In this study, the optimization of mixing proportion of press-forming board with blast furnace slag, pearlite and bottom ash was investigated using the response surface methodology. Ten Mixing proportions of specimens were designed by the response surface design, and then flexural failure load, moisture content and water absorption of specimens were measured. As a result of the reaction surface analysis based on the experimental results, it was possible to derive the optimal mixing proportion with the satisfaction of 93%.

There will be a big problem in disposing of waste tie coming from the cars. Because many of these have been thrown away to the field and environmentally polluted. New, We need to find out how to dispose or recycle these waste material. It is thought that recycling this material especially mixing with concrete will be a good idea. This study is focused how each material do its behavior due to the size of waste type particle and its amount into concrete material. 0.4mm-10mm range of particle has been applied to the material : Also, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0% range of tyre particle proportion has been applied to make cylinder molds. The concrete mold with waste-tyre particle has vibration-absorbing ability. It is found that 0.4 -0.6mm particle mixing concrete has been more solid organized. And this waste tyre material could be applied to the general concrete, it is found.
From the results of study on the electrical characteristics of heat-generation mortar used graphite as fine aggregates is summerized as following. The primary purpose of this study is the mixing ratio of graphite (35%, 50%/Sg), curing conditions (autoclave, steam, surface, underwater) and shape change (length, section of the electric heat-generation mortar). Several designs based upon this point have been proposed for mixture experiments. Among them, an extreme vertices design is employed in this paper because there are a couple of blend constraints to be considered. In order to investigate how the mixing proportion interacts with other manufacturing factors, a fractional factorial design is also included across the extreme vertices design. As a result, we find that the blend proportion of solution ingredients has a significant effect on battery performances. By simultaneously optimizing two battery capacities, this paper proposes an optimum blend proportion according to process factor settings.

Porous concrete having continuous voids is gaining more interest as an ecological material. It has several useful functions such as water and air permeability, sound absorption, etc. Its strengths are considerably lower than those of conventional concrete due to the large and continuous voids in it. This study has been carried out to investigate the influence of mix factors and mixture proportion of aggregate on the strengths and water permeability of porous concrete. And it has been carried out to investigate the evaluation of void of porous concrete by the ultra-sonic pulse velocity. The results f this study are as follows: 1) The theoretical void ratio has greater influence than any other factor on the strengths and water permeability of porous concrete. And it is a little affected by the replacement proportion of silica-fume and mixture proportion of aggregate. 2) Because the coefficients of correlation between the void ratio and ultra-sonic pulse velocity were relatively high, it will be possible that the void ratio is predicted by the ultra-sonic pulse velocity.
In recent years, the study on the porous concrete which has excellent permeability is actively advanced in the field of architectural and civil engineering. But porous concrete has a reciprocal concept in the aspect of comparative large and continuos void structure and reduction of void for insurance of the necessary strength on the mixing proportion, must have satisfied of the properties of these. Therefore this study is series of experiment for the strength elevation and evaluated the effect according to fine replacement ratio and levels of cement content. As a result, the strength of porous concrete was elevated by an increase of fine replacement ratio and cement content.
This study aims to suggest a simple and convenient design for a mix proportion method for high performance concrete by determining the optimum fine aggregate ratio and minimum binder content based on the maximum density theory. The mix design method introduced in this study adopted the optimum fine aggregate ratio with a minimum void and binder content higher than the minimum binder content level. The research results reveal that the method helps to reduce trial and error in the mixing process and is a convenient way of producing high performance concrete with self filler ability. In an experiment based on the mix proportion method, when aggregate with the fine aggregation ratio of 41$\%$ was used, the minimum binder content of high performance concrete was 470kg/$m^{3}$ and maximum aggregate capacity was $0.657m^{3}/m^{3}$. In addition, in mixing high performance concrete, the optimal slump flow to meet filler ability was 65$\pm$5cm, V load flow speed ranged from 0.5 to 1.5.
This research is to examine the selected method of optimal mixing proportion and cost analysis in the super flowing concrete. As confined water $ratio($\beta_p$)$ and K is introduced, itis to establish optimal mixing design of super flowing concrete according to the steps of paste, mortar and concrete. From paste and mortar test, it was led to $$\beta_p$$ and $K_p$satisfying the optimum condions depending on the kinds of binders. Then $$\beta_p$$ and $K_p$ is reflected to the mix condition of super flowing concrete. The result of test, the mix condition of super flowing concrete satisfied the quality performance of concrete with adjustment of additional rate of the superplasticizer. Besides, in case of design strength $350kg/\textrm{cm}^2$ of concrete, material cost in super flowing concrete is able to be reduced 5~16% in replacement of fly ash 30% in ordinary portland cement and slag cement.
