  • In this paper, a speed control of nin-servo induction motor is considered. In this case, it is difficult to satisfy precise control performance. SO H.inf. robust controller is designed for this problem by usign polynomial approach and Youla parameterization.

  • The paper describes the correction of the switching dead times avoiding a bridge leg short circuit in pulse width modulated voltage sorce inverters. The co consequences on AC variable speed drives with synchronous and asynchronous motors are described by harmonic analysis and by computer simulation.

  • This paper represents the construction of laser beam writing system, laser lithography, using new method that guarantees convenience and accuracy in laser focusing. The X, Y translation stage using DC motors was controlled by the computer. Minimum line width of 1.6${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ was obtained by the laser lithography system.
