다양한 통신을 지원하는 산업용 모니터링 보드 설계 (An Industrial monitoring board design with support for multiple communications)

  • 최근 많은 산업용 기기들은 외부 모니터링과 제어 시스템에 프로토콜 호환성 문제에 직면하고 있다. 본 논문은 산업, 통신 프로토콜 변환과 제어 및 모니터링을 지원하기 위해 메인 제어 보드를 제작하였다. 산업용 통신 게이트웨이 모듈은 CAN 버스 및 이더넷 프로토콜을 지원하도록 설계되었다. 메인 보드 프로세서는 ATMEGA2560 사용하고, 서브 보드 RS485 시리얼 슬롯 4개를 배치하였다. 이들 슬롯을 통하여 아날로그 및 디지털 I/O를 제공하여 제어 및 모니터링에 사용할 수 있다.

  • In spite of the increasing construction of segmental PSC box girder bridges, the techniques associated with real-time monitoring, construction control and safety assessment during construction have been less developed compared with the construction techniques. Thus, the development of an integrated system including real-time measurement and monitoring, control and safety assessment system during construction is necessary fur more safe and precise construction of the bridges. This study presents a prototype integrated monitoring system for preventing abnormal behavior and accidents under construction stages, that consist of behavior control system for precise construction, reliability-based safety assessment system, and structural analysis. Also, a prototype software system is developed on the basis of the proposed model. It is successfully applied to the Sea-Hae Grand Bridge built by FCM. The integrated system model and software system can be utilized for the safe and precise construction of segmental PSC bridges during construction.

  • Design and implementation of monitoring and control system using dual-microprocessor node is presented for real time process. The proposed system is implemented with 2 of the single chip microprocessors in tightly coupled mode and results in speed up of $s_p=1.74.$ Under the assumption that the nodes are interconnected in multidrop. the overall system performance such as average throughout-delay characteristics and effective throughput are analyzed using M/G/1 gueueing model, and results show that the proposed node can be used to medium sized distributed monitoring and control system.

  • This paper presents a Petri net approach for the control and monitoring of discrete event system. The proposed model is fuzzy Petri nets based on the fuzzy logic with Petri nets and the hierarchy concept. Fuzzy Petri nets have been used to model the imprecise situations which can arise within automated manufacturing system, and also the hierarchy concept allow to handle the refinement of places and transition in Petri nets model. These will form the foundation of a simulator-tool with manipulation interface for application of fuzzy Petri nets.

  • In this paper, remote control and surveillance monitoring system of HID street-lamp using low-cost type of Zigbee communication module was developed. A plurality of capacitors with different capacity are attached to magnetic ballast for HID lamps. Changes in the amount of illumination can be adjusted by the changes in capacity so that the electric energy can be reduced. In Zigbee communication module, a ATmega128L microprocessor is used and in main CPU, ARM9 Core is used to construct a low-cost smart system. In surveillance monitoring systems, the system was configured to remote monitoring of presence of error in the lamp abnormalities, the status of leakage current and abnormalities of ballasts and capacitors and the validity of the proposed empirical experiment was confirmed.

  • In this paper, the simulator of an on-line monitoring system for the range extender electric vehicle has been developed. The messages from the four control modules, the air pressure and fuel level sensors data, and the on/off switching states of 31 indicator lamps can be received through the control area network (CAN), and displayed on the graphic panel. The simulator was designed using the four DSP boards, variable resistors, and toggle switches instead of the four control modules, sensors, and switching state of indicator lamps on an actual series hybrid electric vehicle (SHEV) bus, respectively. The performance of the monitoring technologies was verified with the simulator at the laboratory, and then it was tested on an actual SHEV bus. The simulator is very useful at the initial development of the monitoring system at the hybrid-type or electrical vehicles.

  • This paper describes the physical configuration and features of the advanced control and protection devices, and operation control and monitoring system that are connected to a real time simulator for LS Industrial System 80kV 60 MW Jeju HVDC Pilot Project. Highlight of simulation result are provided to demonstrate the control and protection functionality.

  • This paper has been studied about the real time monitoring system development using TCP/IP ethernet and RS-422 serial communication link in general communication methods that rocket fire control agents could be monitoring about real time Rocket fire event procedures and be managing total rocket fire courses.   • We describe a new approach to the analyze the control performance of robotic manipulator based on the monitoring system. The structure of monitoring simulator is consist of seven modes such as control state mode, coordinate mode, input/output mode, program mode, parameters mode, and track mode. The applied control algorithme consists of an time varying feed-forward and feedback controller. The proposed scheme is simple in structure, fast in computation, and suitable for real-time implimemtation. Moreover, this scheme does not require any accurate dynamic modeling and values of parameters. Performance of the proposed monitoring system is illustrated by simulation and experiment for robot manipulator with six degrees of freedom.
