Interactions Between Genetic Risk Score and Healthy Plant Diet Index on Cardiometabolic Risk Factors Among Obese and Overweight Women

  • People with higher genetic predisposition to obesity are more susceptible to cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and healthy plant-based foods may be associated with reduced risks of obesity and other metabolic markers. We investigated whether healthy plant-foods-rich dietary patterns might have inverse associations with cardiometabolic risk factors in participants at genetically elevated risk of obesity. For this cross-sectional study, 377 obese and overweight women were chosen from health centers in Tehran, Iran. We calculated a healthy plant-based diet index (h-PDI) in which healthy plant foods received positive scores, and unhealthy plant and animal foods received reversed scores. A genetic risk score (GRS) was developed based on 3 polymorphisms. The interaction between GRS and h-PDI on cardiometabolic traits was analyzed using a generalized linear model (GLM). We found significant interactions between GRS and h-PDI on body mass index (BMI) (p = 0.02), body fat mass (p = 0.04), and waist circumference (p = 0.056). There were significant gene-diet interactions for healthful plant-derived diets and BMI-GRS on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (p = 0.03), aspartate aminotransferase (p = 0.04), alanine transaminase (p = 0.05), insulin (p = 0.04), and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (p = 0.002). Adherence to h-PDI was more strongly related to decreased levels of the aforementioned markers among participants in the second or top tertile of GRS than those with low GRS. These results highlight that following a plant-based dietary pattern considering genetics appears to be a protective factor against the risks of cardiometabolic abnormalities.

한정된 O-D조사자료를 이용한 주 전체의 트럭교통예측방법 개발 (DEVELOPMENT OF STATEWIDE TRUCK TRAFFIC FORECASTING METHOD BY USING LIMITED O-D SURVEY DATA)

