박막태양전지는 p-i-n substrate형과 n-i-p substrate형 두가지구조로 제조된다. 각 layer에서 activation energy와 band gap energy를 ASA simulator를 통해 조절해보았다. Simulation결과 p-i-n substrate형에서 p-layer와 n-i-p substrate형 n-layer에서 동일하게 activation energy 0.2eV, band gap energy 1.80eV에 최고효율 나왔고 각각 10.07%, 10.17%의 최고효율을 구할 수 있었다. 최적화 과정을 통하여 같은 조건에서 p-i-n substrate형 보다 n-i-p substrate형이 보다 높은 효율을 낸다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 본 연구를 통해 각 구조의 차이를 알 수 있었고 이는 높은 효율의 박막태양전지 설계에 도움이 될 것 이다.

분산 M/VC 응용 프로그램의 조립식 작성기, DOC(Distributed Object Composer)는 M/VC(Model/View.Controller) 모델 기반 실시간 클라이언트/서버 응용의 신속한 개발을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 DOC를 이용한 분산 M/VC 응용 프로그램의 조립식 작성 과정과 함께 그 구현을 소개한다. DOC는 개방화 및 표준화를 주도하는 CORBA 미들웨어를 기반으로 하여, 이질적인 통신 환경에서 클라이언트와 서버 객체간의 네트워크 투과성을 제공하고, 분산된 객체들 간의 상호작용(interaction) 패턴을 추상화하여 조립식 분산 응용 프로그램의 작성을 가능하게 한다. 분산 객체들 간의 상호작용을 처리하기 위해 자바의 관찰자/피관찰자(Observer/Observable) 패턴을 분산 관찰자/피관찰자 패턴으로 확장하여, serverDOC와 clientDOC로 구성된 DOC의 구현에 사용한다. 분산 피관찰자는 M/VC의 모델에 해당하고, 분산 관찰자는 뷰.콘트롤러에 해당한다. 개발자는 분산 환경을 고려하지 않고 필요한 관찰자/피관찰자 객체들을 생성하여 로컬상의 DOC에 조립식으로 연결하기만 하면 피관찰자의 상태 변화는 곧 관찰자에게 전달되고, 관찰자를 통한 사용자의 입력은 피관찰자에게 전달되어 반영된다. DOC를 이용한 응용 프로그램의 작성은 구성 객체들을 DOC에 plug-and-play 방식으로 조립하는 과정이다. 따라서 DOC는 분산 환경하의 컴포넌트 재사용성을 개선하고, 분산 응용의 생산성을 높인다.

An anagram is a form of word play to find a new word from a set of given alphabet letters. Good human anagram solvers use the strategy of bigrams. They explore a constraint satisfaction network in parallel and answers consequently pop out quickly. In this paper, we propose a molecular computational algorithm using the same process as this. We encoded letters into DNA sequences and made bigrams and then words by connecting the letter sequences. From letters and bigrams, we performed DNA hybridization, ligation, gel electrophoresis and finally, extraction and separation to extract bigrams. From the matched bigrams and words, we performed the four molecular operations again to distinguish between right and wrong results. Experimental results show that our molecular computer can identify cor rect answers and incorrect answers. Our work shows a new possibility for modeling the cognitive and parallel thinking process of a human.

The following new techniques have been developed: (A); To a 500ml of sample water, it was adjusted pH 10 with ammonia-anmonium citrate, added 10ml of 1${\%}$ sodium diethyldithiocarbamate and extracted three times with 10ml of CHCl3. The extract was shaken with 10ml of 0.05N $HCl-4{\times}10^{-4}M\;HgCl_2$. The aqueous solution was added 2ml of 2N KCl and washed two times with 10ml of pure $CHCl_3$, and then recorded square wave polarograms. (B); To a 500ml of sample water adjusted pH 10 with ammonia-ammonium citrate, it was added 2ml of 1${\%}$ 8-hydroxyquinoline and extracted three times with 10ml $CHCl_3$. The separated $CHCl_3$ phase was shaken with 10ml of 0.2 N HCl. The aqueous solution was recorded polarograms directly. These methods can be used for determination of the ppb order of metal in water with an error of ${\pm}10{\%}$. The method (B) can not be used for the determination of zinc on account of the free 8-hydroxyquinoline.

