Gold stock could include the U.K. in the European economy by the alternative plan of the problems that it was occurred while nationalizing industry and a company for economic recovery and national profit after the World War Ⅱ and it was wide and came to open in the country of European most. However, the negation was sentenced to it for the reason of the gold stock which the U.K. adopted in European many countries infringing "freedom of the capital movement" at a European court of law. However, I consider gold stock positively to protect it from hostile M&A of the company of the national strategy from the Middle East and an Asian national rich fund recently in France and Germany. If our country looks straight at reality, Urstatut or the agreement of the majority stockholder have a very strict matter assuming the protection of the existing shareholder and must be able to gain the favor if you look by the flow of such world economy.

As a product of modern proof theory, linear logic is a new form of logic developed for the purpose of enhancing programming language by Professor Jean-Yves Girard of Marseille University (France) in 1987 by supplementing intuitionist logic in a sophisticated manner. Thus, linear logic' s connectives can be explained using information processing terms such as sequentiality and parallel computation. For instance, A${\otimes}$B shows two processes, A and B, carried out one after another. A&B is linked to an internal indeterminate, allowing an observer to select either A or B. A${\oplus}$B is an external indeterminate, and as such, an observer knows that either A or B holds true, but does not know which process will be true. A ${\wp}$ B signifies parallel computation of process A and process B; linear negative exhibits synchronization, that is, in order for the process A to be carried out, both A and $A^{\bot}$ have to be accomplished simultaneously. Since the field of linear logic is not very active in Korea at present, this paper deals only with syntax aspect of linear logic in order to arouse interest in the subject, leaving semantics and proof nets for future studies.

After the unexpected death of the late professor Young-Jung Kim on July 28th last year, 4 pieces of paper unpublished were discovered. Those papers reveal that he had a grand program. In particular, we found that he had his own ideas and theory which he called "Presupposition Logic" and "Field Logic". In this paper, I will call his program "Presupposition Logic Program". He explored a new logic system, Presupposition Logic, in order to realize necessity and possibility of the closer relationship between logic and critical thinking. In this paper, I will expound what his "presupposition" and "Presupposition Logic" are and why he thought Presupposition Logic is necessary from a perspective of logic. And I will critically elucidate what was the problem that troubled him.

This paper propose the method of constructing the Digital Logic Systems based on the Improved Automatic Theorem Proving Techniques(IATP) over Finite Fields. The proposed method is as following. First, we discuss the background and the important mathematical properties for Finite Fields. Also, we discuss the concepts of the Automatic Theorem Proving Techniques(ATP) including the syntactic method and semantic method, and discuss the basic properties for the Alf. In this step, we define several definitions of the IAIP, Table Pseudo Function Tab and Equal. Next, we propose the T-gate as Building Block(BB) and describe the mathematical representation for the notation of T-gate. Then we discuss the important properties for the T-gate. Also, we propose the several relationships that are Identity relationship, Constant relationship, Tautology relationship and Mod R cyclic relationship. Then we propose Mod R negation gate and the manipulation of the don't care conditions. Finally, we propose the algorithm for the constructing the method of the digital logic systems over finite fields. The proposed method is more efficiency and regularity than my other earlier methods. Thet we prospect the future research and prospects.

When it comes to the architecture design, Kuma Kengo rejects a strong and violent subject-centered position and advocates the design that is object-oriented. As can be seen in 'gentle architecture', 'three lows principle', 'natural architecture', and 'connecting architecture', he clearly expresses the objective nature of architecture design in those terms. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to make a close inquiry into the meaning, effect and characteristics of objectivity. In particular, we try to identify the contents of 'impure architecture', which has a clear ambivalence to be an instrumental expression strongly settled in the objectivity, in an aesthetic standpoint. To do that, we systemized the concept of mimesis and the theory of subversive appropriation by Walter Benjamin and Theodor Adorno in to a frame of interpretation. By systemizing translation, subversion, verbalization and the dialectic structure of the aesthetics of negation, we interpreted the features of his works as an objective work and 'impure architecture'. His objectivity leads the situation by subversively appropriating the inherent elements of architectural conditions based on a dialectic solution in which inquiries on logical and scientific materials have played a critical role. Above all, through all these processes, he tried to suggest a language as a new technique for materials and structures. Ultimately, we could find out that this object oriented design sublates a subject oriented way that is monolithic and repetitive regardless of objects. Rather, it is a way that is effective in creating a new way of design by making a different approach to a new object rather unfamiliarly, yet deeply.