  • The objective of this research is to test the feasibility of developing a statewide truck traffic forecasting methodology for Wisconsin by using Origin-Destination surveys, traffic counts, classification counts, and other data that are routinely collected by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). Development of a feasible model will permit estimation of future truck traffic for every major link in the network. This will provide the basis for improved estimation of future pavement deterioration. Pavement damage rises exponentially as axle weight increases, and trucks are responsible for most of the traffic-induced damage to pavement. Consequently, forecasts of truck traffic are critical to pavement management systems. The pavement Management Decision Supporting System (PMDSS) prepared by WisDOT in May 1990 combines pavement inventory and performance data with a knowledge base consisting of rules for evaluation, problem identification and rehabilitation recommendation. Without a r.easonable truck traffic forecasting methodology, PMDSS is not able to project pavement performance trends in order to make assessment and recommendations in the future years. However, none of WisDOT's existing forecasting methodologies has been designed specifically for predicting truck movements on a statewide highway network. For this research, the Origin-Destination survey data avaiiable from WisDOT, including two stateline areas, one county, and five cities, are analyzed and the zone-to'||'&'||'not;zone truck trip tables are developed. The resulting Origin-Destination Trip Length Frequency (00 TLF) distributions by trip type are applied to the Gravity Model (GM) for comparison with comparable TLFs from the GM. The gravity model is calibrated to obtain friction factor curves for the three trip types, Internal-Internal (I-I), Internal-External (I-E), and External-External (E-E). ~oth "macro-scale" calibration and "micro-scale" calibration are performed. The comparison of the statewide GM TLF with the 00 TLF for the macro-scale calibration does not provide suitable results because the available 00 survey data do not represent an unbiased sample of statewide truck trips. For the "micro-scale" calibration, "partial" GM trip tables that correspond to the 00 survey trip tables are extracted from the full statewide GM trip table. These "partial" GM trip tables are then merged and a partial GM TLF is created. The GM friction factor curves are adjusted until the partial GM TLF matches the 00 TLF. Three friction factor curves, one for each trip type, resulting from the micro-scale calibration produce a reasonable GM truck trip model. A key methodological issue for GM. calibration involves the use of multiple friction factor curves versus a single friction factor curve for each trip type in order to estimate truck trips with reasonable accuracy. A single friction factor curve for each of the three trip types was found to reproduce the 00 TLFs from the calibration data base. Given the very limited trip generation data available for this research, additional refinement of the gravity model using multiple mction factor curves for each trip type was not warranted. In the traditional urban transportation planning studies, the zonal trip productions and attractions and region-wide OD TLFs are available. However, for this research, the information available for the development .of the GM model is limited to Ground Counts (GC) and a limited set ofOD TLFs. The GM is calibrated using the limited OD data, but the OD data are not adequate to obtain good estimates of truck trip productions and attractions .. Consequently, zonal productions and attractions are estimated using zonal population as a first approximation. Then, Selected Link based (SELINK) analyses are used to adjust the productions and attractions and possibly recalibrate the GM. The SELINK adjustment process involves identifying the origins and destinations of all truck trips that are assigned to a specified "selected link" as the result of a standard traffic assignment. A link adjustment factor is computed as the ratio of the actual volume for the link (ground count) to the total assigned volume. This link adjustment factor is then applied to all of the origin and destination zones of the trips using that "selected link". Selected link based analyses are conducted by using both 16 selected links and 32 selected links. The result of SELINK analysis by u~ing 32 selected links provides the least %RMSE in the screenline volume analysis. In addition, the stability of the GM truck estimating model is preserved by using 32 selected links with three SELINK adjustments, that is, the GM remains calibrated despite substantial changes in the input productions and attractions. The coverage of zones provided by 32 selected links is satisfactory. Increasing the number of repetitions beyond four is not reasonable because the stability of GM model in reproducing the OD TLF reaches its limits. The total volume of truck traffic captured by 32 selected links is 107% of total trip productions. But more importantly, ~ELINK adjustment factors for all of the zones can be computed. Evaluation of the travel demand model resulting from the SELINK adjustments is conducted by using screenline volume analysis, functional class and route specific volume analysis, area specific volume analysis, production and attraction analysis, and Vehicle Miles of Travel (VMT) analysis. Screenline volume analysis by using four screenlines with 28 check points are used for evaluation of the adequacy of the overall model. The total trucks crossing the screenlines are compared to the ground count totals. L V/GC ratios of 0.958 by using 32 selected links and 1.001 by using 16 selected links are obtained. The %RM:SE for the four screenlines is inversely proportional to the average ground count totals by screenline .. The magnitude of %RM:SE for the four screenlines resulting from the fourth and last GM run by using 32 and 16 selected links is 22% and 31 % respectively. These results are similar to the overall %RMSE achieved for the 32 and 16 selected links themselves of 19% and 33% respectively. This implies that the SELINICanalysis results are reasonable for all sections of the state.Functional class and route specific volume analysis is possible by using the available 154 classification count check points. The truck traffic crossing the Interstate highways (ISH) with 37 check points, the US highways (USH) with 50 check points, and the State highways (STH) with 67 check points is compared to the actual ground count totals. The magnitude of the overall link volume to ground count ratio by route does not provide any specific pattern of over or underestimate. However, the %R11SE for the ISH shows the least value while that for the STH shows the largest value. This pattern is consistent with the screenline analysis and the overall relationship between %RMSE and ground count volume groups. Area specific volume analysis provides another broad statewide measure of the performance of the overall model. The truck traffic in the North area with 26 check points, the West area with 36 check points, the East area with 29 check points, and the South area with 64 check points are compared to the actual ground count totals. The four areas show similar results. No specific patterns in the L V/GC ratio by area are found. In addition, the %RMSE is computed for each of the four areas. The %RMSEs for the North, West, East, and South areas are 92%, 49%, 27%, and 35% respectively, whereas, the average ground counts are 481, 1383, 1532, and 3154 respectively. As for the screenline and volume range analyses, the %RMSE is inversely related to average link volume. 'The SELINK adjustments of productions and attractions resulted in a very substantial reduction in the total in-state zonal productions and attractions. The initial in-state zonal trip generation model can now be revised with a new trip production's trip rate (total adjusted productions/total population) and a new trip attraction's trip rate. Revised zonal production and attraction adjustment factors can then be developed that only reflect the impact of the SELINK adjustments that cause mcreases or , decreases from the revised zonal estimate of productions and attractions. Analysis of the revised production adjustment factors is conducted by plotting the factors on the state map. The east area of the state including the counties of Brown, Outagamie, Shawano, Wmnebago, Fond du Lac, Marathon shows comparatively large values of the revised adjustment factors. Overall, both small and large values of the revised adjustment factors are scattered around Wisconsin. This suggests that more independent variables beyond just 226; population are needed for the development of the heavy truck trip generation model. More independent variables including zonal employment data (office employees and manufacturing employees) by industry type, zonal private trucks 226; owned and zonal income data which are not available currently should be considered. A plot of frequency distribution of the in-state zones as a function of the revised production and attraction adjustment factors shows the overall " adjustment resulting from the SELINK analysis process. Overall, the revised SELINK adjustments show that the productions for many zones are reduced by, a factor of 0.5 to 0.8 while the productions for ~ relatively few zones are increased by factors from 1.1 to 4 with most of the factors in the 3.0 range. No obvious explanation for the frequency distribution could be found. The revised SELINK adjustments overall appear to be reasonable. The heavy truck VMT analysis is conducted by comparing the 1990 heavy truck VMT that is forecasted by the GM truck forecasting model, 2.975 billions, with the WisDOT computed data. This gives an estimate that is 18.3% less than the WisDOT computation of 3.642 billions of VMT. The WisDOT estimates are based on the sampling the link volumes for USH, 8TH, and CTH. This implies potential error in sampling the average link volume. The WisDOT estimate of heavy truck VMT cannot be tabulated by the three trip types, I-I, I-E ('||'&'||'pound;-I), and E-E. In contrast, the GM forecasting model shows that the proportion ofE-E VMT out of total VMT is 21.24%. In addition, tabulation of heavy truck VMT by route functional class shows that the proportion of truck traffic traversing the freeways and expressways is 76.5%. Only 14.1% of total freeway truck traffic is I-I trips, while 80% of total collector truck traffic is I-I trips. This implies that freeways are traversed mainly by I-E and E-E truck traffic while collectors are used mainly by I-I truck traffic. Other tabulations such as average heavy truck speed by trip type, average travel distance by trip type and the VMT distribution by trip type, route functional class and travel speed are useful information for highway planners to understand the characteristics of statewide heavy truck trip patternS. Heavy truck volumes for the target year 2010 are forecasted by using the GM truck forecasting model. Four scenarios are used. Fo~ better forecasting, ground count- based segment adjustment factors are developed and applied. ISH 90 '||'&'||' 94 and USH 41 are used as example routes. The forecasting results by using the ground count-based segment adjustment factors are satisfactory for long range planning purposes, but additional ground counts would be useful for USH 41. Sensitivity analysis provides estimates of the impacts of the alternative growth rates including information about changes in the trip types using key routes. The network'||'&'||'not;based GMcan easily model scenarios with different rates of growth in rural versus . . urban areas, small versus large cities, and in-state zones versus external stations. cities, and in-state zones versus external stations.

