Research and Development has a property that involves uncertainity and risk in itself. Therefore, in order to scheduling of R & D activity, it Is needed of a certain probabilistic network technique with due regard to feedback process used to occur in the R & D proceeding. It is GERT that was developed as the need arises . In this study, the network structure of GERT-I and GERT-II was combined and then simulation analysis was used to it. According to that analysis , an advanced GERT model which covers the following stochastic problems was examined. 1 Evaluating success feasibility under the complex condition (time and cost). 2 Selecting acceptance range for the worst. 3. Selecting optimum path on basis of time, cost and success. 4. Evaluating project utility among the project alternatives. It is for managing R&D projects more effectively.

The aim of this paper is to design and implement a new ECG signal monitoring and analysis method for the home care of elderly persons or patients, using wireless sensor network (WSN) technology. The wireless technology for home-care purpose gives new possibilities for monitoring of vital parameter with wearable biomedical sensors and will give the patient freedom to be mobile and still be under continuously monitoring. Developed platform for portable real-time analysis of ECG signals can be used as an advanced diagnosis and alarming system. The ECG features are used to detect life-threatening arrhythmias, with an emphasis on the software for analyzing the P-wave, QRS complex, and T-wave in ECG signals at server after receiving data from base station. Based on abnormal ECG activity, the server transfer diagnostic results and alarm conditions to a doctor's PDA. Doctor can diagnose the patients who have survived from arrhythmia diseases.

In this paper, we have designed and implemented a parameter extraction system for analyzing Internet using SNMP. The extraction system has two modules; one is collection request module, and the other is analysis request module. The collection request module generates a polling script, which is used to collect management information from the managed system periodically. With this collected data, analysis request module extracts analysis parameters. These parameters are traffic flow analysis, interface traffic analysis, packet traffic analysis, and management traffic analysis parameter. For management activity, we have introduced two-step-analysis-view. One is Summary-View, which is used find out malfunction of a system among the entire managed systems. The Other is Specific-View. With this view we can analyze the specific system with all our analysis parameters. To show available data as indicators for line capacity planning, network redesigning decision making of performance upgrade for a network device and things like that.

The article highlights the features of professional activity teacher on the basis of tolerance, the content and types of this phenomenon are stated, the value bases of education of tolerance in students are substantiated, psychological, culturological and communicative aspects of pedagogical tolerance of the teacher are considered. Methodical recommendations on self-training of the teacher, tolerant interaction with subjects of educational process are included.

The article defines the basic concepts: "election campaign", "social capital", "conversion of social capital"; the principles and methods of research of social capital conversion in election campaigns are studied; the process of using social capital in politics is defined; ways of converting social capital into politics are considered; the possibilities of converting social capital in election campaigns are described. Election campaigns have been found to be a successful form of social capital conversion. The ability to use social capital in the election campaign speaks of its high potential. Election campaigns are not an effective use of social capital.

This research was conducted in stages by design with a structured model stage for 3 (three) years (focus on humans, products and processes), research on Integration Facility Management: Interface Coordination in human resources and product management have been completed on 2019 and 2020.