This study is about expressive aspects of subversive mimesis found in architectural design under 2nd Modernity. Architectural works under 2nd Modernity are described based on pseudo-scientific positivism and philosophical ontology of Deleuze. However, subversiveness found in works of arts by architects such as Rem Koolhaas present a few complexities to relay on such a description. This is about 'subversiveness' which absorbs the positive and negative factors of modernity which has been multi-layered as 'cultural capital'. This study aims to identify meta-phenomenon as well as the specific correlations between expression and purposes of any work of art that is presented in the form of subversiveness. To achieve this aim, this study approached with the concepts of appropriation and detournment based on Adorno's subversive mimesis concept. Meta-phenomena of architectural design methods occur from relations of three, which are social reality, artist, and work of art. This was connected to productivity of mimesis practice of self-reference and self-examination, which was then, summed up from the perspectives of appropriation in pure arts and d$\acute{e}$tournment of situationalists. Based on this work, subversive expressive characteristics of architecture under 2nd Modernity were framed from the perspectives of the absorption of cultural capital, reflection and negation, autonomy, instrumentality, and meta properties. In this way, this study found that Adorno's subversiveness should be effective for creative and methodological systemization in terms of interpretation of cognition, practice, and effect after materialization.

A public library in most countries is a knowledge and cultural institution, which is established, supported and funded by the local administrative authorities and central government. Public libraries, therefore, should ensure access to knowledge and information through various resources and services equally available to all members of the community. This role of the public library is a world-wide phenomenon and are called the universality which is applied to all countries. On the other hand, the public library's policies and operations in many countries have their own particularity, meaning exceptional cases, and this is due to the different stages of the growth and development, socio-cultural diversities. This study analyzed and discoursed whether expansion policy of the small library, supremacy of lifelong learning, steep increase in the percentage of contracting out, installation and operation of reading rooms in public libraries are examples of tolerance of particularity based on the universality or the negation of the universality packed with particularity in Korea.

The question of whether fan type surface developed at the foot of mountains is pediment or alluvial fan has been discussed consistently through the Korean geomorphic history. Unfortunately the term, 'alluvial fan' was scarcely used, also even the existence of alluvial fan has been denied throughly for a long time in Korea. The negation of alluvial fan brought some difficulties in the development of the related Geomorphology. In order to resolve such a problem, more logical and exquisite theory by examination of geomorphic process must be systematically presented on the basis of overall problem recognition. The objective of this study is to represent the theoretical indicator based on the investigation of the points at issue that the existence of alluvial fan in Korea was denied. Moreover, we selected 13 alluvial fans in southern part of Korean Peninsula to compare with the worldwide alluvial fans according to theoretical indicator, and analysed their geomorphic distributional characteristics.

Williamson(1994) proved incompatibility of Gab Theory and Tarski T-schema. But this does not means that Gab Theory could not involve intuition on truth that is expressed by T-schema. I will show that Gab Theory and mutual entailment of 'p' and 'it is true that p'(p⊨T

⊨p) are compatible. It will draw that Gab Theory can involve minimal intuition on truth. After all what I want to reveal is logical space for Gab Theory through the compatibility of the mutual entailment and negation of the Principle of Bivalence. To prove the compatibility, I will present a consequent relation which should be accepted whenever we accept Gab Theory and demonstrate Gab Theory and the mutual entailment imply following two thesis; 1) not-T

and T are not equivalent. 2) p entails T

but not-T

does not entails not-p.

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate that Hegel's philosophy of right is a dialectic critique of liberalism. The dialectical criticism in this article does not mean the formal logical denial, but a return to self by self-negation. Thus, if Hegel's philosophy of right is a dialectical critique of liberalism, Hegel's philosophy of right will be critical of liberalism and at the same time, it will not reject liberalism, but rather have aspects of liberalism. The criticism of liberalism implies that individual freedoms and rights can not be realized subjectively through individual free acts, but are realized intersubjectively through social mediums. And this is also found in controversies among modern liberalists because modern liberalism requires the government's role and institutional arrangements for the realization of individual freedoms and rights. We can find the aspects of liberalism in Hegel's philosophy of right since Hegel's ethical life entails ultimately the concrete realization and extension of individual freedom and rights.
