In order to detect climate changes using satellite imagery, the GCOS (Global Climate Observing System) defines requirements such as spatio-temporal resolution, stability by the time change, and uncertainty. Due to limitation of GK-2A sensor performance, the level-2 products can not satisfy the requirement, especially for spatial resolution. In this paper, we found the optimal pan-sharpening algorithm for GK-2A products. The six pan-sharpening methods included in CS (Component Substitution), MRA (Multi-Resolution Analysis), VO (Variational Optimization), and DL (Deep Learning) were used. In the case of DL, the synthesis property based method was used to generate training dataset. The process of synthesis property is that pan-sharpening model is applied with Pan (Panchromatic) and MS (Multispectral) images with reduced spatial resolution, and fused image is compared with the original MS image. In the synthesis property based method, fused image with desire level for user can be produced only when the geometric characteristics between the PAN with reduced spatial resolution and MS image are similar. However, since the dissimilarity exists, RD (Random Down-sampling) was additionally used as a way to minimize it. Among the pan-sharpening methods, PSGAN was applied with RD (PSGAN_RD). The fused images are qualitatively and quantitatively validated with consistency property and the synthesis property. As validation result, the GSA algorithm performs well in the evaluation index representing spatial characteristics. In the case of spectral characteristics, the PSGAN_RD has the best accuracy with the original MS image. Therefore, in consideration of spatial and spectral characteristics of fused image, we found that PSGAN_RD is suitable for GK-2A products.

With the development of the Internet, consumers have had an opportunity to check product information easily through E-Commerce. Product reviews used in the process of purchasing goods are based on user experience, allowing consumers to engage as producers of information as well as refer to information. This can be a way to increase the efficiency of purchasing decisions from the perspective of consumers, and from the seller's point of view, it can help develop products and strengthen their competitiveness. However, it takes a lot of time and effort to understand the overall assessment and assessment dimensions of the products that I think are important in reading the vast amount of product reviews offered by E-Commerce for the products consumers want to compare. This is because product reviews are unstructured information and it is difficult to read sentiment of reviews and assessment dimension immediately. For example, consumers who want to purchase a laptop would like to check the assessment of comparative products at each dimension, such as performance, weight, delivery, speed, and design. Therefore, in this paper, we would like to propose a method to automatically generate multi-dimensional product assessment scores in product reviews that we would like to compare. The methods presented in this study consist largely of two phases. One is the pre-preparation phase and the second is the individual product scoring phase. In the pre-preparation phase, a dimensioned classification model and a sentiment analysis model are created based on a review of the large category product group review. By combining word embedding and association analysis, the dimensioned classification model complements the limitation that word embedding methods for finding relevance between dimensions and words in existing studies see only the distance of words in sentences. Sentiment analysis models generate CNN models by organizing learning data tagged with positives and negatives on a phrase unit for accurate polarity detection. Through this, the individual product scoring phase applies the models pre-prepared for the phrase unit review. Multi-dimensional assessment scores can be obtained by aggregating them by assessment dimension according to the proportion of reviews organized like this, which are grouped among those that are judged to describe a specific dimension for each phrase. In the experiment of this paper, approximately 260,000 reviews of the large category product group are collected to form a dimensioned classification model and a sentiment analysis model. In addition, reviews of the laptops of S and L companies selling at E-Commerce are collected and used as experimental data, respectively. The dimensioned classification model classified individual product reviews broken down into phrases into six assessment dimensions and combined the existing word embedding method with an association analysis indicating frequency between words and dimensions. As a result of combining word embedding and association analysis, the accuracy of the model increased by 13.7%. The sentiment analysis models could be seen to closely analyze the assessment when they were taught in a phrase unit rather than in sentences. As a result, it was confirmed that the accuracy was 29.4% higher than the sentence-based model. Through this study, both sellers and consumers can expect efficient decision making in purchasing and product development, given that they can make multi-dimensional comparisons of products. In addition, text reviews, which are unstructured data, were transformed into objective values such as frequency and morpheme, and they were analysed together using word embedding and association analysis to improve the objectivity aspects of more precise multi-dimensional analysis and research. This will be an attractive analysis model in terms of not only enabling more effective service deployment during the evolving E-Commerce market and fierce competition, but also satisfying both customers.
