The use of temporary Gondola has been steadily increasing. The temporary Gondola is required to get a safety certification review during installation and to be inspected during use within every six months. Most of them, however, are dismantled before six months, and inappropriate activities are conducted frequently for shorter working hours and convenience of work. In this study, the characteristics of the temporary Gondola and the domestic accident cases that occurred over the past 10 years(2008-2017) are analyzed for the type of accident, the state of the accident by year, and the actions of the workers in the event of an accident. Also comprehensive accident reduction measures were proposed by identifying the fundamental causes of temporary Gondola accidents, problems of existing preventive measures, and system defects by utilizing Bow-Tie techniques.

Marine accidents related to the tug-barges are frequent recently, such as oil spill caused by collision between oil tankers and tug-barges. There are many causes of these accidents, but poor working condition of operators takes up a considerable part of most causes. That is, the danger of accidents caused by fatigue accumulation exists in tug-barges of less than 200 gross tonnage engaged on near-coastal voyages or short shipping, because of the long-distance navigational watch by only one master. This paper aims to deduce problems of human element part out of the plan of sqfe navigation, and to propose legal amendments for preventing marine accidents by tug-barges.

As the consumers' anxiety for food increases, the interest in food safety also increases. To satisfy the public requirement on food safety, the government is trying to set up a food safety standard by using regulations and certification systems. However, there is still difficulty in building up complex traceability systems for medicinal crops including ginseng due to the low participation of farming industries. The purpose of this empirical research is to draw factors that impede the GAP adoption of ginseng farms. By comparing the average attitude and intention to adopt the ginseng farms' depending on its characteristics through a two-tailed test, it was drawn that continuous farming education can positively influence the GAP adoption of the ginseng farms.

Work Guideline of Construction Quality Management was revised in July 2017, and it has changed the perception of scaffolding in South Korea. The on site investigation and survey was performed on manufacturers, leasing companies, and quality inspection agencies regarding the compliance with the guideline for the scaffolding and the related components brought to the site. Moreover, the related guidelines and identified unsatisfactory quality management items were analyzed by each subject. As a result, the major factors that cause the problems were reasonably deducted. The related regulations to prohibit the delivery of faulty scaffolding components to the construction site in order to secure the safety of the temporary structure was suggested.

Test devices can perform various functions, such as research on detection targets, sensors that detect detection targets, combined products containing sensors, and certification for the launch of combined products. However, the scope of use of test devices is limited because they perform only a single role or could only serve a particular purpose in the past. Therefore, studies on test devices that can perform various functions, such as research on detection targets, sensors that detect detection targets, combined products containing sensors, and certification for the release of combined products are necessary. Accordingly, this study proposes a test device that can increase the scope of use in the technical field of electric fires. In addition, we examine various outcomes of the proposed test device.

Objectives: Pharmacopuncture is a new form of acupuncture treatment that injects herbal medicine into acupuncture points. This paper introduces the management status of pharmacopuncture through accreditation, and examines the effect of accreditation on pharmacopuncture management. Methods: The Accreditation System of External Herbal Dispensaries (EHDs) of traditional Korean medicine clinics announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in September 2018 were investigated. Results: The Accreditation System of EHDs assesses and certifies herbal medicine and pharmacopuncture preparations. Regular components for the 'pharmacopuncture' certification consist of nine standards, 30 categories, and 165 items. The nine standards include: herbal dispensary facilities, clean room management, management and organization operation, employee management, document management, continuous quality control, herbal medicine management, management of preparation, and pavement management. Conclusion: Through EHD accreditation and certification system, traditional Korean medicine clinics and EHDs can now manage pharmacopuncture medicine quality and promise safe pharmacopuncture treatment for the people.

Purpose: This study was to present the process of web-based educational program (WEP) development and to identify factors affecting satisfaction with WEP for the certificate of healthcare managers working at the National Health Insurance Corporation (NHIC). Methods: Subjects were healthcare managers and voluntary participants of WEP. A total of 1,449 respondents were surveyed through an online questionnaire about their satisfaction with the educational contents and system. Results: The mean contents satisfaction was 3.75 (SO 0.54), and system satisfaction 4.68 (SD 0.54). According to statistical analysis, the type of certification, experience and professional career of health care management affected contents satisfaction. And factors affecting system satisfaction were the type of certification and gender. Conclusion: WEP was utilized as a pre-requisite course for the certificate program of healthcare managers. However, the development of advanced WEP is suggested to meet the educational needs of healthcare managers who have certificate or license and their job related to healthcare management.

정부의 중소기업 지원 및 재지원을 위한 최적의 기업평가모형은 존재하지 않는다. 다만 여러 모형에서 활용되고 있는 평가 변수 즉, 관리 요소에 대한 의견과 대안이 검토되고 있으며, 이들 평가요소들은 기업의 입장에서는 중요하게 관리하여야 할 변수로 자리매김할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 경영혁신형 중소기업인증모형, 기술혁신형 중소기업인증모형, 생산성 경영체제 인증모형, 은행연합회 중소기업신용평가모형, 공기업의 경영성과평가모형의 의의와 배경, 평가요소, 시사점등을 알아보고 이를 종합하여 정부의 재지원을 위한 신생기업의 성과평가모형을 개발하고자 한다.

Korean sixth industrialization policy is similar to that of Japanese such as goal of policy, setup and promotion method of specific policy projects as it benchmarked a Japanese case. First of all, the certification systems of both countries, the most representative policy, are very alike that the governments officially certificate management bodies, prepare the ground for continuous sixth industrialization, devide intermediate support organization into the central unit and regional unit, and have the function of support and control of sixth industrialization management bodies. Furthermore, both countries create fund for sixth industrialization as an investment support policy, and push forward with the phased support policy businesses such as individual support and connected support for management bodies. However, there are some differences between certification systems of both countries such as process-oriented or result-oriented for certification, subtle differences of the role in support organization, and the range and rate of support.