관상동맥질환 치료를 위한 시롤리무스 방출 스텐트 ($CYPHER^{TM}$)의 경제성 분석 (Economic Value of the Sirolimus Eluting Stent($CYPHER^{TM}$) in Treating Acute Coronary Heart Disease)

  • Objective : To quantify the economic value of the Sirolimus fluting Stent ($CYPHER^{TM}$) in treating acute coronary heart disease (CMD), and to assist in determining an adequate level of reimbursement for $CYPHER^{TM}$ in Korea. Methods : A decision-analytical model, developed by the Belgium Health Economics Disease Management group, was used to investigate the incremental cost-effectiveness of $CYPHER^{TM}$ versus conventional stenting. The time horizon was five years. The probabilities for clinical events at each node of the decision model were obtained from the results of large, randomized, controlled clinical trials. The initial care and follow-up direct medical costs were analyzed. The initial costs consisted of those for the initial procedure and hospitalization, The follow-vp costs included those for routine follow-up treatments, adverse reactions, revascularization and death. Defending on the perspective of the analysis, the costs were defined as insurance covered or total medical costs (=sum of insurance covered and uncovered medical costs). The cost data were obtained from the administrative data of 449 patients that received conventional stenting from five participating Korean hospitals during June 2002. Sensitivity analyses were peformed for discount rates of 3, 5 and 7%. Since the major clinical advantage of $CYPHER^{TM}$ over conventional stenting was the reduction in the revascularization rates, the economic value of $CYPHER^{TM}$, in relation to the direct medical costs of revascularization, were evaluated. If the incremental cost of $CYPHER^{TM}$ per revascularization avoided, compared to conventional stenting, was no higher than that of a revascularization itself, $CYPHER^{TM}$ would be considered as being cost-effective. Therefore, the maximum acceptable level for the reimbursement price of $CYPHER^{TM}$ making the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio equal to the cost of a revascularization was identified. Results : The average weighted initial insurance covered and total medical costs of conventional stenting were about 6,275,000 and 8,058,000 Won, respectively. The average weighted sum of the initial and 5-year follow-up insurance covered and total medical costs of conventional stenting were about 13,659,000 and 17,353,000 Won, respectively. The estimated maximum level of reimbursement price of $CYPHER^{TM}$ from the perspectives of the insurer and society were $4,126,897{\sim}4,325,161$ and $4,939,939{\sim}5,078,181$ Won, respectively. Conclusion : By evaluating the economic value of $CYPHER^{TM}$, as an alternative to conventional stenting, the results of this study are expected to provide a scientific basis for determining the acceptable level of reimbursement for $CYPHER^{TM}$.