EHMACC and EHPC programs written in VAX version to calculate the tight-binding extended Huckel method is converted into the micro-soft fortran available to PC. The band calculation of LaNiO3 unit cell and extended ($2{\times}2{\times}1$) cell with perovskite structure is made by the PC/386 and PC/486. The calculation is also made for the DOS and the COOP. It is supposed that the electronic property of $LaNiO_3$ is semiconductor along to the ${\Gamma}{\rightarrow}H,\;H{\rightarrow}N,\;and\;N{\rightarrow}{\Gamma}(2D)$ direction with band gap about 0u.35 eV, while metal property in ${\Gamma}{\rightarrow}P\;and\;P{\rightarrow}N(3D)$ direction. The oxygen atom property in $LaNiO_3$ is more effectively affected by oxygen atom position than defect of nickel atom.

In this study, we analyzed the vocabulary, lemmas, keywords, and n-grams in 『Treasure Island』 to identify certain linguistic features of this British-American children's adventure novel. The current study found that, contrary to the popular claim that frequently-used words are important and essential to a story, the set of frequently-used words in 『Treasure Island』 were mostly function words and proper nouns that were not directly related to the plot found in 『Treasure Island』. We also ascertained that a list of keywords using a statistical method making use of a corpus program was not good enough to surmise the story of 『Treasure Island』. However, we managed to extract 30 keywords through the first quantitative keyword analysis and then a second qualitative keyword analysis. We also carried out a series of n-gram analyses and were able to discover lexical bundles that were preferred and frequently used by the author of 『Treasure Island』. We hope that the results of this study will help spread this knowledge among British-American children's literature as well as to further put forward corpus stylistic theory.

N-스크린 환경에서 방송사들을 포함한 사업자들은 온라인을 통해TV 프로그램을 시청자들에게 제공하고 있다. 사업자들은 N-스크린 서비스를 운영하면서 광고를 통해 수익을 창출하고 있는데, 모바일 이용이 활성화 되면서 N-스크린 광고 시장 규모도 증가하고 있다. 모바일 환경에서는 화면 크기의 제약으로 인해 기존의 이미지, 베너 형태의 광고 보다 동영상 광고방식이 유리하여 이에 대한 수요가 높은데, N-스크린 환경에서 다양한 화면 사이즈를 가진 기기에 동영상 광고를 제공하기 위해서는 광고 소재 관리가 필수적이다. 또한 온라인 광고 제공에 관여하는 광고주, 광고 대행사, 플랫폼 사, 매체 사 간에 협업이 가능한 시스템 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 N-스크린 환경에서 동영상 광고를 효율적으로 제공하고 운영하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다.

In this paper, we propose an image enhancement method for vehicle recorder by dividing the images into sub-images and finding local histograms of the sub-images. The proposed method includes the following steps. Firstly, the input image is divided into ($N{\times}M$) pieces. And the sub-images are used to make groups using the adjacent piece-images (eg. piece-imagei,j, piece-imagei,j+1, piece-imagei+1,j and piece-imagei+1,j+1). Secondly, the contrast enhancement processes are executed using the local histogram of the sub-images. Finally, overall image is reconstructed by using a transfer function that reflects the characteristics of the sub-image. The proposed method might achieve more enhanced images for vehicle recorder by suppressing excessive image contrast.

The study conducted a meta analysis to identify the effects of physical activity programs for the elderly with disabilities. The 14 out of 177 studies, fulfilled the process and requirement, were selected for the Hedges'g, funnel plot, forest plot, Egger's regression test, trim-and-fill, fail-safe N. There were three conclusions based on the results. First, the physical activity was effective for the elderly with disabilities and showed good effects on the psychomotor, cognitive, and affective domains. Second, the physical activity programs of fundamental exercise skill, game and sport, and fitness exercise showed positive effects on the psychomotor, cognitive, and affective domains in the elderly with disabilities. Third, the fundamental exercise skill for the psychomotor domain, the game and sport for the cognitive domain, and the fitness exercise for the affective domain were the most effective for the elderly with disabilities.
