고속 스위칭에 의한 만능 전려변화기 구성 (Universal power converter using High-Speed Switching)

  • Combination the several type of single phase power conversion utilized simply topology are proposed in this paper. Totally four kind of converter are investigated, they are Boost AC/AC Converter, Buck AC/AC Converter, Boost AC/DC Converter, and Buck DC/AC Converter. Two types action mode are presented to determine the functional of circuit. First is AC chopper action mode, representation of the AC/AC converter. AC chopper action mode offered the sinusoidal current waveform, better power factor, faster dynamics, and smaller input/output filter. They present high robustness, offer safe commutation and have high efficiency. The second is full bridge action mode, determined the transformation AC to DC power and otherwise. Four switching devices and one magnetic contactor will establish the mode operation of circuit and manage the flow of power proceed in proper. The correction and advance of the kind of converter are verified by simulation.

시간지연추정제어기에 관한 리뷰 (Review on controllers with a time delay estimation)

  • We reviewed controllers with a time delay estimation in this paper. Time delay control (TDC) and sliding mode control (SMC) are well known robust control schemes. Basically, the TDC has a main characteristic called a time delay estimation from which we can estimate the total uncertainty of a system. . The TDC causes the stick-slip in the case of systems with a friction. The so-called TDCSA which are short for TDC with switching action was developed to reduce the stick-slip. The TDC has the additional switching action term in the TDC structure. In the other hand, the SMC dose not have a time delay estimation but instead it can estimate the system uncertainty through the switching action. The SMC has a difficulty to estimate the total uncertainty of a system because it does not have a time delay estimation. In order to solve the difficulty, some control schemes were developed. Among them, we need to focus our attention on two control schemes: SMCPE and SMCTE, which are short for sliding mode control with a perturbation estimation and sliding mode control with a time delay estimation, respectively. In this paper, we analyzed and compared the characteristic of above three controllers. Even though the motives for the development of three control schemes are different, three control schemes have much in common in terms of their controller structures.

  • It has been described that the pelvic and adjoining viscera are innervated by sympathetic fibers from the hypogastric nerve. However, the mode of action of the hypogastric nerve fibers on the organs is not fully understood. The present paper reviewed the results of investigations on the mode of action of the hypogastric nerve with an emphasis of the experimental results obtained by the author and author's associates. The evidences clarified that the hypogastric fibers to the distal colon are cholinergic, whereas the fibers to the uterus, seminal vesicle, seminal duct and urinary bladder are adrenergic.

국내 수도용 제초제의 작용기작별 분류 (Classification According to Site of Action of Paddy Herbicides Registered in Korea)

  • 국내에 등록된 제초제의 효율적 사용을 위해서 제초제저항성관리위원회에서 제시한 제초제 작용기작별 분류를 기초로 23그룹으로 분류하였다. 세부그룹으로는 acetyl CoA carboxylase 억제제, acetolactate synthase 억제제, photosystem과 억제제, protoporphyrinogen oxidase 억제제, carotenoid biosynthesis 억제제, enolpyruvyl shikimate-3-phosphate synthase 억제제, glutamine synthetase 억제제, dihydropteroate synthetase 억제제, 세포분열 저해제(mitosis inhibitors), cellulose 생합성억제제, oxidative phosphorylation uncouplers, 지방산 및 지질생합성 억제제, synthetic auxins, auxin transport 억제제, potential nucleic acid Inhibitors 혹은 non-descript mode of action으로 나누었다. 이와 같은 그룹화 기준을 토대로 국내 등록되어 사용중인 논 제초제 성분들을 그룹화 하였다. 따라서, 이러한 약제 작용기작 관련 정보를 농약사용자에게 제공함으로써 특정약제의 연용과 중복사용을 방지하여 국내에서 제초제 저항성잡초 발생 문제를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

119 구급대원의 업무관련성 근골격계 손상 위험성 평가 - 환자 들기 작업을 중심으로 - (Evaluation of 119 emergency medical technicians' work related musculoskeletal disorders risk with regard to patient lifting procedures)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to contribute to the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in 119 emergency medical technicians (EMTs) by evaluating ergonomic risk factors of patient lifting work-postures. Methods: Four procedures were evaluated: using long back-board (LBB) on the sitting and standing main stretcher, using variable stretcher on the sitting and standing main stretcher. Wok-postures were assessed during training. Results: In using LBB on the sitting main stretcher, the OWAS-score was Mode:3 (Mean:2.30, Maximum:3), the REBA-score was Mode:9 (Mean:7.61, Maximum:11), requiring improvement soon. In using LBB on the standing main stretcher, the OWAS-score was Mode:3 (Mean:2.33, Maximum:3), requiring as soon as possible corrective action, the REBA-score was Mode:6 (Mean:5.44, Maximum:11), requiring improvement. In using variable stretcher on the sitting main stretcher, the OWAS-score was Mode:1 (Mean:1.85, Maximum:3), not requiring corrective action, the REBA-score was Mode:6 (Mean:6.78, Maximum:11), requiring improvement. In using variable stretcher on the standing main stretcher, the OWAS-score was Mode:3 (Mean:2.84, Maximum:3), requiring as soon as possible corrective action, the REBA-score was Mode:11 (Mean:9.38, Maximum:11), requiring immediate improvement. Conclusion: All four-procedures showed improvement in work-posture. Thereby, required attention and management in training, occupational health professionals should participate in change of lifting-method, and programs aimed at preventing MSDs should be developed and implemented in fire-academy and fire-station.

