장소마케팅 전략의 지역믹스 유형 분석과 시론적 모델 연구 - 광주.전남 지역을 사례로 - (The Regional Mix Types and Models in Place Marketing Strategy : Focusing on Gwangju-Jeonnam Region)

  • 이 논문은 장소마케팅 전략의 지역믹스 유형을 분석하고 시론적 모델을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 광주 전남 지역의 최근 2년간 장소마케팅 관련 사례들을 분석한 결과, 총 87개의 지역믹스 사례가 도출되었다. 지역믹스 유형을 공간별, 주제별, 주체별, 대상별, 요소별로 분석한 결과, 총 27개의 지역믹스 유형이 도출되었다. 공간별 지역믹스 유형은 도시믹스, 권역도시믹스, 패키지도시믹스, 권역믹스, 공간패키지믹스 등 5가지 유형으로 나타났고, 주제별 지역믹스 유형은 문화믹스, 역사믹스, 관광믹스, 산업믹스, 행정믹스, 생태믹스, 교통믹스, 홍보믹스 등 8가지 유형으로 나타났다. 주체별 지역믹스 유형은 중앙정부주도형 공공믹스, 지방정부주도형 공공믹스, 기업주도형 민간믹스, 시민사회주도형 민간믹스, 민관파트너십 믹스 등 5가지 유형으로 나타났고, 대상별 지역믹스 유형은 주민믹스, 관광객믹스, 기업믹스, 공동믹스 등 4가지 유형으로 나타났다. 요소별 지역믹스 유형은 조직믹스, 이미지믹스, 포인트믹스, 타깃믹스, 채널믹스 등 5가지 유형으로 나타났다. 이러한 유형화를 바탕으로 장소마케팅 전략의 지역믹스 모델을 1차 모델과 2차 모델로 도출하였다. 지역믹스 1차 모델은 총 22개의 모델로 나타났고, 지역믹스 2차 모델은 총 126개의 모델로 나타났다.

동애등에분변토와 코코피트가 혼합된 토양개량제가 모래의 이화학성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Soil Amendment Blended with Soldier Fly Casts and Coco Peat on Physicochemical Properties of Sand Soil)

  • 본 연구는 아메리카동애등에분변토(soldier fly casts; SFC)의 단점을 개량하기 위해 코코피트(cocopeat; Coco)와 혼합된 토양개량제의 골프장 토양개량제로서의 사용가능성을 평가하기 위해 모래와 혼합비율 별 물리화학성을 조사하였다. 토양개량제는 SFC, Coco, 25% SFC+75% Coco(Mix1), 50% SFC+50% Coco (Mix2) 및 75% SFC+25% Coco (Mix3)이었고, 각각 3%, 5%, 7% 및 10% 씩 혼합되어 모래상토를 조성하였다. SFC, Mix1, Mix2 및 Mix3는 토양 pH와 EC에서 고도의 상관성(P<0.01)을 나타내어 토양개량제의 혼합에 의해 모래상토의 토양화학성에 영향을 주었다. SFC, Coco, Mix1, Mix2 및 Mix3은 모세관공극, 비모세관공극 및 공극이 USGA기준에 적합하였고, 혼합비율이 증가할수록 모세관공극과 총공극이 증가하였으며(P<0.05), Mix1과 Mix3의 비모세관공극은 모세관공극과 수리전도도에서 부의 상관성을 보였다(P<0.01). Mix1, Mix2 및 Mix3에서 SFC는 상토의 모세관공극의 변화에 영향을 주었고, Coco는 모세관공극과 총공극의 변화에 영향을 주었다. 이들 결과를 종합할 때, SFC와 Coco가 혼합된 토양개량제(Mix1~3)는 SFC보다 모래상토의 모세관 공극과 수리전도도를 개선하여 SFC의 단점을 보완한 것으로 평가되었다.

강릉과 삼척지역 주민의 커피믹스 섭취 여부에 따른 영양섭취실태 및 비만관련 신체계측치, 혈중지질패턴과의 상호관련성 (Correlation of Nutrient Intake, Obesity-related Anthropometrics, and Blood Lipid Status with Instant Coffee-mix Intakes in Gangneung and Samcheok Residents)