혈장분획제제 제조공정에서 크로마토그래피 세척 검증을 위한 모델바이러스로서의 Porcine Parvovirus 정량 (Quantitative Real-Time PCR of Porcine Parvovirus as a Model Virus for Cleaning Validation of Chromatography during Manufacture of Plasma Derivatives)

  • 혈장분획제제 중 혈액응공인자제제와 일부 면역글로불린제제는 혈장에 존재하는 다양한 단백질로부터 유효한 단백성분만을 선택적으로 분리 정제하기 위해 크로마토그래피 방법을 사용하여 생산된다. 효율적인 세척(cleaning) 공정이 이루어지지 않는다면 크로마토그래피는 다양한 종류의 불순물뿐만 아니라 혈액 중 내재 또는 오염 가능성이 있는 위해인자가 오염될 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 혈장분획제제 제조공정에 사용되는 크로마토그래피의 세척 공정에서 혈장유래 바이러스의 제거 및 불활화 공정의 검토 강화로 혈장분획제제의 안전성을 확보하기 위해 크로마토그래피 세척 검증 시스템을 구축하고자 하였다. 크로마토그래피 세척 공정 중 바이러스 제거 검증을 위해 혈장유래 바이러스 중 물리${\cdot}$화학적 처리에 가장 큰 저항성을 갖는 human parvovirus B19의 모델 바이러스의 porcine parvovirus(PPV)를 대상으로 real-time PCR 정량법을 확립하였다. PPV에 특이적인 primer를 선별하였으며 형광염료 SYBR Green I을 사용하여 PPV DNA를 정량하였다. 세포배양법에 의한 감염 역가와 비교한 결과 PCR 민감도는 1.5 $TCID_{50}/ml$이었다. 확립된 검증법의 신뢰성(reliability)을 보증하기 위해 실험법의 특이성(specificity), 재현성(reproducibility) 등을 검증하였다. 구축된 검증시스템을 thrombin 분리${\cdot}$정제를 위한 SP-Sepharose 양이온 크로마토그래피 공정과 factor VIII 분리${\cdot}$정제를 위한 Q-Sepharose 음이온 크로마토그래피 공정에 적용하여 크로마토그래피 세척 검증을 실시하고, 세척 검증 시스템의 적합성을 확인하였다.

알쯔하이머병에서 양전자방출단층촬영을 이용한 국소뇌포도당대사의 변화에 관한 연구 (Assessment of Metabolic Impairment in Alzheimer's Disease with [$^{18}F$]FDG PET: Validity and Role of Simplified Tissue Radioactivity Ratio Analysis)

