The Generalized Assignment Problem(GAP) determines the minimum assignment of n tasks to m workstations such that each task is assigned to exactly one workstation, subject to the capacity of a workstation. In this paper, we presented a new heuristic search algorithm for GAPs. Then we tested it on 4 different benchmark sample sets of random problems generated according to uniform distribution on a microcomputer.

본 연구에서는 국내 주제전문사서 양성을 위한 개선된 문헌정보학교육 및 교과과정 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 국내 4개 대학교와 미국의 3개 대학교의 교과과정 및 미국도서관헙회(ALA: American Library Association), 도서관교육협회(ALISE : Association for Library and Information Science Education)와 기타 기관에서 정보전문가(information specialist)의 양성 과정을 비교$\cdot$분석하였다. 그 결과를 국내 대학의 문헌정보학과교육과정에 개설된 교과목과 수와 학점 수를 고려하여 미래지향적인 주제전문사서 양성프로그램 개발을 위한 자료로 활용하였다. 본 연구 결과는 대학교 교육과정에서 '주제전문사서' 양성을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This paper aims to explore whether Learning Study improves teachers' subject content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, and attitude toward teaching mathematics. A Learning Study was conducted in a Hong Kong primary school for a research lesson on comparing the size of fractions to explore the new teacher roles.

Control system of electric machine systems is often required to provide the good control performance even in the presence of various variable loads. In this study, time delay control technique is adopted to overcome such variable loads. Also, in this research a new approach of avoiding saturation by varying the reference model for the time delay control based systems subject to the step changes in reference inputs. These schemes are verified by applications to the position controls of the AC servo motor system and the engine throttle actuator.

The purpose of this study is to develop an aesthetic and functional bicycle wear for new senior women in their 50s and 60s. We developed bicycle wear that is friendly to bicycling posture and reflects the preference of new senior women. Both the expert group and the subject group evaluated the appearance, completeness of clothing and motion functionality. The results are as followed: First, in the evaluation result of the expert group regarding the appearance and completeness of clothing, high scores are given to design, materials, color scheme, the trends suitability as well as the appearance with regard to clothing fitness. Second, in the results of the evaluation of the appearance and movement functionality targeting the subject groups, movement functionality was rated higher than appearance. In the case of the appearance evaluation, adhesion of both jacket and pants was rated very highly, which is considered to come from the elasticity of the material. In the functionality evaluation, what were pointed out as inconvenient details in the prior studies were found to be all improved and the sleeves and armpit parts were rated highly. Therefore, the pattern design and the usage of the materials suggested in this study were found to be very suitable in the movement on the ride of bicycle.

정부가 우리기업이 개발한 신기술을 조기에 발굴하여 우수성을 인정해 줌으로써 국산신기술의 기업화를 촉진하고, 그 기술을 이용한 제품의 신뢰성제고와 초기시장진출의 기반조성을 목적으로 각종신기술 인증사업을 시행하고 있다. 신기술 인증사업을 시행하고 있는 정부 부처는 정보통신부, 과학기술부, 산업자원부, 건설교통부, 환경부 등 5개 부처로 동 정부부처들의 인증사업은 인증목적이나 인증신청자격이 유사한데 비해서 지정기준, 권리의 양도 양수 등에서 차이가 있고 기술의 특성에 따라 심의위원회의 운영 등이 다르게 적용되고 있다. 이러한 정부부처별 신기술인증사업을 비교 분석하고 바람직한 개선내용을 제안함으로서 국가신기술 인증제도의 체계를 확립할 수 있는 계기를 제시 하였다.

Objectives of this study are to investigate transition history of pharmacist license examination in Korea and to compare three suggestions for new examination system proposed by National Health Personnel Licensing Examination Board, Korean Association of Pharmacy Education, and Korean Pharmaceutical Association. Future task to help the examination system meet global standard is also discussed. Regulations on the examination system were retrieved from the sources posted in Ministry of Government Legislation homepage. Efforts devoted by the three organizations to make amendment on the regulations were collected from reports, official documents, minutes, and handout materials issued by the organizations. Ministry of Health and Welfare made amendment on the examination system in 2013 by rearranging the existing natural science-based eleven subjects to two subjects along with addition of a new subject named clinical-practical pharmacy. Unfortunately, however, the amendment stipulates that the new subject should include manufacturing and quality control of pharmaceuticals as part of contents in the examination. It is strongly urged that the contents of the examination should focus on professional competency as pharmacist in clinical situation. Future task to make revision on this issue is warranted to help new pharmacist enable to provide pharmaceutical care service to patients.

최근 원문 데이타베이스의 증가는 주제접근의 새로운 가능성을 제시하였다. 온라인 정보검색은 근본적으로 색인언어와 컴퓨터 기술의 문제이다. 본 연구의 목적은 전통적인 서지 데이타베이스 검색과 비교하여 원문 데이터 베이스 검색의 특징과 성능을 규명하는데 있다. 색인언어에 따른 검색효율, 현재 응용되고 있는 원문 데이타베이스 탐색 시스템, 통제어휘의 새로운 역할 등을 살펴보았다. 이 논문은 또한 원문 데이타베이스의 검색성능 실험에 대한 리뷰를 포함한다.

PURPOSE; The main purpose of this study is to develop a new learning model of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. METHOD; From 1997 to 1999, this survey was made of 318 students who had attended in Orthopedic Manual Therapy subject. RESULT; Results show that regard satisfaction with lecture was as 'good' by 235 person(73.3%). And the most interest subject among the therapists was orthopedic manual therapy(44.63%), next NDT(25.62%). CONCLUSION; This study suggest a new learning model of orthopedic manual therapy used by Role-play model and Coner study model. So we can be lecture effectively to focus students.
