  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of health care on the body composition and metabolic Syndrome risk factors in male office workers. The subjects of this study were 30~40's male office workers and their physical activities were increased by mobile healthcare. The date analysis in this study was carried out paired ttest using SPSS 20.0 version(${\alpha}=.05$). The result of study were as follow: First. body composition kg(p<.015), BMI(p<.041), WC(p<.026) were significantly decreased after Increase in Physical Activity Using Mobile Health Care, although these did not reach statistical significance, SMM(p<.123), BF(p<.059) was slightly increased and decreased trend. Second, SBP(p<.300), DBP(p<.384) was slightly decreased trend and BS(p<.034) were significantly decreased after Increase in Physical Activity Using Mobile Health Care, Third, plasma TC(p<.015), TG(p<.003), LDL-C)(p<.000) were significantly decreased after Increase in Physical Activity Using Mobile Health Care and plasma HDL-C (p<.003) were significantly increased. These results suggest that increased physical activity using mobile health care has a positive effect on the body composition and metabolic syndrome index in male office workers. Sedentary lifestyles could be changed by Continuous feedback using mobile healthcare.

  • This study is based on the information security management system, the threat from mobile office, mobile office configuration item type, vulnerability analysis and control at the level of the current possibilities for technology to its purpose. To perform exploratory study for mobile Office to target the new technology, we were used the integrated research methods such as the documentary survey, expert FGI and real user's survey. To identify the main risk areas of mobile office services, we develop the mobile service layer model that separated the place, terminal, network, server according to service deliverly system. Finally, the result of survey for threats and vulnerabilities showed that the control of the terminal of user is a significant.

The mobile office system is introduced from the needs to provide organization members smart information and mobility. By setting the model, hence, we intend to scrutinize the impact of the task-technology fit model and organizational characteristics of the mobile office system on the job performance. As a result, system quality, information quality and mobility are revealed to affect positively the task-technology fitness and the fitness also affects the job performance positively. Organization characteristics affects the job performance positively through the task-technology fitness, too. Therefore the organization which plans to introduce the mobile office system should consider the task-technology fitness and exert organizational-level efforts to adopt and use the mobile office system in the workplace.

  • Recent increases in uncertainty and speed of market change are driving the adoption of new intelligent mobile office systems. Organizational information systems paradigm suggests that a right match between organizational characteristics and the use of technology is critical in producing desired results. Following such perspective this study developed the mobile office system case of Seoul Metropolitan Railway Transit(SMRT) in Korea. SMRT developed the mobile task-supporting environment that help the management of subway lines real-time without the restriction of time and space. They named the system as ST&F(SMRT Talk and Flash). They decided to develop the application systems in-houses they did not want to be overly dependent on external services in future changes and developments of the system. The new practice reduced the time for moving back and forth to 10% of their working time from previous 20%. The time used for paper works and administration chore also reduce to 10% of their working time from previous 30% on the average. The employees could use 80% of their time to concentrate on the completion of assigned task. The effects of this improvement resulted in the heightened efficiency of the use of human resources and the heightened level of railway safety. The case of SMRT shows that the mobile office system can be applied and extended to various business areas such as facility management and maintenance beyond such typical uses as sales and marketing support. Also, The result of case study will be a useful guideline on the construction and using of mobile office system.

  • Smart work has recently introduced as a way to solve problems such as greenhouse gas emissions, low birth rate and aging as well as to improve productivity. Because of development of ICT infrastructure and the proliferation of smart devices, the mobile office has the most commonly used within types of smart work in Korea. But the adoption of the mobile office in small businesses is only half of that of large corporations. The security issue appears to be one of the biggest obstacles to the introduction of smart work in small businesses. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the information security factors that should be considered when the mobile office is introduced to small businesses. By analyzing the previous studies, the information security factors of the mobile office are classified 5 groups composed of 24 factors. 5 groups are terminals, applications and platforms, networks, servers and users. According to the survey result using AHP, 'User' was drawn to the most important group, and 'Data Encryption', 'Wireless LAN Control' and 'Terminal Recovery When Leaving' were drawn to the important information security factors of the mobile office among 24 factors.
