This study examined the influence and meaning of SNS as the hot topic of our time from the archival perspective and also studied the 'SNS records management'. The many users mean a high accessibility and utilization of SNS, which increase the influence and value of SNS as a record. Politically, SNS is a tool that strengthens the communication among the voters, politicians and the public while economically, it is a window to accept the complaints of the customers and a marketing tool. In addition, the voices of social minorities are also recorded unlike in the traditional media, which makes the SNS record a method to gain the social variety and diversity. SNS is a place of formation of collective memory and collective memory itself. Furthermore, it can play the role of public sphere. It also is a place for generation of 'big data' in an archival sense. In addition, this study has classified the SNS records management into primary and secondary management that include record management entities, subjects, periods, methods, and causes. This study analyzed the history, status, and the meaning of SNS to assess the values and meanings as the preliminary study for the future SNS record management studies.
The purpose of this study is to trace the formation process of "parallel provenance" concept in the context of Australia's aboriginal community archives development and draw its implications for contemporary rebuilding of domestic "past affairs-related committee archives". Focused on historical development of aboriginal community archives in Australia, this writing divides its development into three periods: colonial archives, post-colonial archives, and contemporary archives and investigates each period's distinct features in managing and building of aboriginal community archives. First of all, for colonial archives, it pays attention to Australia's archival tradition, which focused on current record-keeping and then development of multiple provenance resulted from this tradition. Second, for post-colonial archives, it examines the appearance of aboriginal people as the subject of documentation category and name indexing on them. Finally, for contemporary archives, it analyzes current activities of Australia's academic world of archival science for overcoming "the otherness" of aboriginal people through conceptualization of "parallel provenance". Conclusively, through current meaning of parallel provenance, this study draws implications for democratic contemporary rebuilding of domestic past affairs-related committee archives, in which historical victims become the subject of archives.

Machine translation (MT) system, especially Korean-Mongolian MT system, has recently attracted much attention due to its necessary for the globalization generation. Korean and Mongolian have the same sentence structure SOV and the arbitrarily changing of their words order does not change the meaning of sentences due to postpositional particles. The particles that are attached behind words to indicate their grammatical relationship to the clause or make them more specific in meaning. Hence, the particles play an important role in the translation between Korean and Mongolian. However, one Korean particle can be translated into several Mongolian particles. This is a major issue of the Korean-Mongolian MT systems. In this paper, to address this issue, we propose a method to use the combination of UTagger and a Korean-Mongolian particles table. UTagger is a system that can analyze morphologies, tag POS, and disambiguate homographs for Korean texts. The Korean-Mongolian particles table was manually constructed for matching Korean particles with those of Mongolian. The experiment on the test set extracted from the National Institute of Korean Language's Korean-Mongolian Learner's Dictionary shows that our method achieved the accuracy of 88.38% and it improved the result of using only UTagger by 41.48%.
The purpose of this study is to review the practicality of Christian education for sustainable development in a rapidly changing world. The first part of this study identify the concept, meaning, and direction of implementation of "Sustainable Development," which has been studied and published around UNESCO since the early 1980s, and present practical strategies for the sustainable development of Christian education. This study chronologically selected five major reports published by UNESCO--"Our Common Future"(1987), "Agenda 21"(1992), "UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development 2005-2014"(2002), "Roadmap for Implementing the Global Action Programme for Education for Sustainable Development 2015-2019"(2014) and "Education for Sustainable Development 2030"(2020)--and examined the concept and meaning of "Sustainable Development"(SD). At the same time, in relation to "Education for Sustainable Development"(ESD), the occurrence, change, and implementation method of "Sustainable Development Goals"(SDGs) were examined and presented. This study derived three Christian educational implications necessary to properly establish the next generation of faith, based on a leadership development strategy using the concept of sustainable development, For the sustainability of Christian education, the foundation of education based on the correct biblical interpretation of cultural mandate is first examined, and then the need for curriculum development and class design is proposed using various types of indicators and educational modules. Finally, specific practices for the development of educational leadership to revitalize Christian education are presented through a multi-dimensional approach.

This study aims to find an effective way to present essential science concepts in national science curriculum through international comparisons. Next Generation Science Standard (US), Ontario Science Curriculum (Canada), Australia Science Curriculum, and British/English Science Curriculum were selected for comparison. In science curriculum documents, these countries used terms such as 'Key ideas,' 'Big ideas,' 'Key concepts,' 'Disciplinary core ideas.' and 'Fundamental concepts' to present essential concepts of science. This study reviewed the characteristics of the meaning, the status, and the role of essential concepts country by country. The result shows essential concepts have been used with different meanings and statutes in each case. Furthermore, various roles were performed through essential concepts in order to organize their science curriculum. From these foreign nation's cases, this study proposes several ways to present essential science concepts based on results. First, interdisciplinary integrated concepts were needed to organize an integrated science curriculum. In science curriculum documents of the United States, Canada, Australia and England, two types of terms were used in order to structuralize an integrated science curriculum. Second, essential concepts should include concepts related with function and value as well as scientific knowledge. Third, essential concepts need to be presented in such a way as to show specific contexts. Therefore, selecting appropriate contents and structure are needed to be able to improve the way to present essential concepts in Korea's educational environment.

