Value is one of the most useful variable for achieving marketing concept that satisfy consumer needs. The issue related to which value consumers have when they're shopping and which effect this shopping value has on the process of consumer satisfaction formation, would be helpful to understand the post-purchase behavior as well as the process of pre-purchase decision making. Therefore, the objective of this study was to clarify differences in the process of satisfaction formation in relation to the type of shopping value. The study was conducted in three steps. Through the two steps, measurement instruments were developed. At the last step, judgement sampling method were utilized to collect the data and subjects were 614 university students. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, frequencies, t-test, and structural equation model analysis were used to analyze the data. Two groups regarding shopping value were found, which included consumers with hedonic shopping value and consumers with utilitarian shopping value. Overall, the results revealed a similar tendency in the process of satisfaction formation between two groups. But the tendency, which expressive product performance was related to the positive consumption emotion more than instrumental product performance was and instrumental product performance was related to the negative consumption emotion more than expressive product performance was, was clearer in consumers with utilitarian shopping value than in those with hedonic shopping value. In consumers with utilitarian shopping value, expressive product performance has a greater effect on satisfaction than instrumental product performance did, but in consumers with utilitarian shopping value, expressive product performance showed a similar effect on satisfaction with instrumental product performance. Understanding of the post-purchase behavior of the consumers with hedonic shopping value and the consumers with utilitarian shopping value and practical administration of the differences of the two groups would contribute to build useful marketing strategies.

The objectives of this study were 1) to ascertain whether there was a difference in product performance (expressive or instrumental), which consumer recognized after using, related to consumer involvement toward clothing, 2) to clarify the effect of product performance on consumption emotion(positive or negative), 3) to investigate the effect of consumption emotion on satisfaction, and 4) to find out whether product performance had a direct effect on satisfaction toward product. The study was conducted in three steps. Through the two steps, measurement instruments were developed. At the last step, judgement sampling method were utilized to collect the data and subjects were 614 university students. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were used to analyze the data. The results were as follows: 1) Consumer involvement had an effect on product performances but it was related to the expressive product performance more than to the instrumental product performance. 2) Product performance had positive influence on positive consumption emotion, while it had negative influence on negative consumption emotion. The results revealed that there were significant relationships between product performance and consumption emotion. 3) Positive consumption emotion had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, on the other hand negative consumption emotion had a negative effect on consumer satisfaction. 4) Although the direct effects of product performances on satisfaction were larger than the indirect effects, product performance was greatly influential in consumption emotion and consumption emotion was strongly related to consumer satisfaction. Therefore, consumption emotion is an important determinant variable in the process of consumer satisfaction.

A transient analysis on fuel temperatures in an aircraft was studied using the finite difference method. Numerical calculation was performed by an explicit method of modified Dufort-Frankel scheme. Among various missions, close air support mission was considered with 20% hot day ambient condition in subsonic region. The aircraft was assumed to be in turbulent flow. The fuel system model with additional fuel supplies and return concept was considered. As a result of this analysis, the fuel tank temperatures have increased with the increase of the additional fuel supplies. In contrast to tank temperatures, the fuel temperature at the engine inlet has decreased with the increase of additional fuel supplies except in some in-flight phases having high engine fuel flow. From this analysis, the fuel system with the additional fuel supplies and return concept has been shown to be an effective method to decrease the engine inlet fuel temperature. Also, it has been shown that fuel flow rate through fuel/oil heat exchanger is a key factor influencing fuel temperature.

