According with annual report by the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), South Korea is at the top of the list of countries with bad air pollution (fine dust particles) and the South Korean government announced the cause to be due to the particle emissions of large and old diesel vehicles. To solve this issue, the government (jointly with related ministries), promoted the "Special Measures for Comprehensive Fine Dust Management Program" as a way to improve environmental pollution by reducing the overall output of fine dust particles emitted by public vehicles. The measure implemented a gas subsidy system to convert eco-friendly vehicles of city and chartered buses throughout the country. In this study, we take a look at the economical evaluation, comparison and analysis of the conversion of diesel vehicles to natural gas (CNG) vehicles. This report represent the basis for the need to expand the funds of the subsidy program and reviews the feasibility of the policy by taking into consideration the social and economical benefits and the effect in the environment when converting diesel fuel to natural gas vehicles through the type-specific fuel conversion scenarios.

Giorgio Armani has made a huge success with his own persistent unique fashion styles for the last 30 years. But he too went through a transitional period during which he was criticized for lacking the so-called Armani design. Overcoming the confusion, however, he succeeded in recreating his styles of elegant image and fascinating people with his practical and yet sophisticated modern classical styles that he pioneered. The design characteristics of his men's clothing are as follows; functional and comfortable slim silhouettes that bring life to the curves of the human body, grey-based mixed colors in a natural atmosphere, natural materials such as wool, silk, and cashmere that are light and soft and have great drape properties with femininity, solid patterns with stripes, checks, and geometrical figures added, and the elegance expressed in moderate decorations such as a handkerchief and scarf. Armani men's clothing has enjoyed ongoing popularity and success across the world because it transcends time and allows men to maintain their class not being bound by the formality. It's also important to notice that Armani takes into account the perspectives of both men who wear his clothes and women who look at the men in his clothes.

This study is about the present condition of facilities for the disabled at elementary schools in Ulsan and improvement plan of facilities for the disabled. The important thing of tasks of societies and nations is rights to education for the disabled. If an education is natural rights that give people identification, Societies and nations do their best to adapting anyone no matter who has any circumstance to civilization. The more people are poor, the more Societies and nations support and give them chance to education. Among people who really need the chance to education, there was the disabled. Therefore, societies and nations support them carefully more than any others. Above all things, considering the fact that separation to integration of a education for the disabled, facilities for the disabled that can base on an integrated education must be improved as soon as possible. An integrated education contribute to growing sociality and security of human rights for the disabled. It is natural that basic facilities are necessary for the disabled. A systematic program development that make ordinary students look fairly disabled students is really demanded for that ordinary students give disabled students love and help.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the main characteristics of the environment-friendly design expressed in Koran fashion. Environment-friendly design can be categorized into choice of material, extension of products life cycle, and recycling design. In this study, Korean fashion designers can be found having the conciousness of environment for fashion design since 1990. First, in choice of material, the designers used Natural fibers which are cotton, linen, wool, and etc, and used natural dyes. Some of the designers have moved from using real fur to using fake fur for animal welfare. But fake furs produced from synthetic or regenerated fibers have the environmental problems during textile production processes. Some of the designers used fake leather made from the skins of an edible fish which are otherwise going to waste. Secondly, Design for extension of products life cycle can economize the resources and energy. Design for extension of products life cycle are classified into reversible clothing, many function clothing, modular style, patina clothing, simple style, and layered look. Finally, recycling design are classified into recycling of daily necessaries and expression techniques of recycling design which are designer's works used patchwork, mash techniques, and handmade of knits or buttonhole stitch.

This study was conducted to evaluate defects in Zelkova serrata trees using an ultrasonic tomograph (PICUS) and suggest a management plan to maintain it as a natural and cultural resource. In previous study, health information of 16 protected trees were obtained by surveying the following categories; tree appearance, crown, bark, root exposure, water and nutrition, deterioration, pest, vitality, ground status, and pollutant. The average score of health was 16.5 in 16 trees, which means that general monitor is needed for management. In this study, the evaluation result of tree's inside defects using an ultrasonic tomograph showed that 43.8% of decay rate has been found in 16 trees. In fact, some trees look to be good even though they actually have a defects causing broken by natural disaster such as strong wind. Therefore, it is urgent to put some support to the trees and come up with a protective plan. The results of this study would be useful as basic data in developing a guideline for the efficient conservation and management of big and old trees.

Korean traditional houses have been developed in sympathy with natural environment and formed comfortable indoor condition by properly using surrounding natural resources including building layout, space construction and material our traditional wooden windows adjusting ambient temperature and humidity have both the functions of window and door, although they are clearly divided in the West. While window paper is attached from the outside in China and Japan, it is attached from the inside in Korea. The opening and closing mode of windows is similar and their dimensions are shown not to he standardized but diverse in terms of the characteristic of wooden furniture and that of components placed between columns. Thus this study is to look into the performance of band-lattice door of a typical traditional one by observing changes in sound absorption characteristics according to difference in thickness and finishing method of window paper and those in sound absorption characteristics with the changed thickness of air layer in traditional windows and doors.

This paper is on the development of tools to generate pointillist representation-like images automatically by computer. Pointillist representation -like effects on the generated images are enforced by steps as follows. First, the position of brush stroke is determined from the gradient vector so that the brush touches look more natural. Second, pointillist representation-like coloring is endorsed by changing saturation and value using the RGB components of image. Our approach combines image processing techniques with computer graphics techniques for more faithful pointillist representation-like images and a couple of sample images are presented to show the effectiveness.

The result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the result of the examination about the theoretical background of the monochrome was influenced by the minimalism and modernism, and consequently the abstract expressionism which is the main trend of the modern painting was formed basing upon the plane feature and unicolor character, and it was recognized that the custom of the plane feature was implied into the monochrome. Second, the aesthetic characteristics such as the beauty of body, beauty of simplicity, beauty of nature, beauty tradition, and beauty whole of the Korean monochrome paintings in 1970s were expressed in the modern fashion as follows. The beauty of body can be told as the dress which exposes the body or See-through look in the modern fashion. The beauty of simplicity is expressed as the most simple and non-decorating minimalism element. The beauty of nature is expressed by using the natural and convenient color without any artificiality. The beauty of tradition is expressed in the Han-bok natural white material. The beauty of whole is easily expressed by using repeated print, partition or overall harmonized beauty.

Currently, the space design has been expressed the space in kinetic design by digital technology. To look into the concept of digital design, there is the tendency to pursue the harmony of the nature. The digital space designer, Greg Lynn who has been paid attention by international researchers. To compared with the reputation of his works, the information about him has been limited to us. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Greg Lynn's digital design matrix toward the design process in his representative 11 works in his website; www.glform.com. The contents analyses methods were used in this study. Greg Lynn's internet website survey was carried out in the respects of thinking method, space formative language and animate form. The major results of this study are as follows: \circled1 Lynn's design concept and digital methodology were affected by Paolo Soleri and Peter Eisenman: natural architectural concept and digital animate form \circled2 Lynn's space formative languages were 10 items; blob, blob, fold, strand, shred, flower, skin, teeth, branch and lattice \circled3 Lynn's digital design matrix was divided into 3 types; MS(Mass + Structure), PC(Path + Circulation) and FD(Form + Detail) \circled4 According to the analysis of longitudinal, his works have been changed from the MS and PC to FD. This research will be a basic reference to understand digital space design.
