  • This study wished to inspect about certificate of origin issuance authorities subject in certificate of origin issuance mode by spread of FTA, and investigate about improvement plan of current certificate of origin issuance authorities choice for smoothness trade business our country in FTA age to be expanded gradually. Fundamental purpose and meaning of FTA strengthen industry competitive power of two countries because expand trade and investment between the agreement conclusion country, and is expected to esteem agreement target department's estimation at FTA certificate of origin issuance subject choice because is meaning that strengthen trade competitive power, and raise trade company's convenience. Therefore, our country FTA representative authorities is recognized authoritativeness and stability from trade company and trade connection authorities, and is suitable in legal application or institution that can propel with consistency about policy propelled hereafter has to be chosen, FTA agreement country is representative authorities that recognize, and to issue from customs services which is a government agency which can progress business is place of origin issuance business and the place of origin examination, is expected to become more and more effective.

  • 지난 20여년간 화물수송 분야에는 큰 변화가 있었다. 수송 공급 측면에서는 보다 다양하고 기술적으로 앞선 수송수단들이 등장했으며, 수송 수요 측면에서는 로지스틱스 개념의 도입으로 화주들의 보다 높은 수송 서비스가 요구 되었다. 수송수단의 수송 분담에 있어서도 특히 철도에서 공로로의 두드러진 화물이동 현상이 나타났다. 이러한 변화는 수송 현안 해결에 대한 관심을 높이고 화물수송수요 예측기법의 이론적, 개념적인 발달을 가져왔다. 그 중 두드러진 발달은 화주의 행태를 반영하는 행태모형의 개발과 새로운 자료수집 방법 및 자료형태이다. 전통적으로 화물수송 및 교통 연구에 널리 사용된 행태모형은 확률표본을 사용하여 왔으나, 80년대 부터 비확률 표본 사용에 관심이 높아졌다. 그 대표적인 것으로 기반근거 데이터를 들 수 있다. 이 데이터는 제한된 정보를 제공한다는 자료자체의 한계를 지니고 있으나, 자료수집이 용이하고 비용이 저렴하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 화물수송 분야에서 선택기반 데이터를 이용한 연구는 현재까지 두 편이 발표 되어 있다. 따라서 볼 연구는 선택기반 데이터를 이용한 개별선택모형의 잠재력을 검증하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고, 네 종류의 제조품 그룹을 대상으로 기반근거 데이터를 수집하여 로짓모형을 추정하였으며, 추정결과를 이전 연구들의 결과와 비교하여 그 타당성을 검토 하였다. 추정된 결과는 통계적으로 유의하며 직관적으로 타당한 것으로 나타난다. 또한 그 결과는 문헌의 결과와도 일치하였다. 수송계획에 있어서 자료수집비용 절감의 필요성을 생각할 때 이것은 중요한 의미를 지닌다.

  • GC-TSQ CI technique was applied for analysis of samples for the $32^{nd}$ OPCW proficiency test. Eight chemical weapon convention(CWC) related chemicals were identified by product ion mode analysis with GC-TSQ in the samples. Choice of specific precursor ion made it possible to supply selective total ion chromatograms(TICs) of target molecule. GC-TSQ CI anaylsis technique was useful method for chemical warfare agent verification because analysis selectivity was improved by choice of mother molecule as precursor ion and gave mass spectra.

  • Since the value of travel time savings is found to be the most important benefit of transportation projects, considerable work has been done on the estimation of the value of travel time in many countries, including U. S. A. England, Australia, and Korea. And majority of them was mode choice model. This paper estimated the VTTS for commuters using traffic regulation obedience market model, which had not been applied in any previous studies, and survey data, which was obtained using Contingent Valuation Method. The result meets our expectations.

