East-Asian intellectual societies in the pre-modem age sustained a holistic system of poem-calligraphy-painting trinity until the coming of Western modernism. Therefore, it has been insisted that the principles of traditional landscape gardening were greatly influenced by those of landscape painting and related literature. This study examined those influences closely to discover the essence of traditional Asian landscape architecture through a comparative study between Chinese landscape painting theory and landscape gardening theory within the dual categories of 'contents(value and meaning)' and 'form(view and spatial structure)'. The most important theme of landscape painting theory in contents category was 'Chi and its Vitality(氣韻生動)'. The matching theme in landscape design field was 'Feng-Shui(風水)' and 'Yi-Jin'g(意境)'. The most important theme of landscape painting theory in formal category was 'the Three Ru1es of Perspective(三遠法)'. And the matching theme of landscape design theory was 'Yindi(因地)' and 'Jie-Jing(借景)'. The most important theme of landscape painting theory in formal category was 'the Three Rules of Perspective(三遠法)'. And the matching theme of landscape design theory was 'Yindi(因地)' and 'Jie-Jing(借景)'. It was found that themes and various principles of both fields were closely inter-related and have much in common in their representation of contents and form. In the close relationship with main art genres like this, the landscape gardening could have been recognized as one of the genres of fine art.
A new type qf demonstrations in the temporal and spacial aspects, such as accidental and unprepared demonstration, urgent assembly, demonstration-on-sea, demonstration-on-highway, and etc., which are not intended in the Law of Assembly and Demonstration, are becoming a social problem Especially, the law on demonstration-on-sea needs to be discussed further because it is not clear if the Law of Assembly and Demonstration is applicable here. If so, how can it be explained logically? Or, if not so, which law should be applied to this context? So far, various theories on demonstration-on-sea have been opposed aggressively vs. submissively. However, it should be guaranteed that the demonstration on sea is one of the constitutional rights based on the self-decision right of demonstration's place. Accordingly, these contents have to be interpreted with a concept of demonstration in Demonstration's law in coordination with the Constitution. Therefore, it is not persuasive that Demonstration's law is analogized, or general police law is applied, to such untypical demonstrations. In addition, taking into consideration a demonstrative function for minority under modem situation of demonstration, it is right to apply the Law of Assembly and Demonstration to the demonstration-upon-sea directly.
In the I950s the German firm Braun began to pursue a policy of uncompromising modem design for products aimed at the upper reaches of the market. Dr. Fritz Eichler as a head of design with Hans Gugelot and Otl Aicher in the Graduate School VIm developed the guide line of Braun Design strategy as the foundation of the corporate identity programme. In 1955 Dieter Rams joined the staff, and was largely responsible for establishing the formal characteristics of Braun Design and its further development. In the mid-1950s complete product programme of the firm Braun began to be re-designed, and these undoubtedly hit the market. New design line of the firm Braun, was an exclusive avantgarde movement at that time, which became to be the epitome of the idea of an objectifiable "Good Form". By the result in the 60s and 70s, when Braun product program was completely re-designed to the new line, Braun Design had a decisive influence on the design scene of the world. Braun Design is essentially functional and concrete, which depends on perfect fulfillment of purpose, precision, safety, durability, the quality of the product and, more recently, environmental compatibility is similarly balanced and unified approach, eliminating every unnecessary detail and concentrating on ordering essential elements. elements.