  • The purpose of the present study was to validate the use of tissue radioactivity ratios instead of regional metabolic rates for the assessment of regional metabolic changes in Alzheimer's disease(AD) with [$^{18}F$]FDG PET and to examine the correlation of ratio indices with the severity of cognitive impairment in AD. Thirty-seven AD Patients(age $68{\pm}9 yrs$, $mean{\pm}s.d.$; 36 probable and 1 definite AD), 28 patients with dementia of non-Alzheimer type(age $66{\pm}7 yrs$), and 17 healthy controls(age $66{\pm}4 yrs$) underwent [$^{18}F$]FDG PET imaging. Two simplified radioactivity ratio indices were calculated from 37-66 min image: region-to-cerebellar radioactivity ratio(RCR) and a composite radioactivity ratio(a ratio of radioactivity in the most typically affected regions over the least typically affected regions: CRR). Local cerebral metabolic rate for glucose(LCMRglu) was also measured using a three-compartment, five-parameter tracer kinetic model. The ratio indices were significantly lower in AD patients than in controls(RCR in temporoparietal cortex, $0.949{\pm}0.136$ vs. $1.238{\pm}0.129$, p=0.0004; RCR in frontal cortex, $1.027{\pm}0.128$ vs. $1.361{\pm}0.151$, p<0.0001; CRR, $0.886{\pm}0.096$ vs. $1.032{\pm}0.042$. p=0.0024). On the RCR analysis, 86% of AD patients showed a pattern of bilateral temporoparietal hypometabolism with or without frontal involvement; hypometabolism was unilateral in 11% of the patients. When bilateral temporoparietal hypometabolism was considered to be suggestive of AD, the sensitivity and specificity of the RCR analysis for the differential diagnosis of AD were 86% and 73%, respectively. The RCR was correlated significantly with the macroparameter K [$K_1k_3/(k_2+k_3)$] (r=0.775, p<0.0001) and LCMRglu(r=0.633, p=0.0002) measured using the kinetic model. In patients with AD, both average RCR of cortical association areas and CRR were correlated with Mini-Mental Status Examination(r=0.565, p=0.0145; r=0.642, p=0.0031, respectively), Clinical Dementia Rating(r=-0.576, p=0.0124; r=-0.591, p=0.0077), and total score of Mattis Dementia Rating Scale (r=0.574, p=0.0648; r=0.737, p=0.0096). There were also significant correlations between memory and language impairments and corresponding regional RCRs. The results suggest that the [$^{18}F$]FDG PET ratio indices, RCR and CRR, reflect global and regional metabolic rates and correlate with the severity of cognitive impairment in AD. The simplified ratio analysis may be clinically useful for the differential diagnosis and serial monitoring of the disease.

자궁경부암동물세포에서 표고버섯의 in vitro 및 in vivo 항암효과 -Apoptosis에 의한 종양세포주의 성장억제- (In vitro and in vivo Effects of Extracts of Lentinus edodes on Tumor Growth in a Human Papillomavirus 16 Oncogenes-transformed Animal Tumor Model -Apoptosis-mediated Tumor Cell Growth Inhibition-)

  • 여러 발표에서 버섯추출물의 간접적 항종양효과에 대해 보고 되고 있다. 본 연구는 표고버섯의 직접적인 종양세포주 성장억제효과를 탐지하기 위하여 휴먼자궁경부암바이러스 타입 16의 종양유전자가 발현된 동물종양세포주(TC-1)를 이용하였다. 여러 추출용매 중 물을 이용한 추출액에서 TC-1 세포주의 성장억제효과를 탐지할 수 있었다. 이들 세포성장저해는 추출물첨가농도에 상응하며 $IC_{50}$$800\;{\mu}g/mL$로 계산되었다. 또한, 표고버섯 물 추출물은 휴먼자궁경부암세포주(CaSki and HeLa)에서도 유사한 세포성장억제효과를 보여 주었다. 첨가농도가 1.5 mg/mL에서는 첨가후 6시간째에 벌써 완전한 종양세포주(TC-1)의 성장억제가 탐지되었다. 이들 추출물을 열처리시 종양세포주성장억제가 소실되었으나 pH의 변화에서는 그대로 종양세포주성장억제효과가 탐지되었다. 이는 표고버섯 물 추출물 내에 있는 항종양물질이 열에 민감함을 의미한다. Annexin V 및 propidium iodide 염색에 의해 이들 TC-1종양세포주의 성장 억제효과는 apoptosis에 의해 매개됨을 보여 주었다 동물실험에서 표고버섯 물 추출물의 구강투여시 TC-1유래 종양의 성장 및 생성에 아무 효과를 주지 못하였다. 반면, 형성된 종양에 직접 주사시 종양크기의 감소가 탐지되었다. 요약하면 이들 연구에서 표고버섯 물 추출물에 존재하는 항암물질은 열에 민감하며 apoptosis에 의해 휴먼자궁경부암종양유전자에 의해 종양화된 세포주의 세포성장을 직접 억제하는 기능이 있음을 증명한다.