As exhibition industry, which is a part of 17 new growth engines of the government, is related to other industries such as tourism, transportation and financial industries. So it has a significant ripple effect on other industries. Exhibition is a knowledge-intensive, eco-friendly and high value-added Industry. Over 13,000 exhibitions are held every year around the world which contributes to getting foreign currency. Exhibition industry is closely related with culture and tourism and could be utilized as local and national development strategies and improve national brand image as well. Many countries try various efforts to invigorate exhibition industry by arranging related laws and support system. In Korea, more than 200 exhibitions are being held every year, but only 2~3 exhibitions are hosted with over 400 exhibitors and except these exhibitions most exhibitions have few foreign exhibitors. The main reason of weakness of domestic trade show is that there are no agencies managing exhibitionrelated statistics and there is no specific and reliable evaluation. This might cause impossibility of providing buyer or seller with reliable data, poor growth of exhibitions in terms of quality and thus service quality of trade shows cannot be improved. Hosting a lot of visitors (Public/Buyer/Exhibitor) is very crucial to the development of domestic exhibition industry. In order to attract many visitors, service quality of exhibition and visitor's satisfaction should be enhanced. For this purpose, a variety of real-time customized services through digital media and the services for creating new customers and retaining existing customers should be provided. In addition, by providing visitors with personalized information services they could manage their time and space efficiently avoiding the complexity of exhibition space. Exhibition industry can have competitiveness and industrial foundation through building up exhibition-related statistics, creating new information and enhancing research ability. Therefore, this paper deals with customized service with visitor's smart-phone at the exhibition space and designing mobile framework which enables exhibition devices to interact with other devices. Mobile server framework is composed of three different systems; multi-server interaction, server, client, display device. By making knowledge pool of exhibition environment, the accumulated data for each visitor can be provided as personalized service. In addition, based on the reaction of visitors each of all information is utilized as customized information and so the cyclic chain structure is designed. Multiple interaction server is designed to have functions of event handling, interaction process between exhibition device and visitor's smart-phone and data management. Client is an application processed by visitor's smart-phone and could be driven on a variety of platforms. Client functions as interface representing customized service for individual visitors and event input and output for simultaneous participation. Exhibition device consists of display system to show visitors contents and information, interaction input-output system to receive event from visitors and input toward action and finally the control system to connect above two systems. The proposed mobile framework in this paper provides individual visitors with customized and active services using their information profile and advanced Knowledge. In addition, user participation service is suggested as well by using interaction connection system between server, client, and exhibition devices. Suggested mobile framework is a technology which could be applied to culture industry such as performance, show and exhibition. Thus, this builds up the foundation to improve visitor's participation in exhibition and bring about development of exhibition industry by raising visitor's interest.
This paper is to study techniques of a virtual reality to maximize the depth of the users' immersion based on differentiated interactive contents using korean traditional fairy tale. In order to increase more interests in korean traditional fairy tale, we produce a interactive 3D contents and propose a new approach to a system designing applying a virtual realities such as HMD, Leap motion. First, using Korean traditional fairy tale, we generate interactive contents consisting of scenes intensifying user's tensions while interaction of game process. Based on the interactive contents generated, we design scene generation using Oculus HMD, the gaze based input processes and a hand interface using Leap motion, in order to provide a multi dimensional scene transmission and an input process method to intensify the sense of the reality. We will verify through diverse tests whether the proposed virtual reality contents based on a technique of an input process will actually intensify the immersion in the virtual reality or not while minimizing the motion sickness of the users.

Recently, the need for outsourcing sensitive data has grown due to the wide spreading of cost-effective and flexible cloud service. However, there is a fundamental concern in using such service since users have to trust external servers. Therefore, searchable encryption can be a very valuable tool to meet the security requirements of data outsourcing. However, most of work on searchable encryption focus only on privacy preserving search function and relatively lacks research on encryption mechanism used to actually encrypt data. Without a suitable latter mechanism, searchable encryption cannot be deployed in real world cloud services. In this paper, we analyze previously used and possible data encryption mechanisms for multi-user searchable encryption system and discuss their pros and cons. Our results show that readily available tools such as broadcast encryption, attribute-based encryption, and proxy re-encryption do not provide suitable solutions. The main problem with existing tools is that they may require separate fully trusted servers and the difficulty in preventing collusion attacks between outsiders and semi-trusted servers.