Determinacy on a Maximum Resolution in Wavelet Series

  • Recently, an approximation of a wavelet series has been developed in the analyses of an unknown function. Most of articles have been studied on thresholding and shrinkage methods for its wavelet coefficients based on (non)parametric and Bayesian methods when the sample size is considered as a maximum resolution in wavelet series. In this paper, regardless of the sample size, we are focusing only on the choice of a maximum resolution in wavelet series. We propose a Bayesian approach to the choice of a maximum resolution based on the linear combination of the wavelet basis functions.

  • For analysis of the plates and membranes by numerical or analytical methods, the question of choice of the system of functions satisfying the different boundary conditions remains a major challenge to address. It is to this issue that is dedicated this work based on an approach of choice of combinations of trigonometric functions, which are shape functions of a bended beam with the boundary conditions corresponding to the plate support mode. To do this, the shape functions of beam vibrations for strength analysis of the rectangular plates by Kantorovich-Vlasov's method is considered. Using the properties of quasi-orthogonality of those functions allowed assessing to differential equation for every member of the series. Therefore it's proposed some new forms of integration of the beam functions, in order to simplify the problem.

  • This paper presents a synchronization method to determine the exact demodulation time using the MFM Flag of the 18000-3 PJM mode, along with the hardware structure to implement the proposed method. The proposed system detects an incipient peak using ITS(Initial Time Selector) and a correlator and achieves the final synchronization via identifying the peak position from the comparison of the outputs of two followed additional correlators. The peak detection algorithm and the choice of the templates of the correlators are described. Simulation results show that the proposed system performs successfully in noisy environment.

  • By promoting the international transportation and the improvement of advanced exchange between South and North Korea, the Asian Highway plan was expected to make considerable economical effects in the North-East Asian region. This study focuses on a part of AH6 route (i.e., South Korea-North Korea-China-Far East Russia) and aims to analyze the behavioral change of international passenger transport around the Korean Peninsula by assuming the non-existent North Korea land transport network connectivity. The study was performed using two main methods. First, a stated preference survey was performed to derive the actual modal share of each travel mode. Second, a disaggregate analysis was performed to develop possible mode-choice models for international passenger travel and find out the suitable choice. Based on the results of the model estimation, it is found that over 90% of the international passenger transport would be converted to land transport (rail+highway). In addition, international railroad modal share rate would be increased from 62.8% to 66.1% and international bus would be decreased from 29.6% to 21.9% as the distance lengthened (903km~1,631km).

  • As the amount of information is rapidly growing, and the ubiquitous urban environments are emerging, the question which information type to provide and which communication media to support is a major challenge for commercial and public travel-information service providers. The current research reports the first findings of analyses of recent data, collected in metropolitan Seoul, about the acquisition of travel information and the communication media used. The study is based on the assumption that information acquisition and choice of communication medium is strongly context-driven. The study applies CHAID analysis to find homogeneous segments in information acquisition and use of communication media. Findings indicate that transport mode and activity are important determinant of information acquisition and choice of media. The type of travel information acquired co-varies strongly with transport mode and activity. In addition, we found evidence of time of day effects. Similarly, the choice of communication medium depends on the type of travel information searched for, transport mode and activity. The results suggest important implications of managerial and policy measures, in particular the dynamic, contextual market segmentation.

  • This study developed the transit transfer mode choice model aimed Daegu transit users using multinomial logit model. Dependent variables of estimating multinomial logit model were transit transfer modes such as bus to bus, bus to subway, subway to subway, bus to others, and subway to others, and explanatory variables which affect transit transfer mode choice were sex, age, occupation, handicap, transfer area, purpose of travel and travel time. Also probability regarding explanatory variables was estimated using multinomial logit model and limit marginal analysis was carried out according to explanatory variables(cost, time). In the results, indicating goodness of fit is very reasonable as ${\rho}^2$=0.354. According to the result of marginal analysis for the selection of probability, when travel time is increased, users of bus to bus and bus to subway prefer to use subway to subway. Furthermore users of bus to bus and bus to subway prefer to use bus to others and subway to others when travel cost is increased in the result of marginal analysis for the selection of probability.