This paper is the study on random, sinusoidal and shock vibration responses for the STSAT-3(science and technology satellite-3) proto-model which is the first small size all-composite satellite in Korea. The structure system of the STSAT-3 forms box type structure by joining several hybrid sandwich panels comprised of honeycomb core and carbon fiber reinforced laminated composite skins on both side. Mode shape, stress, displacement and acceleration responses are obtained on both the frequency domain and time domain by means of a commercial FEA software MSC/NASTRAN. From these analysis results, failure, safety factor and design validity are assessed. These results can be successfully applicable as reference data when a new satellite is developed as well as giving out an excellent criteria in satellite vibration treatment design.
A splanchic artery occlusion for 90 min followed by reperfusion of the mesenteric circulation resulted in a severe form of circulatory shock, characterized by endothelial dysfunction, severe hypotension, marked intestinal tissue injury, and a high mortality rate. The effect of defibrotide, a complex of single-stranded polydeoxyribonucleotides having antithrombotic effect, was investigated in a model of splanchnic artery occlusion (SAO) shock in urethane anesthetized rats. Occlusion of the superior mesenteric artery for 90 min produced a severe shock state, resulting in a fatal outcome within 120 min of reperfusion in many rats. Defibrotide (10 mg/kg body weight) 10 min prior to reperfusion significantly improved mean arterial blood pressure in comparison to vehicle treated rats (p<0.05). Defibrotide treatment also significantly attenuated in the increase of plasma amino nitrogen concentration, intestinal myeloperoxidase activity, intestinal lipid peroxidation, infiltration of neutrophils in intestine and thrombin induced adherence of neutrophils to superior mesentric artery segments. Superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide production in $1{\mu}M$ formylmethionylleucylphenylalanine (fMLP)-activated PMNs was inhibited by defibrotide in a dose-dependent fashion. Defibrotide effectively scavenged hydrogen peroxide, but not hydroxyl radical. Treatment of SAO rats with defibrotide inhibited tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$, and interleukin-1${\beta}$ productions in blood in comparison with untreated rats. These results suggest that defibrotide partly provides beneficial effects by preserving endothelial function, attenuating neutrophil accumulation, and antioxidant in the ischemic reperfused splanchnic circulation
Calcineurin (CaN) is activated in diabetes and plays a role in glomerular hypertrophy and extracellular matrix (ECM) accumulation. Here, kidneys from diabetic model mice were investigated for the expression of the regulator of CaN 1 (RCAN1) isoform 4 (RCAN1.4) which had been shown to be transcriptionally upregulated by CaN activation. We found the increased immunoreactivity for RCAN1 in the glomerular cells of db/db mice and streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice. In concordance, the expression of RCAN1 protein and RCAN1.4 mRNA were elevated in the whole kidney sample from db/db mice. Interleukin-$1{\beta}$ (IL-$1{\beta}$), tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$, and glycated albumin (AGE-BSA) were identified as inducers of RCAN1.4 in mesangial cells. Pretreatment of cyclosporine A blocked the increases of RCAN1.4 stimulated by IL-$1{\beta}$ or AGE-BSA, suggesting that activation of CaN is required for the RCAN1.4 induction. Stable transfection of RCAN1.4 in Mes-13 mesangial cells upregulated several factors relevant to ECM production and degradation. These results suggested that RCAN1.4 might act as a link between CaN activation and ECM turnover in diabetic nephropathy.
Objectives: This study aims to examine the factors that influence the organizational citizenship behavior of clinical dental hygienists to use them as basic data for improving effectiveness and efficiency of dental clinics and hospitals. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was answered by 250 clinical dental hygienists in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Jeolla and Gyeongsang province areas who were chosen using convenient sampling method from May 1st to June 30th of 2017. The data was analyzed using IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 factor analysis on clinical dental hygienists' organization citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction. T-test and one-way ANOVA were performed for subjects' general characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction depending on their job characteristics. The mean comparison was drawn using the Scheffe test. Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed to examine the relation of clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction Also, the significance level was set at 0.05. Results: Clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior was 3.84 points with organizational commitment of 3.27, empowerment of 3.41, self-leadership 3.45 and job satisfaction of 3.57. Factors that influence clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior appeared in the order of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, self-leadership, empowerment and job intensity, and the model's explanation power was 45.6%. Conclusions: Clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior was correlated to career, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction, where organizational commitment had the biggest influence. Therefore, clinical dental hygienists organizational citizenship behavior needs further studies and investigtae more ways to promote factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior.
Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between the number of remaining teeth and bone health status among adults over 65 years old. Methods: The study subjects were 1,843 adults over 65 years old drawn from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) in 2008-2010. Oral health status included the number of remaining teeth, and prosthetic appliance status. Bone health statuses were assessed using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Bone health statuses were classified into normal (T-score ${\geq}-1.0$), osteopenia (-2.5 < T-score < -1.0), and osteoporosis (T-score ${\leq}-2.5$). Complex samples chi-square test was used to estimate the relationship between the number of remaining teeth and bone health status, and related factors included in the model were analyzed with the complex samples logistic regression analysis. Results: Using the multinomial logistic regression analytic method, the elderly having 20 or more remaining teeth and those having less than 20 remaining teeth with prosthesis were compared. The latter group had 1.89 times higher rate of being diagnosed as having osteoporosis. Conclusions: This study suggests that oral health is an important factor for geriatric osteoporosis. Therefore, in order to prevent fractures due to osteoporosis and osteoporosis in old age, it is necessary to be aware of the relationship between oral health and osteoporosis, and oral health should be considered when preparing preventive management strategies.

For the purpose of evaluating dose rate to individual due to long-term release of nuclides from the HLW repository, a biosphere assessment model and the implemented code, ACBIO, based on BIOMASS methodology have been developed by utilizing AMBER, a general compartment modeling tool. To show its practicability and usability as well as to see the sensitivity of compartment scheme or parametric variation to concentration and activity in compartments as well as annual flux between compartments at their peak values, some calculations are made and investigated: For each case when changing the structure of compartments and GBIs as well as varying selected input Kd values, all of which seem very important among others, dose rate per nuclide release rate is separately calculated and analyzed. From the maximum dose rates (Bq/y), flux-to-dose conversion factors (Sv/Bq) for each nuclide were derived, which are to be used for converting the nuclide release rate appearing from the geosphere through various GBIs to dose rate (Sv/y) for individual in critical group. It has been also observed that compartment scheme, identification of possible exposure group and GBIs could be all highly sensitive to the final consequences in biosphere modeling.
