20대 여성의 유행색 수용도가 의복구매에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Twenties Women's Fashion Color Reception on Clothing Purchase)

  • The purposes of this study are to examine the relation between twenties women consumer's fashion-color reception and clothing purchase behaviors, and to propose the most effective plans of color-marketing. A questionnaire survey examined 384 persons' opinions in total. First, consumers are classified into 3 groups. according to their preferring colors and the degrees of their concerning : 'type of leading fashion-color', 'type of following fashion-color', and 'type of being indifferent to fashion-color'. Second, this study analyzed the factors of consumers' clothes-purchasing motives. : all consumer groups showed their purchasing motives in the order of 'aesthetic sense'-pursuit factor. 'sensitivity'-pursuit factor, and 'actual profit and sociality'-pursuit factor. Third, the types of consumers' purchasing clothes were divided into 2 groups: type of planned buying. And type of unplanned buying. And the relations between the above 2 groups and purchasing motives were investigated, as a result. it was proved that the consumers who have the purchasing motives of 'sensitivity'-pursuit and 'actual profit and sociality'-pursuit conducted 'planned buying'. Fourth. the relations between motive of clothing purchase and the type of purchase behavior were examined by consumer group : in the consumer group of leading fashion-color, the more did they have the purchasing motives of 'sensitivity'-pursuit or 'actual profit and sociality'-pursuit, the more did they conduct' planned buying'. In the fashion-color following group, the more did they have the purchasing motives of 'sensitivity'-pursuit or 'actual profit and sociality'-pursuit, the more did they conduct 'unplanned buying'.

Effect of Personality and Social Motive on Franchise Customers' Citizenship Behavior

  • Purpose - This study focuses on the voluntary performance of franchise customers as a result of inherent social motives. It examines the interplay between traits and motives, and their influence on customer citizenship behavior (CCB). Research design, data, and methodology - Empirical evidence from the responses of 288 university students, validates that individual traits are related to social motives, which provides a basis for CCB. The results suggest that social motives do influence an individual's intention to provide feedback, advocate, help, or tolerate. Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS 22 was employed to test the concept. Results - This research illustrates that extraversion has a dominant influence on affiliation motive, and agreeableness is a strong predictor of the altruism motive among franchise customers. Conclusion - All three traits have positive influence on the power motive. Power and altruism motives were found to be the main determinants of CCB in a social setting. The power motive was a better predictor of advocacy and tolerance. The altruism motive significantly predicted helping and tolerance. Feedback was only positively predicted by the affiliation motive.

  • 본 연구는 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계를 알아보고, 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과가 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 B지역의 전문대학에 다니고 있는 헤어전공 학생 154명이었다. 연구도구는 전공선택동기척도, 전공 만족도 척도와 취업준비행동척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, 적률상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하고, 매개효과에 대한 유의도 검증을 위해 Sobel 검증을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기 중 개인적 동기는 전공만족도, 취업준비행동과 정적 상관이 있었으며, 사회적 동기는 취업준비행동과 정적상관이 있었고 전공만족도는 취업준비행동과 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 헤어전공 대학생의 개인적 동기와 전공만족도가 취업준비행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 헤어전공대학생의 전공만족도는 개인적 동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 부분매개 효과가 있었다. 한편 전공만족도는 사회적 동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 직접효과만 있었다.

