Purpose - Cargo Distribution O2O Business Model is the form of business that connects the cargo and empty cargo-truck based on mobile online platform. In Korean cargo distribution market, FIN(Freight Information Network) is the only model that represents O2O Business Model. The purpose of this paper is investigating the recognition of driver who is the only source of income toward cargo distribution O2O Business Model, and based on the investigated recognition of trucker, suggesting strategic implication. Research design, data, and methodology - PESTLE methodology which is massive environment analysis, and 5 Forces Model when analyze the present and future of cargo distribution O2O business market of industrial structure analysis were used as investigation methodology. Also structured questionnaire was used for trucker's recognition investigation. Based on collected 196 structured effective questionnaires organized with 26 questions were analyzed using statistics package. Results - 51.3% of responded driver is non-differentiated, deprofessionalize form that transport all types of cargo. 95.4% recognize cargo distribution O2O Business Model, FIN is needed, especially during back-hall(94.7%). As a payment method, monthly due is preferred(73%), but it is also needed to pay annual due and pay whenever cargo and cargo-truck are connected(24.5%). Trucker prefer FIN operation corporation which has rich supply(85.2%), and is liberal in supply in any domestic area(75.5%). Conclusions - First, 91% was the member of FIN, and 95% of non-member recognized FIN is needed. 83% of them has the intent to be the member of FIN. Second, besides of monthly due as payment method of FIN, 25% has positive recognition toward new payment method. The new payment method means paying annual due and pay whenever cargo and cargo-truck are connected. Third, because of information imbalance about the cargo and cargo-truck among, operators whose business goal is FIN, it was investigated that transportation fee is low and commission charge of broker is high. The core of Korean Cargo Distribution O2O Business Model, FIN, is online platform that matches cargo and cargo-truck. Therefore, FIN operator should minimize the amount of single transportation of trucker. This study suggests the development of shipper using FIN, diversify distribution channel, suggesting backhaul toward trucker as solution to FIN operator.
Social network services based on openness, connectedness, and mass participation are reshaping many aspects of how companies conduct business and create value for their customers. For instance, Facebook and Twitter are expected to play a pivotal role as a new communication channel through which companies-forge close relationships with their customers for co-creation of value for mutual benefits. Given the potential of social network services, it is not surprising that many companies have strategically invested in social network services to reach out to customers. Despite the growing interest in social network services as a platform to connect companies and their customers, few guidelines exist about how managers can effectively utilize social network services in forging relationships with their customers. As such, scholars should pay greater attention to how firms can successfully develop relationships with their customers on social network services. In particular, this study employs the S-O-R (stimulus-organism-response) framework as a theoretical lens to develop a research model that explains customers' participation in the value co-creation platform that companies opened on Twitter. According to the S-O-R framework, certain types of individuals' behaviors can be best understood based on a causal link from environmental stimulus to organism, and response. We apply the S-O-R framework to understand how ubiquitous connectivity (stimuli) can influence customers' experience (organism) with companies on Twitter, which in turn influence their participation behavior (response). Two steps have been undertaken to empirically test the research model. First, we conducted a content analysis of tweets written by customers who follow companies on Twitter. As a result, we found event/promotion participation, company support, and giving feedback as three specific types of customer participation behavior. Second, we conducted a web-based survey to test research hypotheses in the research model. Participations in the survey were solicited to customers who followed companies on Twitter. As a result, a total of 115 respondents have completed the survey. Data were analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) technique. The results of data analysis suggest that ubiquitous connectivity (stimuli) had strong positive effects on perceive usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and perceived intimacy (organism). Perceived intimacy showed positive effects on customer participation behavior (response), such as event participation, company support, and giving feedback. Perceived enjoyment was found to have strong positive effects on company support and giving feedback. On the other hand, perceived usefulness did not have significant impacts on the three types of customer participation behavior.
