본고(本稿)에서는 채권자(債權者)와 채무자간(債務者間)에 계약불이행문제(契約不履行問題)(contract enforcement problem)가 존재함에 따라 금융시장이 자금중개기능(資金仲介機能)을 원활하게 수행하지 못하는 경제하에서, 자본축적과정(資本蓄積科程)에 있어서 화폐(貨幣)의 역할을 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 분석을 위해서, 생산을 위해 차입(借入)하는 기업(企業)과 생산자금을 공급하는 채권자(債權者)가 공존하는 중복세대모형(重複世代模型)(overlapping generation model)을 구성하여 양자간에 정보(情報)의 불완전성(不完全性)으로 인해 계약불이행문제(契約不履行問題)가 초래되는 상황을 내생적(內生的)으로 도출하고, 중앙은행(中央銀行)의 대출정책(貸出政策)을 통한 통화공급(通貨供給)이 기업의 투자(投資), GNP, 인플레, 시장금리(市場金利) 등에 미치는 동태적(動態的) 효과(效果)를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본고(本稿)의 "시뮬레이션"분석에 의하면 중앙은행의 대출정책은 민간금융시장에서 충분한 투자재원(投資財源)을 조달하지 못하는 기업(企業)에게 새로이 발행되는 화폐(newly printed money)로 대출금을 공급함으로써 불완전한 민간금융시장을 보완(補完)하여 실물투자(實物投資)와 생산(生産)의 증대효과(增大效果)를 가져올 수 있다. 이와 아울러 중앙은행의 대출정책(貸出政策)과 재정당국(財政當局)의 총액(總額) 조세(租稅)-이전정책(移轉政策)(lump sum tax-cum-transfer policy)을 적절히 조합(組合)하면 각 경제주체의 후생(厚生)이 자유방임경제하(自由放任經濟下)에서의 후생에 비하여 중대되는 "파레토"우월배분(優越配分)(Pareto superior allocation)이 가능하다는 결과가 도출되었다.

Recently, high performance concrete developed has a good quality at fresh and hardened state, but high binder contents results in spending much money on manufacturing and many cracks by drying and autogenous shrinkage. Therefore, in this paper, not only prevention of cracks caused by drying and autogenous shrinkage, but improvement of quality and accmplishment of economy by applying F.A(fly ash), S.F(silica fume) and CSA(calcium sulfa aluminate) expansive additives as an inorganic admixtures in W/B 35% are discussed. According to the experimental results, when 5% of CSA Expansive additives and 15:5 (F.A:S.F)are replaced at unit cement content, high performance concrete with both good compensation of drying and autogenous shrinkage at hardened state is accomplished.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the differences in clothing purchase behaviors among the patrons of Dongdaemun market grouped by clothing shopping orientation. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 men and women from ages 15-29 from August 9 to September 12, 1999; 548 were used for the data analysis. Based on the clothing buying orientation, the consumers of Dongdaemun market were divided into four groups: plan circumspected, economy-oriented, fashion-oriented and shopping-oriented. These groups showed significant differences in the selected criteria used for clothing purchase, the amount of money and time spent for shopping. The groups were also significantly different in the usage rate and perceived of the market, and the satisfaction levels with the shopping environments and services of the Dongdaemun Market. With regards to the satisfaction levels, they were showed significant different in the diversity and fashion statement of products, business hours, and advertisement/sales promotion in order. The fashion-oriented group was the highest satisfaction level about the four variables among groups.

The purpose of this paper is to estimate the regional economic impact of reverse mortgage system based on farmer's net asset of house and farmland together. The regional economic impact was estimated by using inter-regional input-output model. Major findings are as follows: 1) The result of input-output analysis shows that 49,130 million won of production effect, 20,040 million won of value added effect, and 24,759 number of employment effect, 2) Since the result shows that the elderly spend most of the reverse mortgage money for their living expenses, it seems necessary to adopt net asset based reverse mortgage system to improve and stabilize farmers' living conditions and regional economy.

According the high growth of Korean economy, there are many changes in our life recently. As life quality is improved, the standard of construction is strengthen and subdivision. However, in many steps through which it passes until a building is planned, designed, constructed and completed, there are lots of problems among the law related architecture. Especially, there are many statutes which must be checked related to building permits and much wastes time and money in review because of overlapping laws related architecture. Furthermore, there are limitation of computerization and shortage of human power of administration in architecture. In this study, we propose six improvement programme of administration service in architecture. Through these program, civil applications like housing and economic condition could be improved consistently.

In the decade of the 1920s in an America, with booming of economy, people had more money. And with the development of transportation, people can afford expensive traveling throughout Europe. With this reason they were exposed to a nobility of European style and liked royalty more than before. American hunting man wanted traditional dress to express their status as a psychological code and the reason of the existing very similar hunting garment in nowadays is based on this belief. The purpose of this study is not merely understanding the styles of American Men's hunting and shooting garments in the 1920s but understanding the psychology of the people. People quite clearly do not dress according to function ore need alone and, in fact the consumption of clothes increasingly serves no other purpose than to fulfill or express psychological or social, rather than practical need.

This article can see the analysis of the monetary market of Russia at the present stage, its main segments. Hypothesis 2.The many transactions of regulation to decrease the liquidity of by monetary movement, the control function. Also in the article consider the contour of the financial transaction. This article reveals the theoretical bases of analysis of profitability of credit operations.

Major problems involved in an electrical utility expansion planning within a time horizon are how to efficiently deal with objectives considering multiple factors and uncertainty. But justification factors in study these days have considered only quantitative factors except qualitative factors. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop a new model for economic evaluation of nuclear power plants through the scoring model with the quantitative and qualitative factors under uncertainty. The quantitative factors use a levelized generation cost method considering time value of money. Especially, the environmental, risk, and safety factors in this paper have been also explained for the rational economic justification of the qualitative factors under uncertainty. This paper not only proposes a new approach method using the scoring model in evaluating economy of the nuclear power plant in the long term, but also provides the more efficient decision making criterion for nuclear power plants under uncertainty.

The developer and user of weapon system must define the requirements of weapon system for the satisfaction of stakeholders and complexity of modern weapons in the developing process of weapon system. The perfect requirements reduce risks of the developing system in the initial step. It is not only economy of time and money but also good for the project of developing system. But, the perfect requirement is very difficult because of contradictions between the user and the developer, and limited conditions. So, the structured method and the process is needed for developing requirements.

Many kinds of electric heating appliance is used by user interface and desire. Far infrared ray heating system can use a kind of main heating appliance. This paper gives un saving amounts, energy curtailment money and payback period between far infrared ray heating system and existing electric heating appliance - EHP, electric air heater, electric radiator, electric floor heating system - from economy analysis.
