천연 결합재를 사용한 황토경화체의 물성에 대한 연구 (Physical Properties of the Hardened Loess Using Natural Binding Materials)

  • 본 연구에서는 황토에 시멘트나 유기계 접착제를 첨가하지 않은 천연재료 황토결합재를 사용하여 황토경화체를 제작하고, 배합조건에 따른 강도성상을 평가하였다. 황토와 석회의 결합재에 천연재료를 첨가할 경우 사용한 천연재료는 모두 물리적 성능을 개선하는 효과가 있었다. 천연재료 중에서 석회는 황토경화체의 물성을 증가시키는데 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 황토경화체의 물리적 특성은 적용한 배합비 중에서 W/B 45%, 단위수량 $285kg/m^3$, 석회첨가율 60%일 때 가장 우수하게 나타나고 있다.

  • In this study, there is purpose that is on a concrete defect happen from aggregate minute's particle mixing in process that make waste concrete as recyclable cement puts to practical use constructing basic data for design of mix proportion used recyclable cement and solves strength fall problem using micron separator, and does general recyclable cement high quality. As a result of X-ray diffraction(XRD) of rater HR-C than NR-C is aware that it come out the micron-separating to decrease the $SiO_2$-peak below 50%. And a construction field which apply for strength's $24{\sim}28MPa$ HR-C in order to realize NR-C of 44% and 51%. Recycle concrete capacity through improved recycle cement of manufacturing technique by micron-separating's new distribution more better improvement. Therefore, in this study, it need to more various study a recycle cement of high quality for reasonable and utility recycling than disposal concrete.

  • Lightweight concrete is known for its advantage of reducing the self-weight of the structures, reducing the areas of sectional members as well as making the construction convenient. Thus the construction cost can be saved when applied. to . structures such as long-span bridge and high rise buildings. However, the lightweight concrete requires specific design mix method that is quite different from the typical concrete, since using the typical mix method would give rise the material segregation as well as lower the strength by the reduced weight of the aggregate. In order to avoid such problems, it is recommended to apply the design mix method of high performance self-compacting concrete for the lightweight concrete. Therefore, this study introduces a production of self-compacting concrete, PF-modified and improved version of Nan-Su's design mix method of self-compacting concrete. Through a series of test mixes conducted during the study, the quality of the concrete at its fresh condition has been evaluated per the 2nd class rating standards of self-compacting concrete published by JSCE, especially focused in its fluidity, segregation resistance ability, and filling ability.

파쇄횟수가 순환골재의 품질특성에 미치는 영향 (The Material Properties on the Crushing Effect of Recycled Aggregates)

  • 최근 천연골재의 부족현상과 더불어 도심지의 재개발 재건축 사업 등이 진행됨에 따라 발생하는 막대한량의 폐콘크리트는 현재 당면하고 있는 심각한 문제라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 원콘크리트의 배합조건 및 골재특성이 콘크리트의 유동 및 강도특성에 미치는 영향을 평가할 목적으로 동일 배합조건의 공시체를 제작하여 6개월간 폭로시킨 후, 파쇄하여 순환 골재로 사용함으로서 원콘크리트에 적용된 콘크리트의 특성이 순환골재의 기초특성에 미치는 영향을 평가하고, 아울러 천연골재와의 혼합비율에 따른 품질개선 효과 등에 대하여 검토하였다. 검토결과, 순환골재를 단독으로 사용하는 방안보다는 양질의 천연골재와 함께 적정비율 혼합하고, 여기에 물-결합재비가 다소 큰 일반강도 범위의 콘크리트에 대상으로 활용하는 것이 유효하다는 결론을 얻었다.

Numerical calculation and test of the composite materials under dynamic loading

  • Due to the complex geological conditions, a large number of high quality coal seams was buried in the western of China which cannot be mining in open-pit methods. The dynamic properties of that coal cannot be studied easily in real site for the complex working condition. The compound coal blocks made on the basis of the real situation were studied in the laboratory. The physical and mechanical properties of the compound coal blocks and the raw coal were contrasted by using the UCS tests. The results show that the compound coal blocks made by mixing coal powder, cement and water in proportion of 2.5:2:1 are the closest to that of standard raw coal. Then the propagation of strain waves and crushing effects on the coal were studied in the compound coal blocks by using the super dynamic strain test system and the numerical calculated method of ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results show that the diameter of the crushing zone in the compound coal blocks was similar to that in the numerical results. The fractures distribution in laboratory tests also has a similar trend to the calculation results. The measured strain waves at the distance of 50 cm, 100 cm, and 150 cm from the center of the charge are mainly concerned at -1.0×104 με and have a similar trend as that in the numerical simulation.

채소수로 제조한 된장의 항산화 효과 연구 (A Study on the Antioxidant Effect of Doenjang Prepared with Vegetable Water)

  • This study compared and analyzed the antioxidant effect of Doenjang prepared from vegetable water, and explored the optimal addition ratio of vegetables of 5 kinds and the possibility of application to Doenjang. The sample is three kinds of vegetable water (VW1, VW2, VW3) prepared by adding different ratios of radish, carrot, green onion, onion and shiitake mushroom and Denjang prepared using it. Doenjang was aged and fermented at about 40℃ for 40 days, and then separated and used only solids. The content of their antioxidant compounds was measured the content of total phenolic acid contents and total flavonoid contents. In addition, the antioxidant effect was measured by electron donating activity, SOD-like activity, ABTs radical scavenging activity and reducing power. The total phenolic acid contents and total flavonoid contents were high at VW3 and that Doenjang made with VW3. Electron donating activity and SOD-liked activity were high at VW2 and Doenjang made with VW2. ABTs radical scavenging activity was high in Doenjang made of VW3, and Reducing power was high in VW3. Therefore, if Doenjang is prepared with vegetable water prepared by properly mixing 5 types of vegetables, the possibility of developing Doenjang with high antioxidant effect was suggested.