Purpose - Over 90% of Domestic logistics industry is small enterprise and they are experiencing growth stagnation due to price-based competition structure rather than constructing logistics service of high added value. In order to get over this situation and pursue the development of logistics industry, strengthening its competitiveness, through inter-enterprise cooperative network build-up, would be a key alternative. Therefore, in this study, an index for measuring inter-enterprise cooperation level of Joint logistics business will be developed as a typical collaborative business model in logistics industry. Moreover, a strengthening competitiveness method suggests a developmental step and a key management index to mature in logistics industry. Research Design, Data, Methodology - This study is an index development research for measuring inter-enterprise cooperation level of logistics industry. Such a level was measured by performing a survey by targeting enterprises that participated in Joint logistics business. The targeting enterprises are typical cooperative models in logistics industry. Measurement items were developed which were based on the presented items in existing research. Question items were composed of selection type questions as answering Yes/No. They measures implementation status of corporate activity and detailed activity items measuring qualitative level. Total samples were based on 116 enterprise samples including 90 logistics enterprises and 26 shippers. In addition, by evaluating the importance for Joint logistics business recognition with personnel working level, the weight of measuring variable was extracted. This study has built an assessment tools (LPCI) on Joint logistics business cooperation level in a situation where there are no previous studies on joint logistics business, this study is meaningful for other studies. Results - As a result of analyzing LPCI presented in this study, the score of logistics enterprise was represented as 59.9 points based on full score of 100 points and that of shippers as 47.2 points and cooperation level among enterprises participated in Joint logistics business was revealed to be very low. In particular, as a result of measuring the importance between logistics enterprise and shippers, the difference by each measurement standard was represented among those enterprises. This difference is considered to be a key factor that cooperative operational conformity between logistics enterprises and shippers is represented to be low. Conclusions - As most joint logistics business, being promoted at present, is sharing facility and information with joint logistics business, it is hard to find such a joint logistics business in reality based on cooperative business model in main cooperation agents. Therefore, competitiveness of logistics industry could be strengthened by promoting joint logistics business based on their mutual cooperation among enterprises. In other words, it is to secure sustainable competitiveness of joint logistics business together with creation of new market by inter-enterprise cooperation based on integration of basic logistics business.

The business process of global third party logistics company is defined as a network of logistics activities which involves the products that are manufactured in the developing countries, such as Vietnam, China and so on, and delivered to North or South American countries via intermediate stopover sites. The third party logistics company usually uses proprietary logistics information system to support the related logistics activities. However, each consignor sometimes may require different business process based on the customer type or characteristics of their products. Therefore, the third party logistics company need to modify their business process to reflect customer's requirements, resulting in the modification of logistic information systems and additional costs. Therefore, a flexible mechanism is required to efficiently support the various types of requirements by the owners of the products. In this paper, first, we figured out various business rules related to third party global logistics activities. Second, we grouped the identified business rules into business processes, objects, relations, dependency, policy, representations, execution, and resources and further into precondition, postcondition, and invariant based on checking point in time. Furthermore, the categorized rules are classified into inter-activity and intra-activity rules based on the execution range. Third, we proposed a rule syntax to describe the defined rules into scripts which are understood by user and information system together. When each activity is executed, the rule manager checks whether there are rules related with the activity execution. Finally, we developed a prototype rule management system to show the feasibility of our proposed methodology and to validate it with an example.

The importance of network separation is due to the use of the Internet with existing business PCs, resulting in an internal information leakage event, and an environment configured to allow servers to access the Internet, which causes service failures with malicious code. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to use network virtualization to separate networks and network interconnection systems. Therefore, in this study, the construction area was constructed into the network area for the Internet and the server farm area for the virtualization system, and then classified and constructed into the security system area and the data link system area between networks. In order to prove the excellence of the proposed method, a network separation construction study using network virtualization was conducted based on the basis of VM Density's conservative estimates of program loads and LOBs.

