K형 열전대를 이용한 온도제어 시스템 구현 (Implementation of the Temperature Control System Using K-type Thermocouple)

  • 본 연구에서 개발하고자 하는 기기는 K형 열전대를 이용하여 온도를 제어 할 수 있는 온도제어 시스템으로써, 안정된 전압 레귤레이터, 22Bit 디지털 변환기와 분해능이 22Bit로 이루어졌다. 미소 전압을 25배 증폭 할 수 있게 하였고, 0~1200도 사이의 온도를 DC 0.1V~DC 4.7V내에서 제어하도록 설계하였다. PIC16C74로 Micro-controller의 software와 hardware의 블록 다아이 그램을 고안하였으며, VFD기능과 Power Block간에 인터페이스가 가능하도록 구성하였다.

  • This thesis focuses on the design of control schemes for highly efficient BLDC motor drive applications using drives with output capacity of 1Hp. The control system was designed and implemented on a PIC micro-controller and applied to an electric vehicle as a viable replacement to the existing a high phase induction motor that is currently being used for these low cost, small traction drive applications. This paper for the brushless drive research has shown the optimization of the drive system for improved drive design and switching techniques that can improve the entire drive system efficiency for electric vehicle both large and small traction applications using sinusoidal PWM techniques for synthesizing the AC waveforms needed to control these traction drives. In addition, Numerical simulation was conducted to evaluate the performance of designed BLDC Motor using MotorPro simulator.

  • Though a micro pump is a crucial element in miniaturized bio-fluidic systems or drug delivery systems, most of the conventional micro pumps still have some limitations to miniaturize their controller system and to obtain the sufficient back pressure which can rise over the inner pressure of human body or experimental animals. In this paper, to overcome these limitation, a new PZT disc and its controller were designed and fabricated to get the sufficient flowrate and the back pressure with guaranteeing embeddability of the controller into pumping body. The amplitudes of the disc deflections were as large as 40 ${\mu}m$ at 200 V - 100 Hz condition. As results of experiments, the flow rate and the back pressure increase when the frequency increases. The obtainable maximum flow rate and back pressure are 5.2 ml/min at 95 Hz and 13.14 kPa at 90 Hz respectively.

  • In this thesis discuss with a flexible robotic finger design and controller which is used for the micro flexible robotic finger. So, miniaturization, precision, controller for the control of grasping force and actuator were needed. And, even if we develop a new actuator and controller, in order to use on real system, we must considerate of a many side problem. In a force control of micro flexible finger for grasping an object, the fingertip's vibration was more important task of accuracy control. And, controller were adopt the PD/PI mixed type fuzzy controller. The controller were consist of two part, one is a PD type fuzzy controller for increase the rising time response, the other is a PI type fuzzy controller for decrease of steady-state error. Especially, in a PD type fuzzy controller, we used only seven rules. And, for a PI controller, we adopt a reset factor for the control of input values. so, we have overcome the exceed of controller's input range. For the estimate of ontroller's utility and usefulness, we have experiment and computer simulation of three cases. First, we consider of unit force grasping control for a task object, which is 0.03N. Second, bounding grasping force control which is add to a sinusoidal force on the unit force. At this cases the task force is (0.03+0.01 sin wt N). And consider of following of rectangular forces.

低電力 MCU core의 設計에 對해

  • With the advent of portable electronic systems, power consumption has recently become a major issue in circuit and system design. Furthermore, the sophisticated fabrication technology makes it possible to embed more functions and features in a VLSI chip, consequently calling for both higher performance and lower power to deal with the ever growing complexity of system algorithms than in the past. VLSI designers should cope with two conflicting constraints, high performance and low power, offering an optimum trade off of these constraints to meet requirements of system. Historically, VLSI designers have focused on performance improvement, and power dissipation was not a design criteria but an afterthought. This design paradigm should be changed, as power is emerging as the most critical design constraint. In VLSI design, low power design can be accomplished through many ways, for instance, process, circuit/logic design, architectural design, and etc.. In this paper, a few low power design examples, which have been used in 8 bit micro-controller core, and can be used also in 4/16/32 bit micro-controller cores, are presented in the areas of circuit, logic and architectural design. We first propose a low power guidelines for micro-controller design in SAMSUNG, and more detailed design examples are followed applying 4 specific design guidelines. The 1st example shows the power reduction through reduction of number of state clocks per instruction. The 2nd example realized the power reduction by applying RISC(Reduced Instruction Set Computer) concept. The 3rd example is to optimize the algorithm for ALU(Arithmetic Logic Unit) to lower the power consumption, Lastly, circuit cells designed for low power are described.

  • In this paper, presented is a feedback control loop, for an in-plane gimbaled micro gyroscope based on methodology and state weighted model reduction technique. The micro gyroscope is the basic inertial sensors. To improve the performances such as stability, wide dynamic range, bandwidth and especially robustness, it is necessary to design a feedback control loop, which must be robust, because the manufacturing process errors can be large.   • This paper resents digital controller of emergency power generator system. The controller offers an integrated alternative for Genset control, metering and remote monitoring. Proposed controller used 80c196kc one chip microprocessor for digital control, it measures parameters of generator and provides output signals to control starting and stopping of generator. Additionally protection and alarm functions are considered to system stability. As almost parts of controller are embedded by digital microprocessor and FPGA techniques, the controller has a more flexible feature and an improvement of precision. The developed system has a big merit economically and is suitable for any kW size generator.

  • 본 논문에서는 RTOS과 항공기의 3차원 충돌회피 알고리즘을 세 개의 MCU에 적용하여 각 MCU의 성능을 비교하였다. MCU는 많이 사용되는 Microchip Technology사의 ATmega2560과 STM사의 ARM Cortex-M3, ARM Cortex-M4를 선정하였으며, RTOS는 공개되어 있는 FreeRTOS 를 사용하였다. 성능을 확인하기 위해 적용된 3차원 충돌회피 알고리즘은 수직회피와 수평회피를 통합한 알고리즘이며 C++로 구현하였다. MCU의 성능은 각 MCU의 사용 메모리와 계산 시간을 측정하여 비교하였다. 비교 결과 세 MCU 중, 계산 시간은 ARM Cortex-M4가 빨랐으며, ATmega2560이 적은 메모리를 사용하였다.

  • A transmitter (TX) leakage cancellation scheme using a Micro Controller Unit (MCU) is introduced. This paper highlights an adaptive anti-leakage signal generation via an MCU, which plays the key role in reducing the TX leakage signal level. High transmitter-to-receiver (TX-to-RX) isolation is verified with measurement results.
