Dust collecting performance of axial-vane type cyclone for oil mist was analyzed in this study. For predicting cut diameter size of cyclone, the number and angle of vane ($tan{{\beta}_2}^{\prime}$) was simulated by CFD. As the result, $tan{{\beta}_2}^{\prime}$ was decreased as the number of vane was increased and the angle of inclination(${{\beta}_2}^{\prime}$) decreased, and it cause strong swirl flow. Therefore, it could be confirmed that as the number of vane was increased and the angle of inclination was decreased, cut diameter size was decreased. Also, by verifying the results of CFD through experiment, the cut diameter size could be $2{\mu}m$ at $4m^3/min$ of flow rate.
In this study, the effects of the maximum grit depth of cut on the grinding characteristics were investigated. And AE signals produced during grinding processes have been studied to find out the appropriate AE parameters for assessing grinding processes. S45C steel has been ground under the conditions yielding removal rate of workpiece, 100, 200, 300 and 400rnm$^3$/min which was achived by altering workpiece velocity($\upsilon$) and apparent depth of cut(Z). According to the experimental results, the value of surface roughness increases but grinding power, energy rate of AE signal(AErms$^2$) and specific grinding energy consumed decrease with increase of the maximum grit depth of cut.
Inherent dynamic interaction between flexible disk and workpiece creates partially non-flat surface profile. A flat zone was defined using minimum depth of engagement. Several key parameters were defined to explain the characteristics of the zone. Process conditions including disk rotation speed, initial depth of cut and feed speed were varied to produce product profile database. Correlation between key factors was examined to find the characteristic dependencies. Trends of key parameters were displayed and explained. Higher flat zone ratio was observed for lower depth of cut and higher disk rotation speed. Ratio of minimum depth of cut against target depth of cut increased for higher feed speed and disk rotation speed but was insensitive to the depth of cut variation. The process transition was visualized by continuously displaying instantaneous orientation of the deflected disk and the location of key parameters were clearly marked for comparison.
Following rapid development of software and hardware technologies and increasing enhancement in arithmetic capability, there are more and more content that can be accommodated and processed in video games, which is also increasingly complex and fine. Cutscene as a main narrative method have been developed, which have become necessary to express some key plots and important scenarios in games. Good cutscene can strengthen engagement of players with virtual world in games and make players share affection and sorrow with roles in games; while badly-designed cut-scene or overused cut-scene will impair immersion of players and affect players' gaming experience; for this reason, developers should not continue cut-scene design just from opinions of designers nor make players passive receivers, instead, they should reduce as much as possible interruption by cut-scene to players' immersion and grant players with better immersion. After all, only designs depending on demands and preferences of players by having some knowledge of impacts of cut-scene on players' immersion can be accepted by players.
In this study we investigate the machining characteristics of tool material for cold forging by using the machining center. The test was in the SKD62 cold forging material by 2-edge endmill with cutting fluid. The coating conditions are depth of cut 1,2,3mm. WC-endmill, federate 20mm/min, cutting velocity 20m/min. The surface roughness increase as the depth of cut increase. Also cutting force increase whiles the depth of cut increase.
Objectives: Although intraoral balancing appliance therapy has been used effective to several diseases, verification studies through cerebral diseases are poorly reported so far. Thus we investigated the effect of tooth-cut induced dental malocclusion against mouse model of ischemic stroke. Methods: Tooth-cut and 90 min middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) were loaded to C57BL/6 male mice, and total infarct area, neurological deficit scores (NDS), histological change of hippocampal region were observed. Production levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in cerebral tissue were also measured. Results: The longer the tooth-cut period, the greater the area of cerebral infarction caused by MCAO, and NDS began to increase as the tooth was cut, and the results were more negative when MCAO was loaded. Histological change of hippocampal cells was significant when tooth-cut was maintained for 7 days. Those damages were thought to depend on the generation of ROS and iNOS in brain tissue. Conclusions: Since tooth-cut increased total area of cerebral infarction due to MCAO in mice, it is able to be confirmed that anomaly of the temporomandibular occlusion can affect neurological diseases.
Information is lacking about the effect of date of a fall cut of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) on dry matter yield (DMY), forage nutritive value, and stands persistence. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of timing of a fall cut on DMY, forage nutritive value and stand persistence of three alfalfa varieties: low-lignin Hi-Gest 360, Roundup Ready Tonica, and conventional Gunner in Northeastern Kansas in the United States. The field study was carried out by splitting plot in randomized complete block design with four replications. The harvesting data of different maturity stages were collected in each year from 2015 to 2018. Three cuts were harvested based on the stage of maturity, and the last (fourth) cut was done on September 15, September 30, October 15, and October 30 of each year. The persistence of the alfalfa stands was determined each fall after the last cut, and each spring after the first cut, by counting the number of live plants in a randomly placed quadrat in each plot. Alfalfa cut on September 15 and September 30 had a higher stand persistence compared to alfalfa cut on October 15 and October 30. The DMY of the first cut in 2016 was significantly higher in roundup ready than the low-lignin alfalfa variety. In the second cut, DMY was significantly higher in conventional alfalfa than the roundup ready. There were no significant differences in DMY between alfalfa varieties in the rest of seasonal cuttings in 2016 and 2017 and annual total yield in both years. In general, low lignin alfalfa variety had higher crude protein and relative feed value and lower acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber contents than those in roundup ready and conventional alfalfa varieties. On average, nutritive value of alfalfa was generally affected by last cutting dates in 2017. Based on 3-year data the last cutting of alfalfa in the fall could be done by September 30-October 15 without harmful effect on DMY.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the dyeing property and ultraviolet-cut ability on silk 100% and nylon 100% fabrics dyed with Rhus verniciflua extracts. This study was investigated K/S values, surface color, washing fastness, dry cleaning fastness and ultraviolet-cut ability of the silk and nylon fabrics dyed with Rhus verniciflua extracts under the various dyeing conditions. As mordanting were used Tin(II) Chloride dihydrate $(SnCl_2{\cdot}2H_2O)$, Copper(II) sulfate pentahydrate$(CuSO_5{\cdot}5H_2O)$, Iron(II)Chloride$(FeC_2{\cdot}4H_2O)$. pH was adjusted by sodium carbonate$(Na_2CO_3)$ and formic acid(HCOOH). The optimum dyeing temperature, dyeing time, and pH of the silk fabrics dyed with Rhus verniciflua extracts were $90^{\circ}C$, 100min, and in the nylon fabrics were $90^{\circ}C$, 45min. It were colored(munsell value) 6.4Y 7.5/4.1 in the silk fabrics and colored 4.3Y 6.6/5.9 in the nylon fabrics dyed with Rhus verniciflua extracts. Washing fastness and dry-cleaning fastness in the silk and nylon fabrics dyed with mordanting agent improved in $4{\sim}5$ grade. UV-A test showed that nylon fabrics a high rate of 92% with Rhus verniciflua extracts.

Also, this study was designed to define the cut off values of Heart Weak Scores by using 'K-CBCL' which represents the total behavior problems scores 50T in order to detect Heart Weak in Children Methods: 271 elementary school students in Daejeon answered the questionnaire and the data was analyzed. Results: There were high correlations between Heart Weak Score and K-CBCL which in a total behavior problems scores. The cut off values of Heart Weak Score, K-CBCL, a total behavior problems scores 50T, were calculated by ROC curve analysis. To diagnose as a Heart Weak Children, the correspondent cut off values for Heart Weak Score were 11 in boys and 8 in girls. Conclusions: To diagnose as a Heart Weak in Children, the correspondent cut off values for Heart Weak Score were 11 in boys and 8 in girls.