The purpose of this study is to show that, before registration of chronic degenerative diseases and enforcing management system in health centers, the management of hypertension could achieved comprehensively and continuously by knowing the realities of drug-taking and its related factors those who are being cared for in health centers. For one year, a questionnaire about drug-taking realities of hypertensive patient was distributed at 8 health centers in Taegu from March 24. 1997 to April 24. 1997. The questionnaires were then collected and analysed. The results are as follows: Of 691 patients, 77.4% of patient were taking medicine regularly every day. The reasons why patients weren't taking medicine every day was as follows: the blood pressure became normal(34%, the highest of the group), patients forgot(28.2%), it was difficult to buy the medicine(15.4%), there was no effect even though the patient took medicine continuously. The experience of medical treatment outside of health centers was 28.9%. The types and percentages of alternative medicine are herbs (50.5%), health food(24.5%), folk remedy(13.7%). Among them, 44.6% of patients didn't know if the medicine was effective. Medical treatment places excluding health centers was pharmacies(63.5%-the highest rate). In simple analysis, the older one was the more regularly one took the medicine, but there was no statistical relations. Of health activities, patients eating low-salt diet showed that they took the medicine regularly. Nonsmoking patients and those who experienced drug side-effect and those who doubted doctor's prescriptions and instructions showed that they took alternative, excluding modem medicine. Anti-hypertensive drug medication status according to recognition, attitude, experiences of hypertension showed that patients who thought that they should take anti-hypertensive drug during the whole life time took the medicine regularly(82.3%). The reasons for patients turning to alternatives varied. In case of having subjective symptom(34.1%), those who thought they knew the hypertension well(36.6%), they decided to use alternatives. In multiple logistic regression analysis the key statistics were as follows: The older patients, patients who ate low-salt diet, patients who thought that they should take anti-hypertensive drug during the whole life time, all showed that they took medicines regularly. And also patients who experienced drug side-effect, doubted prescriptions and instructions, and patients who had subjective symptoms, patients who thought that he knew the hypertension very well, all showed higher rate of using alternative medicine. In the future, at the health centers, to register and manage hypertension patients effectively, we must educate patients about regular drug-taking, and alternatives without doctor's prescriptions.

In spite of a recent trend of container ships becoming larger in size, the current circumstance is that managing reefer containers marine transportation is being mostly dependent upon manpower. Particularly, in the case of bad weather or nighttime, reefer containers are not being monitored due to lack of safety device. For the purpose of reducing such risk, IMO is recommending a system using PLC but the system is not being used. In addition, they are still relying on manpower for control and reliability of freight in transit is decreasing due to lack of information during marine transportation for every subject related to freight as well as shipper. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to propose a real-time reefer container management system to effectively control all reefer containers widely being used across the world.

Mu-communication board supported by multi-communication is designed with Atxmega 128A1 which is a low power energy consuming of 8-bit microcontroller. ATxmega128A1 microcontroller consists of 8 UART(Universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter) ports which can be setting appropriate user interface having command line interpreter(CLI) program with each port, 2 kbytes EEPROM, 128 kbytes flash memory, 8 kbytes SRAM. 8 URAT ports are used for the multi communication modem, GPS module, etc. and EEPROM is used for saving a configuration for program running, and flash memory of 128 kbytes is used for storing a Firm Ware, and 8 kbytes SRAM is used for stack, storing memory of global variables while program running. If we uses the hybrid communication of path optimization of VHF, TRS and CDMA to remote control AtoN(aid to navigation), it is able to remove the communication shadow area. Even though there is a shadow area for individual communication method, we can select an optimum communication method. The compatibility of data has been enhanced as using of same data frame per communication devices. For the test, 8640 of data has been collected from the each buoy during 30 days in every 5 minutes and the receiving rate of the data has shown more than 99.4 %.

Objectives : This research aimed to develop a new etiologic classification for traditional Korean Medicine in order to respond to the social and environmental change. Methods : We reviewed the existing theories on etiological classification for East Asian Medicine thoroughly and discussed the problems and limitations. Based on the experts' consensus, we abstracted disease factors and etiologic items. Results : The disease factors are classified into three parts: the human body, the environment, and the interaction between the human body and the environment. We defined them as the inner factor, the external factor, and the interaction between the inner and the external factors. The inner factor is free from the influence of the environment, and it causes diseases solely from the components of the human body. It is divided into genetic factors. The external factor is defined as a case when a disease occurs due to a factor outside the human body and includes external injuries, environmental pollution, and natural disasters. The interaction between the inner and the external factors is a disease factor that causes diseases by the interaction of the human body and the environment and includes emotions, habits, and social environment. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to see the meanings at a single glance as the scattered and fractional meanings were integrated with focus on medicinal herbs, but the increasing number of analyzed medicinal herbs tended to more and more complicate their relationships, thus, requiring additional work like filtering. Conclusions : The new etiologic classification of Korean Medicine fully reflects the perspectives on life in Korean Medicine while embracing the changes in modem society. Also, by avoiding the usage of ambivalent terms and wrong classification methods, the new classification system constructs intuitive and concise etiology and improves usability in clinical medicine.

