주기 패턴을 이용한 센서 네트워크 데이터의 이상치 예측 (Outlier prediction in sensor network data using periodic pattern)

  • Because of the low power and low rate of a sensor network, outlier is frequently occurred in the time series data of sensor network. In this paper, we suggest periodic pattern analysis that is applied to the time series data of sensor network and predict outlier that exist in the time series data of sensor network. A periodic pattern is minimum period of time in which trend of values in data is appeared continuous and repeated. In this paper, a quantization and smoothing is applied to the time series data in order to analyze the periodic pattern and the fluctuation of each adjacent value in the smoothed data is measured to be modified to a simple data. Then, the periodic pattern is abstracted from the modified simple data, and the time series data is restructured according to the periods to produce periodic pattern data. In the experiment, the machine learning is applied to the periodic pattern data to predict outlier to see the results. The characteristics of analysis of the periodic pattern in this paper is not analyzing the periods according to the size of value of data but to analyze time periods according to the fluctuation of the value of data. Therefore analysis of periodic pattern is robust to outlier. Also it is possible to express values of time attribute as values in time period by restructuring the time series data into periodic pattern. Thus, it is possible to use time attribute even in the general machine learning algorithm in which the time series data is not possible to be learned.

다중 네트워크 환경 하에서의 공통 자원 관리 기법 및 네트워크 시뮬레이터 응용 (Common Resource Management and Network Simulator in Heterogeneous Network Environment)

  • By the newly emerging network access technology, we face the new heterogeneous network environment. Focusing on the co-existence of multiple access network technology and the complex service needs of users, the wireless service operators should present the stable service quality for every user. For this, the service operators should build the new operation framework which combine the pre-established network and newly adopted one. Our problem is finding the optimal heterogeneous network operation framework. We suggest market-based marginal cost function for evaluating the relative value of resource of each network and develop the whole new heterogeneous network operation framework. To test the applicability of developed operation framework, we build large-scale JAVA simulator. By this development, we can easily test the new network environment in practical engineering field.

통신사업자의 새로운 사업 모델로서의 개방형 네트워크 서비스 모델 제안 (Proposal of Open Network Service Model as a New Business Model of Telecom Operator)

  • The major worldwide communication network operators have designed and are building up the NGN with various network capabilities, which conventional Internet do not have. The open network service model makes these network capabilities available to the third party of the value added service providers through the standardized API providing users with more intelligent and enhanced services. This paper proposes the open network service model as NaaS (Network as a Service) and examines service models of several levels. It is believed that these efforts presented in this paper will make the network operators expand their service ranges through the opening of invested network resources producing more various communication services for users.

고객의 비재무적 가치를 이용한 네트워크 타겟팅에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Network Targeting Using the Non-financial Value of Customer)

  • 본 연구는 소비자 간에 형성되는 사회적 네트워크와 데이터 기반의 마케팅 기법을 적용하여 소비자의 비재무적 가치를 찾아내고, 이를 마케팅에 적용함으로써 마케팅 활동의 효율성을 제고하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 소비자의 인식과 구전 효과에 큰 영향을 받으며, 관여도가 높은 에센스 화장품 소비자를 대상으로 실증분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 에센스 소비자의 세분시장은 여러 개의 서로 상이한 네트워크를 형성하고 있으며, 이들 각 네트워크 내에는 연결(degree centrality) 및 매개중심(closeness centrality)이 되는 소비자가 존재하는 것으로 분석되었다. 두번째, 연결 및 매개 중심성이 높은 고객들이 주변 고객에게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나, 이들이 기업의 수익을 촉진시키는 비재무적 가치가 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 마지막으로 국외산 제품별 및 인구통계적 특성별로 에센스 화장품 소비시장의 네트워크 구조에는 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 네트워크 타겟팅에 있어서도 이와 같은 특성을 상호보완적으로 활용할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

제조업의 가치사슬 네트워크 분석과 클러스터정책에 대한 시사점 (An Empirical Study on Value-Chain Network of Manufacturing and Implications on Cluster Policy)

  • This study investigates how characteristics in the value-chain industrial cluster affect the R&D investment and the output of firms in each industries. For this, we try to extract the inter-industrial networking structure from the input-output table in which 17 manufacturing sectors are included. In particular, we will give shape to the "unit structure" which shows the intermediary flows of goods and services between industries in order to get an unit of final demand in a certain industry. Using this "unit structure", we can try the inter-industrial networking analysis and get some indices of centrality and centralization related to the characteristics of each industries in the value-chain industrial cluster. The results show that the centrality in the value-chain industrial cluster does not have any consequence for the R&D investment and the output in each industries. However, there is a correlation between the centralization in the value-chain industrial cluster and the R&D investment and the output of firms in each industries. These results may be very suggestive in bringing up a new frame of industrial cluster policy in a macro level.