With the advent of multi-channel TV, IPTV and smart TV services, excessive amounts of TV program contents become available at users' sides, which makes it very difficult for TV viewers to easily find and consume their preferred TV programs. Therefore, the service of automatic TV recommendation is an important issue for TV users for future intelligent TV services, which allows to improve access to their preferred TV contents. In this paper, we present a recommendation model based on statistical machine learning using a collaborative filtering concept by taking in account both public and personal preferences on TV program contents. For this, users' preference on TV programs is modeled as a latent topic variable using LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) which is recently applied in various application domains. To apply LDA for TV recommendation appropriately, TV viewers's interested topics is regarded as latent topics in LDA, and asymmetric Dirichlet distribution is applied on the LDA which can reveal the diversity of the TV viewers' interests on topics based on the analysis of the real TV usage history data. The experimental results show that the proposed LDA based TV recommendation method yields average 66.5% with top 5 ranked TV programs in weekly recommendation, average 77.9% precision in bimonthly recommendation with top 5 ranked TV programs for the TV usage history data of similar taste user groups.
Recently, tunneling under the seabed is becoming increasingly common in many countries. In Korea, there are proposals to tunnel from the mainland to Jeju Island. Safe construction requires geologic structures such as faults to be characterized during the design and construction phase; however, unlike on land, such structures are difficult to survey seabed. This study aims to develop an algorithm that uses geostatistics to automatically derive large-scale geological structures on the seabed. The most important considerations in this method are the optimal size of the moving window, the optimal type of spatial statistics, and determination of the optimal percentile standard. Finally, the optimal analysis algorithm was developed using the R program, which comprehensibly presents variations in spatial statistics. The program allows the type and percentile standard of spatial statistics to be specified by the user, thus enabling an analysis of the geological structure according to variations in spatial statistics. The geotechnical defense-training algorithm shows that a large, linear geological lineament is best visualized using a $3{\times}3$ moving window and a 10% upper standard based on the moving variance value and fractile. In particular, setting the fractile criterion to the upper 0.5% almost entirely eliminates the error values from the contour image.
Copy number variations(CNVs) are a recently recognized class of human structural variations and are associated with a variety of human diseases, including cancer. To find important cancer genes, researchers identify novel CNVs in patients with a particular cancer and analyze large amounts of genomic and clinical data. We present a tool called CNVDAT which is able to detect CNVs from NGS data and systematically analyze the genomic and clinical data associated with variations. CNVDAT consists of two modules, CNV Detection Engine and Sequence Analyser. CNV Detection Engine extracts CNVs by using the multi-resolution system of scale-space filtering, enabling the detection of the types and the exact locations of CNVs of all sizes even when the coverage level of read data is low. Sequence Analyser is a user-friendly program to view and compare variation regions between tumor and matched normal samples. It also provides a complete analysis function of refGene and OMIM data and makes it possible to discover CNV-gene-phenotype relationships. Multiple antennas can provide huge capacity gains when the transmitter knows the channel state information (CSI). Precoding is a technique that exploits CSI at the transmitter side. In this paper, an adaptive precoding scheme is proposed, called a hybrid multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) precoding (HMP). HMP is a combination of linear and nonlinear precoding. The number of transmit antennas less than or equal to four is as same as the conventional antenna selection scheme. Therefore, the HMP scheme uses more than four transmit antennas. The good channel means that the channels must be selected to maximize the channel capacity among the given channels, and the rest channels are called bad channel. In HMP scheme, we use the nonlinear precoding in the good channels and the linear precoding in the bad channels. The well-known Tomlinson-Harashima precoding (THP) is considered as nonlinear precoding. The system throughput and MSE (minimum square error) are shown for the performance of HMP scheme compared to the conventional schemes which are BD (block diagonalization), antenna selection and THP.
The objective of this paper is to analyze and characterize end-to-end packet statistics after modeling and simulation of WiFi (IEEE 802.11g) and WiMAX (IEEE 802.16e) of a virtual wireless network using OPNET Modeler Wireless Suite. Wireless internal and external network simulators such as Remcom's Wireless InSite Real Time (RT) module, WinProp: W-LAN/Fixed WiMAX/Mobile WiMAX, and SMI system, are designed to consider data transfer rate based on wireless propagation signal strength. However, we approached our research in a different perspective without support for characteristic of these wireless network simulators. That is, we will discuss the purpose of a visual analysis for these packets, how to receive each point packets (e.g., wireless user, base station or access point, and http server) through end-to-end virtual network modeling based on integrated wired and wireless network without wireless propagation signal strength. Measuring packet statistics is important in QoS metric analysis among wireless network performance metrics. Clear packet statistics is an especially essential metric in guaranteeing QoS for WiMAX users. We have found some interesting results through modeling and simulation for virtual wireless network using OPNET Modeler Wireless Suite. We are also able to analyze multi-view efficiency through experiment/observation result.