Waste Glass as an Activator in Class-C fly Ash/GGBS based Alkali Activated Material

  • An alkaline activator was synthesized by dissolving waste glass powder (WGP) in NaOH-4M solution to explore its effects on the Class-C fly ash (FA) and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) based alkali-activated material (AAM). The compressive strength and porosity were measured, and (SEM-EDX) were used to study the hydration mechanism and microstructure. Results indicated that the composition of alkali solutions was significant in enhancing the properties of the obtained AAM. As the amount of dissolved WGP increased in alkaline solution, the silicon concentration increased, causing the accelerated reactivity of FA/GGBS to develop Ca-based hydrate gel as the main reaction product in the system, thereby increasing the strength. Further increase in WGP dissolution led to strength loss, which were believed to be due to the excessive water demand of FA/GGBS composites to achieve optimum mixing consistency. Increasing the GGBS proportion in a composite also appeared to improve the strength which contributed to develop C-S-H-type hydration.

아두이노 기반의 음료 혼합 시스템 개발 (Development of Arduino-Based Beverage Mixing System)

  • 본 논문에서는 음료를 제조하는 사람에게 앱 인벤터로 제작한 어플리케이션으로 자신이 원하는 음료를 선택하고 해당 음료를 제조하는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 혼합하고자 하는 음료를 디스펜서에 각각 결합시킨 후 아두이노를 통해 스텝 모터를 제어하여 볼 스크류를 해당 디스펜서의 위치에 정확하게 이동시키도록 액추에이터를 제어하였다. 이러한 액추에이터 이동제어와 디스펜서를 누르는 횟수에 따라 혼합할 음료의 양이 각각 비례하여 추출되도록 구현하였다. 최종적으로 카페의 노동력을 대체하는 시스템을 구축하고 나아가 해당 시스템이 도처에서 활용할 수 있는 방향성을 제시한다.

슬러지반응기에서 팥가공폐수의 철기성 처리 (Anaerobic treatment of red-bean processing wastewater in a sludge bed reactor)

  • Anaerobic treatment of wastewater of the red- bean processing industry was carried out and discussed an anaerobic sludge bed reactor( ASBR) as a preliminary study to evaluate applicability of given processes. The dimension of reactor were same as 0.09m- ID$\times $1.5m- height. The type of substrate and the hydraulic retention time( HRT) were considered as experimental variables. The synthetic wastewater with glucose in the laboratory, the wastewater from the red bean processing industry mixed with synthetic wastewater with variation of mixing percent were fed as substrate. The hydraulic retention time was changed from one day to five days. The gas production, the methane content in produced gas, efficiencies of COD removal and 55 removal were evaluated as principal characteristics. With synthetic wastewater as a substrate and at a hydraulic retention time of one day, characteristics of ASBR was the gas production(12$\ell$/day ), the methane content of produced gas(60%), the efficiency of COD removal(92%) and 55 removal(30%). With the real wastewater and at a hydraulic retention time of one day, the gas production and the efficiency of COD removal of the ASBR decreased with the proportion of real wastewater. The gas production and the efficiency of COD removal with real wastewater only was decreased to 70% and 87% of those with synthetic wastewater only, respectively. However, the methane content in produced gas and the efficiency of 55 removal with real wastewater only was increased significantly by 1.25 times and two times of those with synthetic wastewater only, respectively. 압출 쌀 콜렛 분말을 사용한 전통 감주의 제조 및 이화학적 품질 특성 (Physicochemical Quality Characteristics of Traditional Kamju Using Extruded Rice Collet Powder)

  • 전통 감주 제조 중 쌀 콜렛 분말 사용량과 당화시간에 따른 이화학적 특성과 관능검사를 조사하였다. pH는 동일한 당화시간과 동일 시료의 경우 불규칙하게 미미한 변화가 있었으나, 당화에 특별한 지장은 없었다. 점도는 콜렛 분말 비율의 증가 및 당화시간이 경과할수록 미세하게 높아졌으며, 쌀 콜렛 분말:엿기름 추출물에서 쌀 콜렛 분말의 비율이 25% 이상일 때는 그 값이 낮아졌다(p<0.05). 색도는 콜렛 분말이 증가할수록 L값, a값 및 b값은 동일시간에서 높아졌고, ${\Delta}E$값은 낮아졌다. 당화시간이 경과할수록 L값은 5:95는 불규칙하게 약간 높아졌으나, 그 외는 시료와 무관하게 시간이 경과할수록 낮아졌다. a값, b값 및 ${\Delta}E$값은 당화시간이 경과할수록 불규칙하지만 높아지는 경향이었다(p<0.05). 당도는 콜렛 분말의 양이 증가하거나 당화시간이 경과할수록 모든 시료에서 당도가 높아졌다. 5:95-15:85는 14.8-27.6으로 급격히 증가하였고, 15:85 이상에는 완만하게 증가되었다. 환원당은 콜렛분말의 증가 및 당화시간이 경과할수록 모든 시료에서 17.92-20.71 mg/mL로 매우 높게 나타났으며(p<0.05), 지금까지 보고된 어떠한 식혜보다 점도, 당도 및 환원당 함량은 높은 값을 보였다. 유리아미노산은 시료 중 콜렛 분말의 비율이 증가할수록 함량이 증가되는 경향이었으며, 생균수는 실활 시키지 않은 모든 시료에서 균이 검출되었으므로(p<0.05) 반드시 멸균이 필요하였다. 관능검사에서는 시료 25:75, 당화는 5시간일 때 패널의 기호도를 충족하는 것으로 평가되었다(p<0.05).
