus in Korea, based on C. pineticola. A brief description, photos of adult and male genitalia, and 16S rRNA and COI sequences of the species are provided.

Pristiphora (Pristiphora) apricoti Zinovjev, 1993, pest of Prunus armeniaca var. ansu Max, belonging to Nematinae of Tenthredinidae is newly recognized in South Korea. The host plant is recorded for the first time from South Korea. Diagnosis, rearing notes, and photographs of the diagnostic characters and oviposition are provided.

About 6,950 fEather mites were isolated from field collections and examination of bird study skins at the zoological specimen room of Kon-Kuk University in Seoul. Among them, 3 species of Kramerellidae, Dermonoton longiventer (Megnln & Trouessart, 1884), Kramerella bubonis (Lonnfors, 1937) , Neopetitotcl bubonis Atyeo & Philips, 1984, and 1 species of Pterolichidae, EpopoLichn atelw Gaud, 1981 were newly recorded from Korea. They were redescribed with their new hosts.

Comprehensive bibliographic sources of Plecoptera systematics in Korea and Far East Russia were provided. Systematic status and distributional features of stoneflies in those areas were also discussed. Based on comprehensive type and non-type material examinations in those areas, new synonymies of Sweltsa colorata Zhiltzova and Levanidova, 1978 〔＝ Sweltsa nikkoensis (Okamoto), 1912〕 and Capnia KUa (Yoon and Aw, 1986)〔＝Paracapnia recta Zhiltzova, 1984〕 were established; and the following species were newly recorded from Korea: Taenionema aponicum (Okamoto), Paraleuctra cercia (Okamoto), Leuctra fusca (Linnaeus), Eucapnopsis stigmatica Okamoto, Paracapniarecta Zhiltzova, Nemoura jezoensis (Okamoto), Stavsolus japonicus (Okamoto), Isoperla flavescens Zhiltzova and Potikha, Alloperla joosti Zwick, A. rostellata (Klapalek) Sweltsa nikkoensis (Okamoto), and S. lepnevae Zhiltzova.

During the survey on spiral nematode (Hoplolaimidae) from Korea, Pararotylenchus blothrotylus Baldwin & Bel, 1981, Rotylenchus feroxcis Eroshenko, 1981 and Scutellonema conicephalum Sivakumar, 1982 were newly recorded from Korea.

Three species of Criconematidae, Criconema longulum, C. orientale and C. psammophilum are newly reported from Korea. Some morphological data and host plants of Discocriconemella hengsungica, Hemicriconemoides brachyurus, H. mangiferae, H. varionodus, and Xenocriconemella macrodora were reported.

Seven known species of Dorylaimida from Korea were newly reported; redescribed and illustrated viz., Dorylaimus helveticus Steiner, 1919, Opisthodorylaimus cavalcantii(Lordello, 1955) Carbonel and Coomans, 1985, Thonus circulifer(T. & S. 1936) Thorne, 1974, Paralongidrus strelitziae (Heyns, 1966) Aboul-Eid, 1970, Oxydirus oxycephaloides (de Man, 1921) Thorne, 1939, Dorylaimoides (Digidorylaimoides) leptus Husain and Khan, 1968 andD.(D.) micoletzki(de Man, 1921) Thorne and Swanger, 1936. The species of Dorylaimida from Korea were arranged systematically.

Two species of the genus Ypsolopha Latreille are reported for the first time from Korea: Ypsolopha vittella (Linnaeus) and Y. nigrofasciata Yang. The diagnosis, description, distribution, host plants, adult photographs, and pictures of female genitalia are provided.