  • Innovation Cosystems are Conceptualized as Organizational Networks of Economic Actors, Technologies and Social Contexts that Interact for Knowledge Production, use, and Adaptation. This Paper Proposed a Conceptual Framework to Describe Value Co-creation of Organizational Networks Engaged in Technology Innovation. We Adopted Theory-Based Approach by Integrating the Perspective of Service-Dominant (S-D) Logic Into the Evolutionary Model of the Triple Helix. The Framework Gives a Plausible Explanation on how Actors Collaborate to Create Value in Dynamic Contexts of an Innovation Ecosystem. The Innovation Ecosystem can be Considered as a Composite of Sub-Ecosystems, Including Knowledge, Sectoral, and Business Ecosystems. When these Sub-Ecosystems are Recursively Transformed by Coordination of Functional Mechanisms that Serve Value Co-creation in the Innovation Process, the Innovation Ecosystem will be Re-Organized and Evolve. The case of the Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) was Examined to Demonstrate the Fundamental Mechanisms for Value Co-creation that was Described in the Framework. The case Study Indicates Features of Value Co-creation when Implementing Innovation in Organizational Networks.

Research on Brand Value Dimensions of Employers: Based on Online Reviews by the Employees

  • This study investigates employees' online reviews, conducts in-depth text topic mining, effectively summarizes the dimensions of employer brand value, and seeks effective ways to build employer brands from a multi-dimensional perspective. This study employs samples of employer reviews, filter keywords according to word frequency-inverse document frequency, builds a review network containing the same keywords, explore the community and summarize the theme dimensions. Simultaneously, it makes a dynamic comparison and analysis of the employer brand value dimension of different industries and enterprises. The study shows that the community exploration theme can be summarized into 11 dimensions of employer brand value, and the dimensions of employer brand value are significantly different across industries and among different enterprises within the industry. The attention to the employer brand value dimension has a significant time change. Various industries pay increasing attention to the dimension of work intensity and career development, while employers pay steady attention to the dimension of welfare benefits. The findings of this study suggest that seeking the heterogeneity of employer brand resources from the multi-dimensional differences and changes is an effective way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the human capital market.

서비스사이언스: 이론적 고찰과 분석 프레임워크 개발 (Service Science: Theory Review and Development of Analytical Framework)

  • 서비스 산업의 비중이 지속적으로 증가하면서, 경제적인 패러다임이 제품 지배 논리에서 서비스 지배 논리로 전환됨에 따라 서비스를 보다 체계적으로 이해하고 그 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 서비스사이언스 분석 방법론에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 서비스사이언스에서의 새로운 서비스를 이해하기 위해 서비스의 구성요소를 나타내고 있는 서비스 시스템에서부터, 서비스 경험, 서비스 네트워크, 서비스 라이프사이클, 서비스 혁신에 대해 설명하고, 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 서비스사이언스 분석 프레임워크를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 서비스사이언스 분석 프레임워크는 기업내부의 자원을 조직화하기 위해 필요한 서비스 라이프 사이클 4단계(서비스 전략 및 설계, 생산 및 전달, 운영 및 유지, 평가 및 향상)와 고객의 서비스 경험 극대화를 위한 네트워크(가치행위 네트워크, 자원통합자 네트워크, 역량 네트워크)로 구성되어 있다. 서비스사이언스 분석 프레임워크는 향후 서비스사이언스에 관한 연구를 체계화하고 종합적인 시각을 갖는데 기여할 것으로 보인다.

은닉노드의 특징 값을 기반으로 한 최적신경망 구조의 BPN성능분석 (Performance Analysis of Optimal Neural Network structural BPN based on character value of Hidden node)

  • 은닉노드는 주어진 문제에서 입력패턴(input pattern)들의 특징을 구분해주는 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 때문에 최적의 은닉노드 수로 구성된 신경망 구조가 성능에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인으로 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 역전파(back-propagation) 학습 알고리즘을 기반으로 하여 은닉노드 수를 결정하는데는 문제점이 있다. 은닉노드 수가 너무 적게 지정되면 주어진 입력패턴을 충분히 구분할 수 없게 되어 완전한 학습이 이루어지지 않는 반면, 너무 많이 지정하면 불필요한 연산의 실행과 기억장소의 낭비로 과적응(overfitting)이 일어나 일반성이 떨어져 인식률이 낮아지기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 백 프로퍼게이션 알고리즘을 이용하여 학습을 수행하는 다층 신경망의 학습오차 감소와 수렴율 개선을 위하여 신경망을 구성하는 매개변수를 가지고 은닉노드의 특징 값을 구하고, 그 값은 은닉노드를 제거(pruning)하기 위한 평가치로 사용된다. 구해진 특징 값 중 최대 값과 최소 값을 갖는 노드를 감소(pruning)대상에서 제외하고 나머지 은닉노드 특징 값의 평균과 각 은닉노드의 특징 값을 비교하여 평균보다 작은 특징 값을 갖는 은닉노드를 pruning시키므로서 다층 신경망의 최적 구조를 결정하여 신경망의 학습 속도를 개선하고자 한다.

A Construction of Fuzzy Inference Network based on Neural Logic Network and its Search Strategy

  • Fuzzy logic ignores some information in the reasoning process. Neural networks are powerful tools for the pattern processing, but, not appropriate for the logical reasoning. To model human knowledge, besides pattern processing capability, the logical reasoning capability is equally important. Another new neural network called neural logic network is able to do the logical reasoning. Because the fuzzy inference is a fuzzy logical reasoning, we construct fuzzy inference network based on the neural logic network, extending the existing rule- inference. network. And the traditional propagation rule is modified. For the search strategies to find out the belief value of a conclusion in the fuzzy inference network, we conduct a simulation to evaluate the search costs for searching sequentially and searching by means of search priorities.