모바일 환경에서의 텍스트 표현 방식의 상호작용성과 사용모드가 사용자의 만족도, 유용성, 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of interactivity and usage mode on user satisfaction, usefulness, and intetion to use in text information presentation in mobile environment)

  • 최근 사용자들은 정보 기술의 발전으로 다양한 상황 속에서 모바일을 통해 원하는 정보를 제공받고 있다. 사용자가 정보와 커뮤니케이션 할 때, 탭핑과 같은 제스처 활동과 그 과정 속에서 겪는 경험을 통해 인터랙션이 이루어진다. 이러한 인터랙션을 통한 활동과 경험은 사용자의 심리에 영향을 미치고, 이는 추후 사용자의 행동과 관련이 있기 때문에 중요하다. 따라서 모바일 내 정보 표현 방식에서도 상호작용성을 고려하여 설계해야한다. 이와 관련한 연구들이 진행되어 왔으나 특히 텍스트 정보 표현 방식과 관련해서는 주로 기능적 측면만을 살펴 본 연구가 많고, 사용자가 처한 상황을 고려하여 평가한 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 정보 전달 시 사용자 중심의 완성도 높은 정보 표현 방식을 위해 상호작용성과 사용모드가 사용자의 정보습득에 대한 만족도, 유용성, 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 상호작용성은 Modality와 Message 상호작용성의 여부에 따라 High와 Low로 두 가지 방식으로 구성하고, 사용모드는 과업의 여부에 따라 Action 모드와 Goal 모드로 나누어 구성하였다. 실험 디자인은 총 $2{\times}2$로, 4개의 실험조건으로 구성되어 있다. 모바일 환경 내에서 인터랙션 차이에 따라 동일한 메시지 내용의 텍스트 정보가 (a) 오직 Modality 인터랙션으로만 제공되고, (b) Modality 인터랙션과 Message 인터랙션이 함께 제공된다. 또한 사용 모드에 따라 (a) Action 모드는 문맥에 관한 구체적인 지시사항 없이 실험이 진행되고, (b) Goal 모드는 참가자에게 특정 과업에 대한 지시가 제시된 채로 실험이 진행된다. 연구 결과, 모바일 내 정보제공 시 인터랙션과 사용모드의 차이에 따라 만족도, 유용성, 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Paraquat 저항성(抵抗性) 및 내성(耐性) 발현(發現) 기구(機構) (Mode of Resistance and/or Tolerance Action of Paraquat)

  • Resistance to paraquat (1,1'-dimethyl-4,4'-bipyridilium ion) has developed in 12 species of 8 genera to which paraquat has been applied 6 to 10 times per year for 5 or more years. In recent years, tolerance to paraquat has been found in Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaertn.) Liboch. ex Fisch. & Mey. which has never been applied with any herbicides involving paraquat. In this review, we differentiate the terms, resistance and tolerance, on the basis of the paraquat-exposure history. Five hypotheses have been evaluated in several species as potential mechanisms of paraquat resistance and/or tolerance. In a species, the mode of action may be due to 1) reduced quantities of paraquat absorbed through the leaf surface, 2) detoxification of paraquat caused by the enhanced paraquat-metabolic activity, 3) rapid sequestration reducing level of paraquat at the site of action in chloroplast, 4) alteration of site of action in photosystem I resulting in interruption of electron transport to paraquat, and 5) rapid enzymatic detoxification of superoxide and other toxic forms of oxygen.

  • Herbicides show many kinds of mode of action and are metabolized in many ways. These biochemical patterns are closely related to the efficacy or mammalian toxicity and also to the selectivity of environmental persistance of herbicides, respectively. In this short review, oxygenase will be discussed as to the metabolisms of monuron, EPTC and bensulfuron methyl, and active oxygens will be reviewed from the standpoint of the mode of action of paraquat and diphenylether herbicides.

Aerodynamic flutter analysis of a new suspension bridge with double main spans

  • Based on the ANSYS, an approach of full-mode aerodynamic flutter analysis for long-span suspension bridges has been presented in this paper, in which the nonlinearities of structure, aerostatic and aerodynamic force due to the deformation under the static wind loading are fully considered. Aerostatic analysis is conducted to predict the equilibrium position of a bridge structure in the beginning, and then flutter analysis of such a deformed bridge structure is performed. A corresponding computer program is developed and used to predict the critical flutter wind velocity and the corresponding flutter frequency of a long-span suspension bridge with double main span. A time-domain analysis of the bridge is also carried out to verify the frequency-domain computational results and the effectiveness of the approach proposed in this paper. Then, the nonlinear effects on aerodynamic behaviors due to aerostatic action are discussed in detail. Finally, the results are compared with those of traditional suspension bridges with single main span. The results show that the aerostatic action has an important influence on the flutter stability of long-span suspension bridges. As for a suspension bridge with double main spans, the flutter mode is the first anti-symmetrical torsional vibration mode, which is also the first torsional vibration mode in natural mode list. Furthermore, a double main-span suspension bridge is better in structural dynamic and aerodynamic performances than a corresponding single main-span structure with the same bridging capacity.

  • The TDCSA(Time Delay Control with Switching Action) method, which consists of Time Delay Control(TDC) and a switching action of sliding mode control(SMC), has been proposed as a promising technique in the robust control area, where the plant has unknown dynamics with parameter variations and substantial disturbances are preset. When TDCSA is applied to the plant with saturation nonlinearity, however, the so-called windup phenomena are observed to arise, causing excessive overshoot and instability. The integral element of TDCSA and the saturation element of a plant cause the windup phenomena. There are two integral effects in TDCSA. One is the integral effect occurred by time delay estimation of TDC. Other is the integral term of an integral sliding surface. In order to solve this problem, we have proposed an anti-windup scheme method for TDCSA. The stability of the overall system has been proved for a class of nonlinear system. Experiment results show that the proposed method overcomes the windup problem of the TDCSA.