토양 수리학적 함수를 이용한 불포화 수리전도도로부터 공극크기분포의 모사 (The Simulation of Pore Size Distribution from Unsaturated Hydraulic Conductivity Data Using the Hydraulic Functions)

  • 토양의 공극 크기별 분포는 토양중 수분의 함량과 수분퍼텐셜의 관계를 나타내는 토양수분특성 자료로부터 계산된다. 그러나 기존의 토양수분특성 측정방법들은 교란된 토양을 이용하거나 코어시료를 채취한다 하여도 동역학적으로 변화하는 현장 토양 공극분포를 반영하는 데는 많은 어려움이 있었다. 또한 이러한 토양수분특성 자료를 얻기 위해서는 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교란되지 않은 현장 토양에서 측정한 불포화 수리전도도 자료로부터 토양의 공극 크기별 분포 곡선을 추정하는 이론적 체계를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Brooks-Corey와 van Genuchten의 수리학적 모델을 이용하여 토양의 불포화 수리전도도 자료로부터 공극의 크기별 분포를 추정하는 이론적 모델을 전개하였으며, 이러한 이론적 모델에 근거하여 Brooks-Corey와 van Genuchten의 soil parameter들의 변화에 따른 불포화수리전도도와 공극 크기별 분포곡선의 모사하였다. 공극크기별 분포곡선의 모사는 토성별 불포화수리전도도 곡선의 scaling factor 역할을 하는 $K_s$를 1.0 cm $h^{-1}$로 설정하고, 수리학적 모델별로 일정한 경계조건 (Brooks-Corey soil parameters, ${\alpha}_{BC}=1-5L^{-1}$, b = 1 - 10; van Genuchten soil parameters, ${\alpha}_{VG}=0.001-1.0L^{-1}$, m = 0.1 - 0.9)에서 수행하였다. Brooks-Corey 모델을 이용한 공극 크기별 분포곡선의 모사에서는 parameter b가 공극분포곡선의 형태에 영향을 주었으며, ${\alpha}_{BC}$는 공극분포곡선의 민감도에 영향을 주었다. 또 van Genuchten 모델을 이용한 공극 크기별 분포곡선의 모사에서는 ${\alpha}_{VG}$가 scaling factor의 역할을 하였으며, parameter m은 공극분포곡선의 형태에 영향을 주었다. 따라서 경계조건 안에서 불포화 수리전도도 자료로부터 공극의 크기별 분포 모사가 가능하였으며, 토양 parameter들이 토성, 입자분포 등의 물리적 특성을 잘 반영하는 경우 이론적으로 현장 토양의 공극 크기별 분포의 추정이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다.

대한감각통합치료학회 역량기반 중재과정 교육커리큘럼 개발연구 (A Study on the Development of a Competency-Based Intervention Course Curriculum of the Korean Academy of Sensory Integration)

  • 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료사가 감각통합 중재를 실행하는데 필요한 역량을 기반으로 중재 과정 교육 커리큘럼 개발하고, 중재과정 실시 및 교육만족도 확인을 통하여 대한감각통합치료학회의 역량기반 중재 교육과정을 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 대한감각통합치료학회의 2019년 중재과정에 참여한 작업치료사 9명과 강사 3명을 대상으로 하였다. 중재과정의 교육목표 설정은 참여자 설문조사 방법을 통하여 교육요구 분석방법을 사용하였다. 중재과정의 역량기반 교육 프로그램 초안 및 교육 방법은 강사회의를 통하여 결정하였다. 중재교육과정은 실행계획에 따라 5일간 실시하였으며, 교육 만족도와 각 역량지표에 대한 중재과정 전후의 수행도 변화를 조사하였다. 결과 : 교육목표는 교육요구 분석 결과를 반영하여 '감각통합중재의 임상추론 과정을 학습 하고 적용한다'와 '감각통합중재 원칙을 적용하여 중재한다'로 하였다. 역량기반 중재과정 교육커리큘럼은 교육목표에 따라 Data driven decision making process 및 Ayres Sensory Integration에 관한 강의, 워크샵, 토의, 그리고 사례 중재 등으로 구성하여 총 42시간 교육을 실시하였다. 중재과정 참여자의 교육 만족도는 평균 4.48±0.73이었고, 수퍼바이저의 교육 만족도는 평균 3.92±0.71이었다. 두 집단 모두에서 Data driven decision making process 강의와 중재 목표 수립 강의의 만족도가 가장 높았고, 그룹 활동 및 토의에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮았다. 중재과정 전후, 역량모델의 전문가 역량군에 포함된 분석기술 역량의 두 가지 행동지표가 수행도에서 유의미한 변화를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 교육 개발에 필요한 체계적 과정을 거쳐 교육요구 조사, 교육 커리큘럼 개발과 실시, 교육 만족도 조사를 실행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 대한감각통합치료학회 내의 다른 교육커리큘럼 개발 시 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