  • This study was conducted to investigate instant coffee-mix intakes and its relations with anthropometric measurements, nutrient intake, and blood lipid in Gangneung and Samcheok residents. Coffee-mix is a mixture of instant coffee, sugar and coffee-creamer. It is a standardized convenience food in Korea. Recently, Koreans appear to consume too much of instant coffee-mix. The respondents of this study were 218 Koreans (Gangneung region 133, Samcheok region 85). The average age was 56.0 years (male), 57.5 years (female). They were divided into 2 groups, the instant coffee-mix drinkers and the non-drinkers. The nutrient intake and anthropometric measurements and their relations with coffee-mix intakes were analyzed (nutrient intakes were calculated by converting per 1,000 kcal and adjusted by age, region). As for male, body fat was significantly higher in coffee-mix drinkers (18.1 kg, 25.0%) than in non-drinkers (17.1 kg, 23.8%). In the case of females, serum triglyceride was significantly higher in coffee-mix drinkers (109.1 mg/dL) than in nondrinkers (102.9 mg/dL). Coffee-mix intakes and coffee-mix's contributions to energy were higher for participants from Samcheok (21.2 g, 4.7%) than those from Gangneung (16.6 g, 3.4%). In addition, for Samcheok, coffee-mix's contribution to energy was significantly higher in male (5.6%) than in female (4.2%). Coffee-mix intakes and energy contribution of coffee-mix were not significantly correlated with anthropometric measurements. Only HDL-cholestrol showed significantly negative correlation with coffee-mix's contributions to energy. Based on the above results, we conclude that usual instant coffee-mix intake may increase intakes of sugar and fat and exert negative effects on serum lipids. Therefore, it is needed to control too much instant coffee-mix intake in the dietary management of rural residents.

유지제 혼입율 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 유동성 및 역학적 특성 (Liquidity and Mechanical Properties of Concrete by Fluidity Retention Agent Mix Rate Change)

  • This research analyzed the basic characteristics of unhardened concrete and the compression strength characteristics of hardened concrete according to liquidity retention agent mix rate change to improve the liquidity fluidity retention performance of high performance concrete, and produced the following results. The moment fluidity retention agent is added according to fluidity retention agent mix rate change, which increased fluidity retention agent mix rate, slump flow decreased, and in the case of slump flow according to the progress time change by the fluidity retention agent mix rates, the more fluidity retention agent mix rate increased, the lower slump flow change rate became. The moment fluidity retention agent is added according to fluidity retention agent mix rate change, fluidity retention agent mix rate increased compared to non-mixture of fluidity retention agent, and the air amount by progress time change by the fluidity retention agent mix rates slightly increased, however target range is still met and unit volume mass is inversely proportional to air amount. Compression strength according to age progress by the fluidity retention agent mix rates was shown to increase slightly with increase in fluidity retention agent mix rate, and yet the difference was not significant.

개량 한방제제(Herb Mix Gold®) 첨가가 산란계 생산성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Herbal Recipe Herb Mix Gold® on the Performance of Laying Birds)

  • 한방제제 Herb $Mix^{(R)}$(Herb BIO Co.)에 당귀, 작약, 천궁을 강화한 개량 한방제제(Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$)의 상대적 효능과 적정 첨가 수준을 결정하기 위해 사양 시험을 실시하였다. 시험은 45주령 산란계(Hy-Line Brown) 720수를 대조구 포함하여 총 6개 처리구로 처리당 6반복 반복당 10케이지, 케이지당 2수씩 수용하여 난괴법으로 배치한 후 5주간의 사양 시험을 실시하였다. 처리구는 대조구(T1), Herb $Mix^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구(T2), Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.1% 첨가구(T3), Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구(T4), Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.3% 첨가구(T5) 그리고 항생제 $Avilamycin^{(R)}$ 2%를 함유한 $Avilamix^{(R)}$ (CTC BIO Co., Ltd)를 0.03% 사용하여 6 ppm 첨가구(T6)를 두었다. 실험 결과 산란율은 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구가 가장 높았으며(P<0.05) 다음으로 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.3% 첨가구, Herb $Mix^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구, Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.1% 첨가구, Avilamycin첨가구 그리고 대조구 순이었다. 산란 지수도 산란율과 같은 경향이었으나 통계적 유의차는 없었다(P>0.05). 난중, 연파란율, 사료 섭취량 및 사료 요구율과 계란의 품질 평가 항목인 난각 강도, 난각 두께, 난각 색깔, Haugh unit 및 난황 색깔에서 처리간에 유의한 차이는 없었다(P>0.05). 장내용물 중 Cl. perfringens와 E. coli의 수는 첨가구들이 대조구에 비해 적었고 Lactobacilli의 수는 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 첨가구들이 높은 경항을 보여주었다(P>0.05). 백혈구 (WBC) 수와 heterophil(HE)의 경우 첨가구들이 대조구에 비해 적었으며 림프구 (LY)의 경우 모든 첨가구들이 높은 경향을 보였다(P>0.05). Stress indicator로 알려진 HE/LY는 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구에서 낮은 경향을 나타냈다(P>0.05). 적혈구나 헤모글로빈은 모든 첨가구들이 대조구에 비해 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 특히 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2%구가 높은 경향을 나타내었다(P>0.05). 결론적으로 산란 생산성 개전을 위해 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가가 적당하다고 사료되며, 이는 선발 원료로 강화된 한방제제가 장내 미생물 균총, 혈액 내 백혈구 및 적혈구 수에 유익하게 미치는 영향에 기인한 것으로 사료된다.

