The basic search engine on Twitter shows not only tweets that contain search keywords, but also all articles written by users with nicknames containing search keywords. Since the tweets unrelated to the search keyword are exposed as search results, it is inconvenient to many users who want to search only tweets that include the keyword. To solve this inconvenience, this study improved the search function of Twitter by developing an algorithm that searches only tweets that contain search keywords. The improved functionality is implemented as a Web service using ASP.NET MVC5 and is available to many users. We used a powerful collection method in C# to retrieve the results of an object, and it was also possible to output them according to the number of 'retweets' or 'favorites'. If the number of retrieved numbers is less than a given number, we also added an exclusion filter function. Thus, sorting search results by the number of retweets or favorites, user can quickly search for opinions that are of interest to many users. It is expected that many users and data analysts will find the developed function convenient to search on Twitter.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between value types and life satisfaction of Korean university students. 275 students' scores for value types, positive·negative affectivity, and subjective well-being were obtained using questionnaires. Data was analysed by correlation analysis and path analysis. The results can be summarized as followings. First, the correlation between all negative affectivity and all value was not significant. Second, conformity, benevolence, self-direction·stimulation, hedonism, achievement and security value types were positively correlated with positive affectivity, whereas, conformity, benevolence, universalism and security value types were positively correlated with life satisfaction. Third, the student's higher scores of conformity, benevolence and hedonism value types induced higher level of positive affectivity, which, in turn, increased life satisfaction. The results suggested that value types can indirectly influence life satisfaction through positive affectivity.

Modern society is complex and rapidly changing, and knowledge sharing is needed to acquire and create knowledge. Knowledge sharing is the act of providing information knowledge and know-how of their own in order to cooperate with or help their colleagues. This study presents a research model using social capital theory to explain the mobile knowledge sharing behavior of virtual community members. Based on previous studies, social capital theory is divided into structural, relational, and cognitive aspects. It was composed of social interaction ties as a measure of structural aspect, trust as a measure of cognitive aspect, shared language, shared vision and relational aspect. After collecting survey data, factor analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22. In this way, we examined how the detailed factors of social capital affect information sharing behavior and how the level of knowledge sharing affects community promotion. The results showed that social interaction ties, shared language, shared vision, and trust affect knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing has had a positive impact on community promotion.

The purpose of this study is to explore the reasons why Chinese marriage immigrant women do not teach their children to learn their mother tongue to second language and to present improvement plans about it. We have collected data mainly through in-depth-interview of four Chinese marriage immigrant women that have lived in Korea for more than 10 years from March to June, 2017. The results show that there are four environmental aspects why they do not teach their children to learn their mother tongue. First, their children are lack of access to learn Chinese. Second, their children do not want to learn Chinese because of the negative images of China in Korea. Third, Chinese marriage immigrant women are busy adjusting themselves to the Korean society so that they have no time to teach their children to learn Chinese. Lastly, Chinese marriage immigrant women are lack of confidence to teach their children to learn Chinese and Chinese culture, because it exist that Koreans have negative perceptions of other cultures. We hope that there will be opportunities for marriage immigrant women to teach their children to learn their mother tongue through this study.

The ensemble is a unified approach used for getting better performance by using multiple algorithms in machine learning. In this paper, we introduce boosting and bagging, which have been widely used in ensemble techniques, and design a method using support vector regression, radial basis function network, Gaussian process, and multilayer perceptron. In addition, our experiment was performed by adding a recurrent neural network and MOHID numerical model. The drifter data used for our experimental verification consist of 683 observations in seven regions. The performance of our ensemble technique is verified by comparison with four algorithms each. As verification, mean absolute error was adapted. The presented methods are based on ensemble models using bagging, boosting, and machine learning. The error rate was calculated by assigning the equal weight value and different weight value to each unit model in ensemble. The ensemble model using machine learning showed 61.7% improvement compared to the average of four machine learning technique.

Recently, the Internet of Thing (IoT) technology is expanding explosively in the number of devices and applications in many application areas. In IoT systems, sensors and actuators are connected to the Internet and cooperate to do some applications by exchanging information. In this paper an IoT smart home system is developed to monitor and control home devices easily. Our system consists of sensor devices, IoT gateways, and an IoT server. Sensor devices developed using Rfduino sense the physical world and transmit their data using BLE to the IoT server thru the IoT gateway. We implemented the IoT gateway using Raspberry Pi and the IoT server using ARTIK cloud. We installed our system and made a test in our lab, which showed that our system can be installed and managed easily and extended its functionality in an easy way. By taking advantage of the rule mechanism and action messages of ARTIK cloud, we implemented the control of device parameters easily by sending action messages to the ARTIK cloud.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of individual and environmental factors on the career identity of Chinese-Korean adolescents in Yanbian, China. Academic achievement and self-esteem were considered as individual factors, and parent attachment and teacher attachment were considered as environmental factors. This study sought to answer the question "Which individual and environmental factors had an effect on the career identity of Chinese-Korean adolescents in Yanbian, China?" The data was collected from 290 middle school students in Yanbian, China through the use of a survey. The results were as follows: self-esteem as an individual factor and teacher attachment as an environmental factor were found to have a significant effect on career identity. Also, teacher attachment as an environmental factor had the greatest effect on career identity. In the conclusion, we considered theoretical and practical implications of this study to improve the career identity of Chinese-Korean adolescents in China.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of creativity education on creativity of college students through educational medium such as film, animation, documentary, cartoon, advertisement, etc. Therefore, D university in Busan Metropolitan City held a 15-week creativity program for team college students in the second semester of 2016 "creative convergence". In this study, the data collected by the pre - test and post - test using the creativity questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, the creativity of college students showed a significant difference in problem solving ability scores in the curriculum for media literacy. Second, the creativity of university students showed a significant difference in creative tendency score in media literacy curriculum. The fact that various media such as movies, animations, documentaries, cartoons, advertisements, etc. are educational media that can be easily accessed in everyday life, suggests that the improvement of creativity suggests educational effects to college students and future students.

In this study, we developed the multicultural program that could strengthen capabilities of the local childcare community and analyzed the satisfaction and effects of the program. The multicultural childcare community programs are designed for taking into account the conditions of effective contact between social groups. Five programs for multicultural childcare community are performed during the period (August from July 2015), and there were 196 members of local community involved in that programs. Local multicultural community program indicated a high satisfaction and we were able to lead on building their self-esteem and social engagement of multicultural parents through that program. Furthermore, we can confirm the needs of the program for local multicultural childcare community have continued. It is significant that this study provides basic data for the multicultural childcare community program to make a contribution to another local multicultural community.

Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication provides each component (machine) with access to Internet, evolving into the IoT technology. IoT is a trend where numbers of devices provide the communication service, using the Internet protocol. As spreading the concept of IoT(Internet of Things), various objects become home information sources. According to the wide spread of various devices, it is difficult to access data on the devices with unified manners. Under this environment, security is a critical element to create various types of application and service. In this paper propose the inter-device authentication and Centralized Remote Security Provisioning framework in Open M2M environment. The results of previous studies in this task is carried out by protecting it with the latest information on M2M / IoT and designed to provide the ultimate goal of future M2M / IoT optimized platform that can be integrated M2M / IoT service security and security model presents the information.