RETScreen을 이용한 가로등의 계통연계형 태양광시스템 적용 효과 분석 - 서울시 광진구를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Application Effect of Central-Grid PV System at a Streetlamp using RETScreen - A Case Study of Gwangjin-gu -)

  • 우리나라는 지속적인 경제성장으로 인해 도시의 활동시간이 야간으로 연장되면서 시민들의 야간활동이 늘어나고 있다. 따라서, 가로등 사용에 따른 에너지 소비량도 점점 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구는 계통연계형 태양광시스템을 가로등에 적용하여 효율적으로 가로등의 전력소비를 대체하고 이윤을 창출하는 방안 분석을 위해 RETScreen model을 사용하였다. 에너지분석, 비용분석을 통해 계통연계형 태양광 가로등 시스템의 적용효과 및 타당성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 계통연계형 태양광 가로등 1주 당 총 전력생산량은 114 kWh, 계통연계형 태양광 가로등 시스템의 순 현재가치는 155,362원, 자기자본회수는 5.2년으로 약 6년 이후로는 수익을 창출할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제안한 계통연계형 태양광 발전시스템 적용 시 태양광 설비의 내구 연한으로 설정한 20년 뒤에는 401,935원의 수익을 창출할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 계통연계형 가로등 시스템의 경제성 평가 시 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인을 고려하고자 유지관리 비용, SMP 가격의 변동을 고려하여 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 실시 결과, 유지관리 비용의 비율변화와 SMP 가격의 변동을 고려할 시 자본회수기간이 1~2년 정도 늘어나, 전반적으로 연구결과에는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 경제성 분석에서 신재생에너지 공급인증서의 가격이 가장 큰 요인으로 작용하기 때문에, 신재생에너지공급인증서의 획득 및 안정적인 판매가 중요할 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 신재생에너지공급인증서를 획득할 경우, 서울형 발전차액지원 제도와 관련하여 이미 일부 기관이 서울시와 협정을 맺어 12년간 신재생에너지공급인증서 구매를 확정하도록 하여 안정적인 판매가 가능하다. 그렇기 때문에 이러한 사항들이 잘 반영된다면, 열악한 서울시의 태양환경에도 가로등을 통한 태양광 발전사업을 수행할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

코로나-19의 특징과 전파위험 걱정이 스마트 러닝 수용에 미치는 영향: ISSM과 HBM의 통합 모형 적용을 중심으로 (The effect of COVID-19 characteristics and transmission risk concerns on smart learning acceptance: Focusing on the application of the integrated model of ISSM and HBM)

  • 코로나-19가 확산하면서 비대면 학습을 할 수 있는 스마트 러닝에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트 러닝의 개념에 대한 이해와 스마트 러닝에 관련된 선행연구를 살펴보고, 코로나-19에 대한 사용자의 생각과 스마트러닝 시스템의 정보 품질 및 시스템 품질이 사용자의 수용에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 분석한 실증연구이다. 본 연구는 코로나-19에 대한 지각된 민감성과 심각성이 전파위험 걱정을 매개로 하여 스마트 러닝에 대한 만족과 사용에 대한 영향력을 살펴보았고, 콘텐츠 품질과 상호작용 품질로 구성된 정보 품질과 시스템 접근성과 기능성으로 구성된 시스템 품질이 사용자 만족을 매개로 하여 스마트 러닝 사용에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았다. 제안된 모형을 검증하기 위해 스마트 러닝 사용 경험이 있는 사용자 334명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, Smart PLS 3.0을 이용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면 정보 품질과 시스템 품질 중에서 기능성만 스마트 러닝의 만족에 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 만족은 사용 행동에 양(+)에 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 시스템 품질 중 접근성은 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며 전파위험 걱정은 만족에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 코로나-19와 같은 새로운 감염병의 위기상황 속에서 학생들의 학습을 지원하기 위한 스마트 러닝을 연구할 때에 연구자들에게 의미 있는 가이드 라인을 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육기관과 스마트 러닝 관련 업체들에게도 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