  • 企业社会责任活动已被认为是提高企业形象和企业竞争力的一个潜在因素. 然而, 先前大部分关于企业社会责任活动的研究是主要针对的是这些活动如何影响影响对产品, 企业以及企业形象的评价的评价. 另外, 一些学者将消费者对企业动机的感知作为企业社会责任和消费者反应之间直接关系中的调解变量. 然而, 动机理论和相关的研究存在一些缺点. 对消费者, 企业社会责任活动只有两个动机, 但最近, Vlachos等人(2008) 认为这些动机应该细分. 因此, 它有可能从原有理论发展为修正理论模型(说服, 个人知识管理(PKM). H2: 企业社会责任活动的参股者驱使的动机消极影响于互惠的期待认知的对等. H3: 企业社会责任活动的利己驱使的动机消极影响于互惠的期待认知的对等. H4: 企业社会责任活动的战略驱使的动机消极影响对于互惠的期待认知的对等. H5: 对企业社会责任活动的互惠的期待认知的对等积极影响消费者忠诚度. 我们选择了一个公司作为研究对象来理解企业社会责任活动的动机是如何影响消费者于互惠的期待认知的对等和顾客忠诚度. 总样本为100名受访者被选为试验测试. 此外, 为了获得一致的回复, 我们保证所有的受访者都超过20岁. 本调查中. 在排除了28份无效问卷以后, 总受访者是172名(82名男性, 90名女性). 基于截至标准, 数据和模型的适配度良好. 在观察结果以后, 企业社会责任活动的价值驱使的动机对于互惠的期待认知的对等有积极的影响(t=6.75, p<.001),假设1被证明. Morales (2005) 也指出消费者的确感激企业对社会所做出的努力以及对社会所给予的利益. 而且企业社会责任活动的参股者驱使的动机对于互惠的期待认知的对等没有影响(t = ‐.049, p > .05). 因此, 假设2被拒绝. 我们可以用符合论来解释这个结果. 利己驱使动机(t = ‐3.11, p < .05)和战略驱使的动机(t = ‐4.65, p < .05) 对认知的对等有消极影响. 因此H3和H4被证明. 而且认知的对等积极影响消费者的忠诚度(t = 4.24, p < .05),H5被证明. 从结果中看, 与大众群体相比,大学生更容易受利己驱动动机的影响. 以下是本研究的结论:首先, 数据分析结果显示价值驱使的动机积极影响于互惠的期待认知的对等. 但是参股者驱动的动机对互惠的期待认知的对等没有显著影响. 另外, 利己驱使的动机和战略驱使的动机消极影响互惠的期待认知的对等. 第二, 当企业社会责任活动与消费者的回报关联时, 社会责任活动积极影响顾客忠诚度. 本研究测试了动机的种类是否影响消费者对企业社会责任的反应, 尤其是企业社会责任如何能影响关键的内在因素(认知的对等) 和消费者行为的结果(顾客忠诚度). 而且, 本研究阐述了认知对等在企业社会责任动机和顾客忠诚度的关系中起到媒介的作用. 我们的研究扩展了有关消费者企业社会责任动机方面的研究, 将他们定位为消费者反应的一个直接指标. 另外一个贡献是, 我们成功地鉴定了认知的对等作为一个次级过程在归因于顾客忠诚度的企业社会责任的影响中的中介作用. 今后在研究企业社会责任的最终行为和财务影响时应该考虑源于互惠的期待认知对等的影响. 本研究的结果具有重要的管理意义. 第一, 本研究发现的对等的中心作用表明经理人应该经常考虑这些行为将创造出多少的互惠的期待认知对等. 第二, 理解消费者对企业社会责任的动机, 的认知是如何与互惠的期待认知对等和顾客忠诚度相关, 可以帮助经理人通过营销活动和管理企业社会责任‐感应归因过程来监控和提高这些消费者的结果. 本研究的结果将帮助企业去理解影响互惠的期待认知对等的四个不同的动机的相对重要性.

아동 및 청소년의 인터넷 게임 사용수준에 따른 인터넷 게임 이용동기와 학교생활 적응 (The Relationships Among Children's/Adolescents' Frequency Levels of Playing Internet Games, Motives for Playing Internet Games and Adaptation to School)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine children's/adolescents' motives for playing internet games and adaptation to school in accordance with their frequency levels of playing internet games. Participants were 236 children from grades 4, 5, and 6 in two elementary schools and 237 adolescents from grades 1, 2, and 3 in one middle school. They were measured on frequency levels of playing internet games, motives for playing internet games, and adaptation to school. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS WIN 12.0 for reliability, frequency, Chi-square test, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and one way ANOVA. Major findings of the research are as follows: First, children's/adolescents' frequency levels of playing internet games differed by their gender. The male ratio was much higher than the female ratio in the potential risk group and the high risk poop. In contrast, no grade differences on the frequency levels of playing internet games were found. Second, children's/adolescents' motives for playing internet games differed by their gender. Especially, among the motives the greatest difference between male and female was marked for 'Social Relationship'. Third, children's/adolescents' motives for playing internet games differed by their frequency levels of playing internet games. For 'Conformity,' the low risk group differed from the high risk group. For 'Spending Time', 'Benefit', 'Competition', and 'Social Relationship', the low risk group differed from the potential risk group and also from the high risk poop. Fourth, children's/adolescents' adaptation to school differed by their frequency levels of playing internet games. The high risk group exhibited a low level of adaptation in 'Academic Activities', 'a subcategory of adaptation to school.

유튜브 구독자의 이용과 충족에 관한 연구 : 의례적 이용동기, 도구적 이용동기, 몰입 및 만족을 중심으로 (Uses and Gratifications on Subscribed YouTube Channels : Centered on Motives for Ritualized use and Instrumental Use, Flow, and Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 유튜브 구독자의 이용과 충족을 탐색하기 위해 PLS 경로분석을 통해 분석하였다. 특히 이 연구는 유튜브 구독자의 의례적 이용동기(Motives for Ritualized use)와 도구적 이용동기(Motives for Instrumental use) 구조를 확인하고, 이 두가지 동기가 만족에 직접적으로, 몰입(flow)을 매개로 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혔다. PLS 경로 모형분석을 통해 변인들 사이의 구조적 인과관계를 분석하여, 제안된 가설이 모두 채택 되었다는 것을 밝혔다. 즉 유튜브 구독자의 만족은 의례적 이용동기와 도구적 이용동기에 의해서 직접적으로 그리고 몰입을 중개변인으로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 규명하였다. 끝으로 연구 결과의 함의와 후속 연구를 위한 제안을 제시하였다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 화장품 구매동기와 구매 후 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Purchase Motives at Internet Shopping Mall and Post-Purchase Satisfaction of Cosmetics)

