  • This paper presents a new approach to the dynamic control technique for track vehicle system using neural network-fuzzy control method. The proposed control scheme uses a Gaussian function as a unit function in the neural network-fuzzy, and back propagation algorithm to train the fuzzy-neural network controller in the framework of the specialized learning architecture. It is proposed a learning controller consisting of two neural network-fuzzy based on independent reasoning and a connection net with fixed weights to simply the neural networks-fuzzy. The performance of the proposed controller is shown by simulation for trajectory tracking of the speed and azimuth of a track vehicle.

  • This paper presents a neural network based self-tuning fuzzy PID control scheme with variable learning rate for sensorless vector controlled induction motor drives. MRAS(Model Reference Adaptive System) is used for rotor speed estimation. When induction motor is continuously used long time. its electrical and mechanical parameters will change, which degrade the performance of PID controller considerably. This paper re-analyzes the fuzzy controller as conventional PID controller structure, introduces a single neuron with a back-propagation learning algorithm to tune the control parameters, and proposes a variable learning rate to improve the control performance. The proposed scheme is simple in structure and computational burden is small. The simulation using Matlab/Simulink and the experiment using DS1102 board show the robustness of the proposed controller to parameter variations.

  • This paper presents an intelligent robotic control method for chamferless parts mating by integrating fuzzy control and neural network. The successful assembly task requires an extremely high position accuracy and a good knowledge of mating parts. However, conventional assembly method alone makes it difficult to achieve satisfactory assembly performance because of the complexity and the uncertainties of the process and its environments such as not only the limitation of the devices performing the assembly but also imperfect knowledge of the parts being assembled. To cope with these problems, an intelligent robotic assembly method is proposed, which is composed of fuzzy controller and learning mechanism based upon neural net. In this method, fuzzy controller copes with the complexity and the uncertainties of the assembly process, while neural network enhances the assembly scheme so as to learn fuzzy rules from experience and adapt to changes in environment of uncertainty and imprecision. The performance of the proposed assembly scheme is evaluted through a series of experiments using SCARA robot. The results show that the proposed control method can be effectively applied to chamferless precision parts mating.

  • 본 논문에서는 호 수락 제어 문제를 해결하기 위해 퍼지 논리 제어기의 장점과 신경망의 학습 능력을 이용한 ATM 망의 호 수락 제어 시스템을 제안하였다. ATM 망의 새로운 호는 현재 서비스 중인 호의 서비스 품질(QoS : quality of service)이 영향을 받지 않을 경우 망에 접속이 된다. 신경망 호 수락 제어 시스템은 입/출력 패턴의 학습으로 예측성 잇게 호 수락/거절을 하는 시스템이다. 본 논문의 퍼지 신경망 호 수락 제어 시스템에서는 학습 속도 개선을 위해 학습율과 모맨텀 상수에 퍼지 추론을 적용하였다. 이 시스템은 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존의 신경망 방법과 퍼지 신경망 방법에서의 학습 횟수 측정으로 제안 알고리즘의 우수성을 검증하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 퍼지 학습 규칙에 근거한 퍼지 신경망 CAC(call admission control) 방식이 종래의 신경망 이론에 근거한 CAC 방식보다 학습 속도면에서 약 5배의 속도 향상이 있었다.
