The purpose of the research is to suggest the method to maximize management achievement of the sheltered workshops with analyzing the factors of organizational competencies which affect the business performance. The study was proceeded after suggesting the research model based on discussion on the business performance of Malcolm Baldrige (1987) model which assessed as the most optimized one for evaluation of the business performance of enterprise. First, the organizational competence of the sheltered workshop impact on commercial performance and noncommercial performance meaningfully. The commercial performance affects marketing competence, administrative competence, financial competence in order of mention, and noncommercial performance affects workshop cultural competence, financial competence, leader competence, human resources competence in order of mention. Second, the organizational competence of the sheltered workshop affects comprehensive business performance including commercial and noncommercial, in order of marketing competence, workshop cultural competence, financial competence, and human resource competence.

The population of adult patients with congenital heart disease(CHD) has increased dramatically because of improved survival of infants and children with CHD. There are still a substantial number of adults with unrepaired CHD. Many adult patients do not know the possible problems of their disease such as ventricular dysfunction, arrhythmia, and what they should pay attention to. They often consider themselves "cured" or "healthy" if only they don't have overt symptoms, and visit hospitals only after deterioration of their problems. Some patients are neglected because they cannot be corrected surgically although careful medical support can improve their survival and quality of life. It is, therefore, essential that the patients, their families, and physicians understand the potential problems of CHD and need for regular follow-up. In this paper we will take a brief review for common medical problems of repaired or unrepaired CHD and also mention a few specific diseases which are common in adults.

This paper suggest a methodology for representation of findings which can be called as signs and symptoms. A finding consists of unit signs and unit symptoms, and moreover findings which appear in one individual patient have so many different relationship each other. So, it is nat appropriate to list all of possible findings as medical standard or to fill findings as independent things in paper for medical record. We try to distinguish finding item from finding list, and suggest the methodology by which we can make finding list from finding items. That is, we suggest finding item[Concept], value types, relationship, logical operator, and syntax as a component of representation. And by using urinary symptom, we make the example for representation methodology. Finally, we mention the background knowledge, brief research process of related area.

In this study, we introduce how to apply "Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to injection molding system. We report the current state of IT technology applied to produce their products in micro lens injection molding system. And we explain key technology of ICT for injection molding system and how to implement. Especially, we also mention about an embedded controller, also called as "M2M device". It provides programmable intelligent functions, communication, various interfaces, amplifier functions and mobile device connection to our application.

This study highlights some very important future directions for the revision of language forms in the 2007 Korean English Curriculum, expected to be made public in the summer of 2011. A critical review of the 2007 National English Curriculum shows that language forms exemplified in that curriculum are not well-chosen or well-sequenced from the viewpoint of grammar selection and gradation, and that no mention of structural labels or grammatical terminologies makes it hard for teachers to recognize their formal properties. To fulfill the original purpose that languages should be listed in the curriculum so that functional-notional syllabuses can be complemented by form-focused instruction, the study presents partial inventories of grammatical items with well-chosen and well-sequenced examples. Minimal descriptions are given to these inventories that are based on general notions or well-known grammatical notions. Occasional suggestions are also made for which language forms should be taught in which schools.

The problem of the crack which occures from the reinforced concrete structure could be caused by the complexed factors. When the crack happen, it caused fatal blemish to manage and maintain the structure such as structural problem, licking, spalling, viewing Even though they study and work hard to solve this kind of problem in the world, there are no countermeasure for perfect prevention of crack. After the crack checked out, a method of repair-reinforcement has been studied and operated actively, Generally, occurance of the crack in the concrete structure could be taken as granted, no need to mention the damage from the crack, domestic construction try to hide it rather than repair basically, In many cases the construction amount for repairing the crack has to be made in the construction area and the amount is very expensive. To save the repaing fee, companys repair it under the meeting of their desire. it can be expected for the effection of the construction. For this reason, we compare a new injection method to solve the demerits of the present method, to save and use the merit of the present method.

Because the leg mechanism of walking roblt affect on the mobility and energy efficiency, we focus on the design of new leg mechanism based on the previous leg mechanisms. We mention the deficiency of the previous leg mechanisms and propose a new leg mechanism that consists of a 2-d.o.f pantograph mechanism and a vertical linear actuator. The pantograph mechanism is attached to the horizontal plane of the body and the verical linear actuator is vertical to that plane. In order to design a quadruped walking robot, we consider the kinematics of the 2-d.o.f pantograph mechanism and the arrangement of twol linear motion guides that drive the pantograph mechanism.

In order to develop smart grid communications infrastructure, a high level of interconnectivity and reliability among its nodes is required. Sensors, advanced metering devices, electrical appliances, and monitoring devices, just to mention a few, will be highly interconnected allowing for the seamless flow of data. Reliability and security in this flow of data between nodes is crucial due to the low latency and cyber-attacks resilience requirements of the Smart Grid. In particular, Artificial Intelligence techniques such as Fuzzy Logic, Bayesian Inference, Neural Networks, and other methods can be employed to enhance the security gaps in conventional IDSs. A distributed FPGA-based network with adaptive and cooperative capabilities can be used to study several security and communication aspects of the smart grid infrastructure both from the attackers and defensive point of view. In this paper, the vital issue of security in the smart grid is discussed, along with a possible approach to achieve this by employing FPGA based Radial Basis Function (RBF) network intrusion.

This paper estimate and analyze the economic effect of the port industries as well its production inducement coefficient, effect ratio and response ratio using above-mention input-output analysis. The results of analysis is that the production inducement effects and the forward and backward linkage effects of port industries sectors are evaluated low evaluations. This results is not the port industry doesn't have low effects and low contributions to Korea economy, port industries are more used in the field of export and import sectors than domestic demand and supply sectors. Accordingly, the import inducement coefficients of shipping industry is most high among the 404 detailed sectors.

In this paper, we describe H. Hopf's life and works from the historical point of view. We have a very brief mention of history and results prior to Hopf. He raised the question of the topological implications of the sign of curvature. We discuss his contributions in the field of Riemannian geometry.
