A tineid genus, Rhodobates Ragonot, 1895 in Myrmecozelinae is reported for the first time from Korea, with a congener, R. cupulatus Li and Xiao, 2006. The voucher specimens of the species comprise four males and four females collected from Seoul City, Sejong City, Gangwon-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, and Chungcheongnam-do. Among the previously-known species of Tineidae in Korea, Rhodobates cupulatus is similar to Psychoides gosari Kim and Bae in having the uniform coloration over the body and wings, but differs from the latter in the much larger body size. External appearance and genital features of R. cupulatus are redescribed and illustrated. A COI sequence of R. cupulatus is provided for the first time and compared in the world database of DNA barcodes. The Korean records of the species represent the first evidence of its occurrence out of the type locality. Circumstances of its collecting in Korea suggest that it is possibly feeding on dead woods in damp environments.

Lindera obtusiloba Blume, a shrub prevalent in the understory vegetation of the deciduous forests in East Asia and Korea, is known for its pharmacological properties, including antioxidant, anti-allergic, and anti-inflammatory activities. Endophytic fungi were isolated from surface-sterilized twigs and leaves of L. obtusiloba collected from Samcheok-si and Jecheon-si in Korea. The fungal strains were identified based on their morphological characteristics and molecular analyses using DNA markers such as internal transcribed spacer, large subunit rDNA, β-tubulin, chitin synthase, and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. Here, we report two new records of endophytic fungi isolated from L. obtusiloba in Korea: Colletotrichum citricola and Valsa ceratophora. These results enhance our understanding of the diversity of endophytic fungi in L. obtusiloba and contribute to enhancing our knowledge of fungal biodiversity in Korea.

Some study has showed that the origin of a woven with supplementary golden wefts in China was from Wei(魏) dynasty. The earliest, what we can see now, of a woven with supplementary golden wefts is the thing of Tang(唐) dynasty in China. So, until it has a new archaeological discovering, the study of the origin of it can but use literature records. This study compared with several records before Sui(隋) dynasty. It showed that the beginning of a woven with supplementary golden wefts in China was not from Wei dynasty but from Jin(晋) dynasty. This study also showed that the purse of the official had been weaving with supplementary golden Weft from Northern Qi(北齊) dynasty to Sui dynasty. These records are very important for studying woven with supplementary golden wefts in China.

A new species of Blasobasinae, Blastobasis spiniella Park, sp. nov., is described, and four species: Neoblastobasis spiniharpella Kuznetzov et Sinev, Hypatopa silvestrella Kuznetzov, hypatopa tianshanica Sinev, and Holcoceroides scythrella Sinev ave reported for the first time in Korea. Description, diagnosis, illustrations of the male genitalia, and collection data of these species are provided.

Seventy-one species of the order cheilostomatous bryozoans are reported from coasts of southern Korea. Among them, Callpora inaviculata and Integripelta meta are described as new species and the following eight species are reported as new records of Korea: Membranipora irregulata, Tegella crenulata, Beania regularis, Celleporaria brunnea, Exochella tricuspis, Calyptotheca parcimunita, Microporella borealis, Celleporina rostellata.

전자기록의 생산이 보편화되어가면서 종이기록 중심의 기록관리는 많은 변화를 요구받고 있다. 전자기록의 내용 맥락 구조정보를 어느 시점에 어떠한 방법으로 확보하여 기록의 증거성 진본성 신뢰성을 보존할 것인가가 기록관리에 있어서 주요한 이슈로 제기되고 있으며, 이러한 논의의 중심에 기록관리 메타데이터가 있다. 이 글은 기록관리 라이프사이클 중 현용 준현용 단계에서 요구되는 기록관리 메타데이터를 정립하는데 목적이 있다. 현용 준현용 단계에 주목하는 이유는 기록의 진본성을 '업무활동의 증거'라는 측면에서 이해하고자 하는 것과 관련이 있다. 기록이 업무맥락 가운데서 생산되고 관리의 영역으로 획득되는 시기가 현용과 준현용 단계이며, 이때 기록의 진본성을 획득하고 유지시키는데 중요한 역할을 하는 것이 기록관리 메타데이터이기 때문이다. 이 글에서는 기록관리 메타데이터를 체계적으로 설계하기 위한 방법으로서, 기록의 생산에 관여하는 엔티티간의 관계를 규명하고 이를 설명하기 위한 데이터 모델의 수립을 통하여 메타데이터 요소를 제안하였다.

전자기록을 잘 관리한다는 것은 결국 기록이 필요할 때 믿고 사용할 수 있도록 하려는 것이다. 전자기록은 진본성과 무결성면에서 취약점이 있고 현행 표준이나 방법들은 이에 대한 보완관리를 목적으로 해서 개발되었다. 그러나 전자기록은 진본성과 무결성을 독립적으로 고려하기 힘들므로 본 논문에서는 출처라는 개념을 도입하여, 출처확인이 우선 잘 이루어지는 지원 전략을 논의하였다. 이러한 측면에서 볼 때 현행 방식들은 검증 정보 수록 및 확인에 태만하며 장기검증에 문제가 있고 출처확인이 안되는 기록에 대한 대응책 마련이 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 개선하기 위하여한 출처확인에 필요한 요소들을 설명하고, 장기 검증이 가능하도록 전자기록보존포맷을 고정부와 변동부로 나누고 출처는 고정부에서만 확인하는 새로운 검증방법을 제안하며, 출처확인이 실패해서는 안되는 중요 기록물에 대하여 예방, 회피, 탐지복원 방안을 제시한다.

21세기 동아시아의 '화해와 평화'는 역사적 과제이다. 기록공동체 또한 이러한 과제를 해결하는 데 기여해야 하며, 문제의식을 공유할 필요가 있다. 이 글은 '동아시아 담론'의 연장선상에서 기록학계의 과제를 동아시아 기록공동체 형성 문제로 설정하고, 그 필요성과 형성 방향, 프로세스 등을 살펴보았다. '민주적인 책임'과 거버넌스를 매개로 한 동아시아 기록공동체 형성과정은 그 자체가 각국 내부의 기록관리 민주화 과정이기도 하다. 비공개 기록의 공개, 상호 작용을 통한 '민주적' 아카이브로의 변화, 이를 바탕으로 한 왜곡된 과거사 청산 등은 동아시아 기록공동체 형성이 필요한 분명한 이유이다.

Two species new for Korea, Scolopocryptops nigrimaculatus Song, Song and Zhu, 2004 and Scolopocryptops mushashiensis Shinohara, 1984 are reported from South Korea. The Korean occurrance of S. nigrimaculatus is the first record of the species outside China, while S. mushashiensis has been known only form its type locality in Japan till now.