  • The objectives of this research were to investigate the relationships between purchase motives and post-purchase satisfaction of cosmetics at internet shopping malls, and to reveal how cosmetic purchase motives and demographic variables influence to the post-purchase satisfaction. Subjects were 202 females in Seoul who had experiences of cosmetic shopping at internet. Five dimensions of cosmetic purchase motives at internet shopping malls were derived by factor analysis: 'information provision', 'service/quality', 'time saver', 'use convenience', and 'economical efficiency'. Consumers showed relatively high cosmetic purchase motives at internet shopping malls because the prices of on-line shopping mall products were cheaper than those of off-line, and because it was easy to compare various products at internet shopping malls. The motive of 'information provision' had significant positive relationships with the satisfaction of price, quality, color, volume, and skin suitability of cosmetics. The motive of 'time saver' and 'use convenience' had positive relationships with the satisfaction of price and quality. The motives of 'service/quality' and 'use convenience' were higher in career women than in college women. The middle class consumers and the consumers who use internet more had a high 'information provision' motive in shopping cosmetics at internet. The post-purchase satisfaction of cosmetics was influenced most by the experience postscripts and next by economical efficiency, frequency of access to the internet cosmetic malls, and social class(-) in order.

외국인 근로자의 음주동기, 문화적응 스트레스가 문제음주에 미치는 영향 (Factors Influencing on Problem Drinking in Foreign Workers for Drinking Motives, Acculturative Stress)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외국인 근로자의 음주동기, 문화적응 스트레스, 문제음주의 관계를 파악하고, 문제음주에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위함이다. 연구방법은 G 시에 소재한 2곳의 조선소에 근무하는 외국인 근로자 120명을 대상으로 2016년 10-12월까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 외국인 근로자의 위험음주는 39.2%로 나타났다. 외국인 근로자의 문제음주에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 회귀분석 결과, 음주동기의 하위영역인 사교동기(${\beta}=.368$ p=.003)와 동조동기(${\beta}=.337$ p=.005)였고, 문화적응 스트레스 하위영역인 향수병(${\beta}=-.197$, p=.009)으로 문제음주에 대하여 약 39.5%의 설명력을 보였다(F=26.849, p=.000). 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 외국인 근로자들의 문제음주를 예방하기 위해서 음주동기와 문화적응 스트레스를 활용한 알코올 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

리빙 라이프 스타일 숍 브랜드의 매장 체험요소 사례분석과 소비자들의 매장이용행태, 제품구매동기, 매장태도에 대한 실증적 연구 (A Case Study on Living Lifestyle Shop Brands focusing on Store Experiential Factors and an Empirical Study on Store Usage Behavior, Product Purchase Motives, Store Attitudes of Living Lifestyle Shop Consumers)

  • Attention to living lifestyle shops covering with the wide product range including household items, interior decoration, and bedding have recently increased since consumers have been improving their standard of living and income levels and they are getting more interested in up-to-date trends of global living lifestyles. The purpose of this study is first, to analyze the market situation of living lifestyle shops using the case study method and second, to investigate consumer's store usage behavior, product purchase motives, and attitudes to the living lifestyle shops using the empirical study method. For an empirical study, the survey was conducted with 20s to 50s female respondents who have visited living lifestyle shops and a total of 227 responses were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. The most frequently visit store was MUJI and most of respondents tended to visit the store once a month and their interest and purchase items were household items. Only impulsive purchase motives among other motives of living lifestyle shops, such as others-oriented, situational, and reasonable motives, significantly had a positive effect on store attitudes toward living lifestyle shops. There were differences in purchasing items at living lifestyle shops depending on marriage status and occupation. Purchase motives of living lifestyle products were statistically influenced by demographic factors such as age, marriage status and income level, however store attitudes were not. The managerial implications for living lifestyle shops are discussed limitations and areas for future research as well.

평생교육 참여 동기가 통제된 열등의식 해소, 유보된 욕망 충족, 자발적 재사회화에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Participating Motives for Lifelong Education on the Releasing of Controlled Inferiority, the Gratification of Retained Desire, and Voluntary Resocialization)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 평생교육의 참여 동기가 평생교육 이용자의 태도변화에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 살펴보는데 있다. 평생교육의 참여 동기는 소비자행동 중심의 외면적 동기와 자아활동 중심의 내면적 동기로 구분한 후, 외면적 관점은 실용적, 오락적, 관계적 이용 동기로, 내면적 관점은 자아실현, 자아존재, 자아참여 이용 동기로 구분하였다. 평생교육 참여자의 태도변화는 통제된 열등의식 해소, 유보된 욕망 충족, 자발적 재사회화로 구분하여 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 평생교육에 대한 실용적 동기는 자아실현적 동기와, 오락적 동기는 자아존재적 동기와, 관계적 동기는 자아참여적 동기와 높은 관련성이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 평생교육 참여자의 통제된 열등의식 해소에는 이용동기 중 실용적 이용 동기와 자아실현적 이용 동기가, 평생교육 참여자의 유보된 욕망 충족에는 이용동기 중 오락적 이용 동기와 자아존재적 이용동기가, 평생교육 참여자의 자발적 재사회화에는 이용동기 중 관계적 이용동기와 자아참여적 이용동기가 상대적으로 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.