With the development of artificial intelligence, efforts to incorporate neuroscience mining with AI have increased. Neuroscience mining, also known as NSM, expands on this concept by combining computational neuroscience and business analytics. Using fNIRS (functional near-infrared spectroscopy)-based experiment dataset, we have investigated the potential of NSM in the context of the BPSC (business problem-solving creativity) prediction. Although BPSC is regarded as an essential business differentiator and a difficult cognitive resource to imitate, measuring it is a challenging task. In the context of NSM, appropriate methods for assessing and predicting BPSC are still in their infancy. In this sense, we propose a novel NSM method that systematically combines CNN, BiLSTM, and attention network for the sake of enhancing the BPSC prediction performance significantly. We utilized a dataset containing over 150 thousand fNIRS-measured data points to evaluate the validity of our proposed NSM method. Empirical evidence demonstrates that the proposed NSM method reveals the most robust performance when compared to benchmarking methods.

Examined how it varied the knowledge network of the country along with R&D changes in planning policy for the research and development of government. Therefore, in this study, chronological Analysis analyzed separately the network between each entity of participate in the industry fusion source technology development business of industry trade and Energy. Planning policy of industrial fusion source technology development business, to change the starting point before and after 2012, before 2012 from selected planning issues at the center "planning committee" and in 2012 'PD' changes to a system for planning issues around. First of all, an attempt to analyze the R&D network based on the "planning committee" current situation of 2009~2011, from 2012 to analyze the variation of the R&D network with the introduction of the 'PD' system after it was analyzed by dividing the time in the current state of up to 2013. The results of the analysis, since the PD system was introduced, such as self-relationship (the form of planning user to run directly challenges the person was planning to challenge participants)is greatly improved, I was able to grasp the effect became clear. The more the self-relation, and the budding scholars considering that there is inequality of the planning, the introduction of the PD scheme, it can be seen to have resulted in a positive effect. These studies, quantitatively analyzed to improve the results to the effects associated with changes in the planning policy of the government, I think that there is a meaning in terms of presenting the future direction of R&D policy.
The architecture for RFID-based home network and an intelligent agent for efficiently managing home network are proposed in this paper. The agent consists of six modules-Agent Manager, Data Collector, Execution Controller, Data Storage, Data Queue and User Interface. Agent Manager manages the tasks of modules, and Data Collector collects the data from home appliances through the RFID readersm Execution Controller determines the operations home appliances according to the conditions of the home environment and transfers the operations to the appliances through the RFID readers. Moreover, Data Storage keeps the data which is necessary for the operations of the agent, and Data Queue temporarily stores the data which is collected from home appliances. Lastly, User Interface provides the graphical user interface in which an individual can directly control and monitor the home network. The proposed intelligent agent autonomously learns the circumstances of a home network by analyzing the data about the state of home appliances, and controls home appliances according to the preference of the user. Therefore, the user can live in the best-suited home environment without direct appliance control if he/she performs home networking through the agent.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of ICT on multilevel marketing organizations (MLMs) whose members are both salespeople and consumers. This study explores the effects of the latest ICT convergence on the direct selling, which is the oldest sales method, and suggests the direction for the development of network marketing. Therefore, we will propose the changes in direct sales brought by ICT and predict the future direction of network marketing in preparation for the 4th Industrial Revolution era. Design/methodology/approach Exploratory case study was the methodology selected for this paper. The case study enables the use of multiple methods for data collection and analysis. This study applies qualitative case-study methodology on Amway Korea, which is the top seller of MLM organizations, to better understand the impact of ICT. This study conducted an in-depth interview with four different levels of MLM members (e.g. membership, ruby, emerald, diamond) which are based on the qualification system of MLM organizations and observed their behaviors. Findings This study revealed that the ICT impact on network marketing organizations(MLMs) could be summarized as follows : new membership growth, easier communication with customers, increase in work efficiency, increase in organizational trust, change in educational environment, and increase in the use of social media. Based on the interview, we propose the changes of network marketing organizations in the fourth industrial revolution era and the future strategy of Amway Korea as follows: (1) retention of royal ABOs, (2) harmony with SMEs, (3) utilization of Big Data, (4) creation of IoT business model, and (5) construction of successful O2O business platform.
