Current urban development paradigm is aiming from plane, single-functional. and public-driven to multi-dimensional, multi-functional, and private-driven development. However, existing laws and regulations relating urban development are not in accordance with the current paradigm. This paper is intended to focus on the necessity and urgency to reorganize the current legislative system.

We Investigate the relation between the multi-variable bi-additive functional equation f(x+y+z,u+v+w)=f(x,u)+f(x,v)+f(x,w)+f(y,u)+f(y,v)+f(y,w)+f(z,u)+f(z,v)+f(z,w) and the multi-variable quadratic functional equation g(x+y+z)+g(x-y+z)+g(x+y-z)+g(-x+y+z)=4g(x)+4g(y)+4g(z). Furthermore, we find out the general solution of the above two functional equations.

In this paper, a multi-functional control module is developed to improve the confidence of $CO_2$ welding. In the developed system, a main controller of an automatic welding system including I/O port is modulated by microprocessor. The developed multi-functional control module is familiarized to the conventional automatic welding system. Therefore, the confidence of $CO_2$ welding is improved when the main controller of an automatic welding system is broken down.

In the era of climate change, the feasibility of a 'multi-functional storage facility' was evaluated in terms of various key performance indices such as flooding prevention effects, urban pollution reduction effects, and rainwater harvesting effects. As a result, the Korea Ministry of Environment introduced a new concept of 'multi-functional storage facility' for sewer flooding prevention and urban non-point pollution reduction. Prior to introducing these infrastructure (a large underground storage facility), the more details were needed to be examined carefully in all of technical aspects of construction and management. It was also well known that the validity of installation of 'multi-functional storage facility' was sometimes weakened because of a low B/C ratio.

This paper is an experimental study on applicability of repairing mortar using multi-functional slag aggregate. In this study, automatic construction machinery system were adapted, and their performance were evaluated by the using of those systems. In order to verify the effect of multi-functional aggregate, two kinds of aggregate were used and compared of their physical properties. The results indicate that multi-functional aggregate appears good physical properties such as durability, permeability coefficient.

Facing the challenges of urban form and space quality in a high-density environment, the paper puts forward the development trend of three-dimensional and multi-functional design for an urban high-rise complex, and analyzes the design methods of establishing an urban landmark, including multi-functional composition, three-dimensional space integration, three-dimensional traffic organization and energy flow programming. Meanwhile, combined with the specific design case of Yiwu World Trade Center, the practical experience of designing a high-rise complex in China's medium-sized cities is analyzed.

다기능 구조체는 전자장비, 열제어 부품, 우주복사 차폐물 및 지지구조물이 하나의 시스템으로 통합된 구조적 결합체로써, 위성 및 행성탐사선 모듈의 소형화/경량화를 달성하여 경제성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 매우 중요한 첨단 모듈이다. 본 연구에서는 구조적인 강도를 고려하여 설계된 다기능 구조체의 6가지 형상에 대하여 방열성능을 수치해석적인 방법으로 검토하였다. 다기능 구조체의 rib 형상이 방열판 내 전열효과에 미치는 영향은 열전도 측면만을 고려하는 것은 의미가 없으며, 구조적인 강성, 제작의 난점, 무게 등을 모두 고려하여야 하고, 전열 측면에서는 rib의 형상보다 면재 외부층의 두께와 무게에 대한 trade-off를 통하여 최적화하는 것이 일반적으로 유효하다고 판단된다.

In this paper, we obtain the general solution and the stability of the multi-dimensional Cauchy's functional equation $f(x_1+y_1,{\cdots},x_n+y_n)=f(x_1,{\cdots},x_n)+f(y_1,{\cdots},y_n)$. The function f given by $f(x_1,{\cdots},x_n)=a_1x_1+{\cdots}+a_nx_n$ is a solution of the above functional equation.

Recently, it has been developed for Eco-environment, Super light, Multi-functional nano materials. As needed mobile parts in Smart phone or TV, computer, information communication for high pass signal, multi-function, Magnetic thin film materials have been developed. As last, magnetic powder, sintered and sputtering parts were thick and low purity than electroplating layer, low pass signal and noise were resulted, vibrated TV screen. Because chemical complex temperature was high and ununiform surface layer, it has been very difficult for data pass in High Frequency (GHz) area. Large capacity data pass is used to GHz. Above GHz, signal pass velocity is dependent on Skin Effect of surface layer. If surface layer is thick or ununiform, attachment is poor, low pass signal and cross talk, noise are produced and leaked. It has been reported technical trend of Electrochemically plating and Surface treatment of Metal, Polymer, Ceramic etc. by dispersion/complex for Multi functional nano-magnetic material in this paper.
