공공시설 자산관리는 새로운 시설물 유지보수 개념으로 유지관리체계를 넘어 자산의 가치를 높이는 관리체계이다. 이 연구의 목적은 도로 및 교량 같은 공공시설에 자산관리체계를 지원하는 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 자산의 가치와 가치비용을 평가하는 방법을 개발하는 것이다. 따라서 자산가치를 자산평가 척도인 LoS(Level of Service)를 바탕으로 금전적인 값어치로 공학적 관점에서 계산하는 이론적 방법을 연구하였다. 가치개념을 정립하기 위해 성능은 LoS를 적용하였고, 비용은 유지관리를 위한 직접 투입비용을 적용하였다. 연구목적상 기존 연구결과인 자산비용과 가치비용의 개념을 적용하였으며 합리적인 시설물의 가치비용을 추정하기 위해 추가적으로 자산의 규모, 시설물의 현재 상태, 투입예산의 효과, 시설물의 중요도를 고려하도록 제안하였다. 제안한 자산비용을 바탕으로 하는 가치비용이 최대가 되는 유지관리대안을 선정한다면 최적의 시나리오가 될 것이다.

공공시설 자산관리는 기존의 대응적 유지보수 개념의 시설물유지관리체계에서 예방적 유지보수 개념으로 전환한 시설물 유지보수의 새로운 개념이다. 기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 자산관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 공공시설 자산관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 참조모델을 시스템의 상호운영성과 정보의 호환성을 확보하기 용이하도록 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 자산관리 참조모델이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

Recent advances in cholangiopancreatoscopy technology permit image-enhanced endoscopy (IEE) for pancreatobiliary diseases. There are limitations in endoscopy performance and in the study of the clinical role of IEE in bile duct or pancreatic duct diseases. However, currently available IEEs during cholangiopancreatoscopy including traditional dye-aided chromoendoscopy, autofluorescence imaging, narrow-band imaging, and i-Scan have been evaluated and reported previously. Although the clinical role of IEE in pancreatobiliary diseases should be verified in future studies, IEE is a useful promising tool in the evaluation of bile duct or pancreatic duct mucosal lesions.

Data on basic properties are needed due to the increased interest of insulation materials, but In Korea, there are fewer data related to the basic properties of insulation. so the absorption rate was measured every seven days by selecting some of the insulation among insulation materials to provide basic data on absorption rates among basic properties. Measured over 43 days, both absorption and weight showed the highest PF levels, other insulation is judged to have almost reached the maximum absorption rate. PF is still an increasing trend and requires constant observation.

A new monocyclic ${\beta}-lactam$ analogue, sodium (3R,4S)-3-[2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-(Z)-2-methoxyi minoacetamido]-4-methoxymethyl-2-azetidinone-1- sulfonate (3) was synthesized from L-aspartic acid. Starting from L-aspartic acid, (S)-1-benzyl-4-benzyloxycarbonyl-2-azetidinone (7) was synthesized in four steps by following the established procedures and converted into (3R,4S)-3-amino-1-t-butyldimethylsilyl-4-methoxym ethyl-2-azetidinone (13) in six steps. Acylation of the amino group of 13 with $2-amino-{\alpha}$ -(methoxyimino)-4-thiazoleacetic acid, desilylation, and sulfonation with sulfur trioxide-pyridine complex followed by ion exchange afforded sodium (3R,4S)-3-[2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-(Z)-2-methoxyi minoacetamido]-4-methoxymethyl-2-azetidinone-1- sulfonate (3). Antibacterial activities of this ${\beta}$ -lactam compound 3 were, however, found to be quite low compared to cefotaxime.

Cerebellar Hippocampal and Basal Nuclei Transient Edema with Restricted diffusion (CHANTER) syndrome is characterized by an altered mental status. The acute MRI lesions show abnormal restricted diffusion imaging bilaterally and symmetrically in the cerebellum, hippocampus, and basal nuclei. This syndrome is an unknown syndrome and is presumed to be mainly an opioidinduced toxidrome. Here, we present a case study wherein we show that it can also be caused by an antidepressant overdose.

위치 기반 웹 서비스 연구는 여러 단말기와 인터넷 포탈의 로컬 서비스에서 이루어져 왔다. 개별 단말기에서 이루어진 작업과 로컬 서비스의 구현은 한정적인 영역으로 제한되어 있다. 인터넷 포탈의 로컬 서비스는 지리정보를 인지할 수 없고 정보의 제공자와 유형이 한정적이다. 휴대 단말기를 위한 컨텐츠는 휴대 단말기를 위한 어플리케이션에 종속적이다. 포탈과 단말기의 제약을 넘어 범용적으로 활용하려면 우선 웹 서비스의 범위를 확장시켜 위치 기반의 컨텐츠를 처리할 수 있게 해야 한다. 본 논문은 범용화된 위치 기반 웹 컨텐츠로 확장을 위해 기반 기술을 정리하며 그 구조와 구현을 다룬다. 이 시스템을 통해 위치 기반 웹 서비스 시스템을 일반화 시킬 수 있다.

이 기종의 컴퓨팅 자원들로 구성된 데이터센터에서 사용자가 제출한 클라우드 작업의 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해서는 효율적인 작업할당 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 작업의 처리시간을 사용자의 QoS 로 정의하고 작업처리시간을 최소화하면서 동시에 모든 사용자에게 차별 없이 동일한 수준의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 최적 작업할당 문제를 정의한다. 협력적 게임모형인 NBS(Nah Bargaining Solution)을 이용하여 정의한 문제를 해결하였고 이를 이용하여 각 자원에 할당되는 작업부하를 효율적으로 제어함으로써 파레토 최적을 유지할 수 있는 협력적 부하분산 정책을 도출하였다. 또한, 성능 평가를 통해 제안한 기법이 작업처리시간을 최소화하면서도 모든 자원에서의 작업처리시간이 동일함을 보였다.

최근 경기침체 속에서 소형차의 판매가 강세를 보이고 있고 연비의 효율성에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 흐름을 반영하여 미니카의 연비를 관리하여 효율적인 운행이 가능하도록 하기 위한 목적으로 콘텐츠를 제작하였으며, 제안된 콘텐츠의 기획과 구현을 중심으로 하고 있다. 미니카 앱(Minicar Application)은 사람들에게 자동차 연비를 효과적으로 관리하고 각종 정보를 공유할 수 있도록 기획되었으며, 기획 및 구현의 범위를 소형차로 한정하여 특정 차에 대한 관리 전문성을 두었고, 자신의 연비를 관리하는 것뿐 만 아니라 미니카를 운행하는 다른 사용자와 정량적인 비교가 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 소형차를 소유한 사람들에게 차에 대한 애착심을 주고, 운전습관을 개선해주는 효과를 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