여산믹스문제를 위한 발견적접근 (A Heuristic Approach to Budget-Mix Problems)

  • An effectively designed budget system in the poor resources environment necessarily has three design criteria : (i) to be both planning-oriented and control-oriented, (ii) to be both rationalistic and realistic, (iii) to be sensitive to the variations of resources environment. PPB system is an extreme (planning-oriented and rationalistic) and conventional OEB/OUB system is the other extreme (control-oriented and incrementalistic). Generally, the merits of rationalism are limited because of the infeasibility of applications. Hence, mixtures of the two extremes such as MBO, ZBB, and RZBB have been examined and applied during the last decade. The classical mathematical models of capital budgeting are the starting points of the development of the Budget-Mix Model introduced in this paper. They are modified by the followings: (i) technological-resource constraints, (ii) bounded-variable constraint, (iii) the exchange rules. Special emphasis is laid on the above (iii), because we need more efficient interresource exchanges in the budget-mix process. The Budget-Mix Model is not based on optimization, but a heuristic approach which assures a satisficing solution. And the application fields of this model range between the incremental Nonzero-Base Budgeting and the rational Zero-Base Budgeting. In this thesis, the author suggests 'the budget- mix concept' and a budget-mix model. Budget-mix is a decision process of making program-mix and resource-mix together. For keeping this concept in the existing organization realistic, we need the development of quantitative models describing budget-mix situations.

라텍스개질 콘크리트의(LMC)의 강도특성 및 배합인자 결정방법 (Strength Properties and Determination Method of Mix Proportion Factor of Latex Modified Concrete)

  • This study are decided the mix proportion method of latex modified concrete for agricultural concrete structures from the results of workability and strength test with mix proportion factor. For mix proportion factor, this study are selected the water-cement ratio, unit cement amount and latex content. Also, this study were performed the slump, compressive strength test and microstructure analysis using the scanning electron microscope(SEM). The strength and slump of LMC are dependent with unit cement amount, latex content, and water-cement ratio. Especially, the strength of LMC are not controlled by single mix proportion factor but effected by combined mix proportion factor. Microstructure investigation are showed the LMC are reduced the internal pore volume and enhanced the transition zone between cement paste and aggregate interface. This effect get by consist of latex films in the concrete. Also, this study were recommended the mix proportion method for LMC. These mix proportions method are estimated the mix design for satisfied the target performance which are applied the agricultural concrete structure.

Influence of supplementary cementitious materials on strength and durability characteristics of concrete

  • The present study is focused on the mechanical and durability properties of ternary blended cement concrete mix of different grades 30 MPa, 50 MPa and 70 MPa. Three mineral admixtures (fly ash, silica fume and lime sludge) were used as a partial replacement of cement in the preparation of blended concrete mix. The durability of ternary blended cement concrete mix was studied by exposing it to acids HCl and $H_2SO_4$ at 5% concentration. Acid mass loss factors (AMLF), acid strength loss factor (ASLF) and acid durability factor (ADF) were determined, and the results were compared with the control mix. Chloride ions penetration was investigated by conducting rapid chlorination penetration test and accelerated corrosion penetration test on control mix and ternary blended cement concrete. From the results, it was evident that the usage of these mineral admixtures is having a beneficiary role on the strength as well as durability properties. The results inferred that the utilization of these materials as a partial replacement of cement have significantly enhanced the compressive strength of blended concrete mix in 30 MPa, 50 MPa and 70 MPa by 42.95%, 32.48% and 22.79%. The blended concrete mix shown greater resistance to acid attack compared to control mix concrete. Chloride ion ingress of the blended cement concrete mix was low compared to control mix implying the beneficiary role of mineral admixtures.

프랜차이즈 마케팅믹스에 관한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory Study for Franchise Marketing Mix)

  • This study, based on theoretical and practical understanding of franchising, aims to conceptualize franchising in terms of marketing mix and proposes new paradigm of franchising. New schema of the franchise marketing mix involves both customer gap and franchisee gap by including customer and franchisee contacts and sets activities that include components of franchise system as the factor of marketing mix. So we could suggest the franchise marketing mix, '4F' by introducing conventional marketing mix concept into this assumption. The 4F schema consist of four sub-dimensions: 'Format', 'Fee & Royalty', 'Franchising Process', and 'Franchise Communication', which correspond to '4P'. In perspective of marketing mix, we could divide the franchise system into primary activity and support activity, then we also could categorize the fundamental activity into four-classification system, 4F schema. We expect that franchise marketing mix, 4F can be useful both theoretically and practically as it not only is not too different from the conventional marketing mix, but it also proposes franchise value chain by including unique characteristics and contents of the franchise system.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigarte the mix design method and the mechanical properties of High stength Lightweight Concrete (HSLC). In the experment, concrete mixing was conducted to select the optimum mix design for HSLC in laboratory. Also, concrete mixing in ready mix design. As a result, it is possible to establish the mix design of HSLC according to the using these experimental results ;the estimate equation for unit weight of HSLC. the relationship between W/C and compressive strength of HSLC and the fluidity of HSLC in the view of workability