Today, the name of Changjiang (Yangtze) Delta Region is used to designate an economic region which consists of sixteen cities including Shanghai City. The region has achieved the highest rate of economic growth in the world as well as in China since China its opened its toward the world market. The aim of this study is to examine the modern transition of spatial structure in the region after the opening (1978) and the membership of WTO (2000). In the examination, the study divides the spatial structure into three aspects: industrialization, urbanization and economic integration. The outcome of examination suggests that spatial division of industry, horizontally and vertically, has not reached a satisfactory level even if it is still in progress. The study proposes that the intervention of government in the market and company activity has hindered the spatial division of industry including service sector between the cities, and thus the economic integration. It further suggests that the specialization of urban function has not entered into the maturing stage, with the shortage of mid-size cities that would mediate spatial-economically between the large-size cities and the small-size cities in the urban hierarchy.
Modem market's tendency is displaying brand strategy of Corporation sells product and consumer buys rand'.Brand acts by intermediate that reflect consumer's request and experience and attach product and consumer hat produce. Successful brand intended strategy empirical esthetics enemy, and consumer recognizes brand to novel experience and think by one fixed idea (awareness). any corporations wish to get maximum effect into minimum investment expense that reduce huge public elations and advertisement charge. Do to incuse impression for product brand through direct interview with consumer at purchase visual point, and do function hat drive purchase and the importance great rawly. Therefore, sight expression of brand image must be able to from immobile one impression in consumer's spirit being inked nearly with brand .Brand that situate by affirmative impression once can arrive in purchase by brand without alternative information being withdrawn by consumer's emory. Solution of visual expression for this being city cornification laying stress on logo and mark of brand as central element of brand image, speak as communication actor who back this. This to be Dija as direction that product and connection are deep before meaning that is sight language enemy who allow fetters special quality and the seniority in age sex language enemy of brand as ell as have direction of by methods method for problem solution present can .Therefore, relation with brand image analysis of sports equipment and consumer product purchase that this research forms market economy theoretical investigating to be effective and present direction that is image-making to be consistency this the purpose be.
In Japan, a country renowned for her traditional respect for handicraft, superior craft techniques have been transmitted from generation to generation. Modern Japanese textiles reinterprete these traditional techniques in a new light and combine them with modern technology, to make modern Japanese industrial textile both futuristic and traditional simultaneously. This combining of new technology and handicraft serves as a reservoir for a remarkable diversity and originality in the development of new technology and design, and constitutes an important trend in modern industrial textiles. The aim of this study is to investigate the developmental background of Japanese textile industry that championed this trend to make the Japanese development unique in modern textile industries and to consider the concept of modern textiles as well as the structural innovation as represented by this new trend, thus contributing to the development of creative textiles for the present and the future. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. The combining of new technology and traditional handicraft: 1) was made possible by Japanese consciousness that values traditional culture and by early recognition of advanced textile industry, which awarded new meaning and value to the traditional handicraft leading to an expanded social role for textiles. 2) helped construct a modern concept of textiles by pursuing textile media that are state-of-the-art, aesthetic, and highly sensitive to satisfy the requirements of modern industrial textile such as high quality, high performance, and high sensitivity. 3) enabled new design ideas and creation of new styles by implementing structural innovation in industrial textiles that involved diversification of expression, diversity in materials, and emphasis on texture. In short, by combining new technology and traditional handicraft, Japan came up with a new sense of aesthetics that is highly original and high level and with which the rest of the world can easily sympathize, thereby presenting one of the most important guiding principles for future textiles.