This paper is the second part of a series of the research about the Teddy boy style which is to examine various fashion changes in subcultural styles in 1900s. The main concern of this research is to investigate the creation and meaning of the Teddy boy style, how it interacted with the elements of class and generation and how the materials needed by the group constructed and appropriated into the visible systematic cultural form of correspondence. The Teddy Boys are the first recognized members of the British youth culture, which is known as the new Edwardian because of their dress. They had created the concept of the "teenagers," which forms the basis of the sense of a "generation" in the 20th century. The Teds set the style that would be used and modified in the following generations. They adopted the Edwardian style of the upper class, and changed it into their own style by modifying it and adding to it some other elements. The Teddy boys style is a special version of the sartorial appropriation encountered in the sphere of the fashion history. It actually began immediately after the war by the upper class youth far from the working class neighborhood. In the late 1953, the elitist aura surrounding the Edwardian suit was suddenly shattered. Within just a few months, the Edwardian suit became a source of social anxiety and the focus of a symbolic battle. Although the Edwardian look had initially went back to the upper class root, it became a symbol of rootlessness. In appropriation of this image, The Teddy boys were also rejecting the sartorial conformism of the English working class with its modest tradition. In this respect, the Teds effected the ascent or fall of the working class in the area of fashion. The Teds dress was not a merely borrowed fashion, but was a bastard fashion in the form of American trends, the Zoot suit. At this time members of the working class possessed only work dress for the week and waist suits for the Sunday outings. Teds broke this pattern, and developed the working class dandyism of wearing clothes simply to show off. The results were that they succeeded in opening the teen market, and popularizing a working class style for the first time in British history. The Teds became the first British street style with ties music, and remain as an symbol of the rising of a new age of values and styles.f values and styles.
In Japan, a country renowned for her traditional respect for handicraft, superior craft techniques have been transmitted from generation to generation. Modern Japanese textiles reinterprete these traditional techniques in a new light and combine them with modern technology, to make modern Japanese industrial textile both futuristic and traditional simultaneously. This combining of new technology and handicraft serves as a reservoir for a remarkable diversity and originality in the development of new technology and design, and constitutes an important trend in modern industrial textiles. The aim of this study is to investigate the developmental background of Japanese textile industry that championed this trend to make the Japanese development unique in modern textile industries and to consider the concept of modern textiles as well as the structural innovation as represented by this new trend, thus contributing to the development of creative textiles for the present and the future. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. The combining of new technology and traditional handicraft: 1) was made possible by Japanese consciousness that values traditional culture and by early recognition of advanced textile industry, which awarded new meaning and value to the traditional handicraft leading to an expanded social role for textiles. 2) helped construct a modern concept of textiles by pursuing textile media that are state-of-the-art, aesthetic, and highly sensitive to satisfy the requirements of modern industrial textile such as high quality, high performance, and high sensitivity. 3) enabled new design ideas and creation of new styles by implementing structural innovation in industrial textiles that involved diversification of expression, diversity in materials, and emphasis on texture. In short, by combining new technology and traditional handicraft, Japan came up with a new sense of aesthetics that is highly original and high level and with which the rest of the world can easily sympathize, thereby presenting one of the most important guiding principles for future textiles.

Local culture is a cultural heritage that has come down from generation to generation in the natural environment of a region. It includes history, tradition, natural features, art, and historic relics. The Academy of Korean Studies has complied "The Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture" using those local culture contents. Local culture content shave the features of documentary, such as authenticating the source, and managing hierarchy structure. Thus, to deal with local culture contents, a "circular knowledge information management system" is sought for that helps basic, fragmentary, and high-level information to circulate to create new knowledge information within the system. A user of this circular knowledge information management system is able not only to collect data directly in it, but also to fetch data from other database. Besides, processing the collected data helps to create new knowledge information. But, it's very difficult to sustain the features of the original hierarchy bearing meaning contained in the various kinds of local culture contents when building a new database. Moreover, this kind of work needs many times of correction over a long period of time. Therefore, a system in which compilation, correction, and service can be done simultaneously is needed. Therefore, in this study, focusing on the case of "The Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture", I propose a XML-based digital compilation management system that can express hierarchy information and sustain the semantic features of the local culture contents containing lots of ancient documents, and introduce the expanded functions developed to manage contents in the system.

To become a person that is suitable to the 'High-Touch' generation where emotion takes over, we can focus on 6 skill including design, story, harmony, empathy, play, and meaning. Among these skills, harmony with design was chosen as the most important skill. Design can be seen as the basic element of all business, but it will be difficult to match the flow of the future Sensibility and intuitive generation with just the modern design that has been made based on reasonable and objective information and knowledge. This study suggests system and standardization of Sensibility surface processing design that satisfies great quality, attractive quality and Sensibility quality by applying surface processing design of product and Sensibility cognitive factors felt by the consumer by setting differentiated strategy and CMF (Color, Material, Finishing) understanding along with the importance of design materials in primary aspect. By considering the efficacy/characteristic of new surface processing characteristic/differentiation/possibility of implementation according to setting direction of differentiated CMF strategy per type of parts applied to the product, visual surface processing sample was implemented. Through this, it is expected that practical communication connected tool and Sensibility surface processing design's strategic access framework can be applied by understanding and sharing comprehensive elements such as target product, part type, applied material, applied surface processing, surface color, surface texture, and implementing feeling to environments such as designers, CMF designers, surface processing experts, and engineers in IT, electronics, and other areas. when developing a product.

And then we came to get a few conclusions as follows. 1. Dai meridian starts below the hypochondriac region. Running obliquely downward, it runs transversely around the waist like a belt. Its function is to bind up all the meridians to circulate in a proper way. 2. The coalescent points of dai meridian are $D\grave{a}im\grave{a}i$(帶脈), $W\check{u}sh\bar{u}$(五樞) and $W\acute{e}id\grave{a}o$(維道). 3. Location of $D\grave{a}im\grave{a}i$(帶脈) is on the lateral side of the abdomen, 1.8 cun below $Zh\bar{a}ngm\grave{e}n$(章門), at the crossing point of vertical line through the free end of the 11th rib and a horizontal line through the umbilicus. Location of $W\check{u}sh\bar{u}$(五樞) is on the lateral side of the abdomen, anterior to the anterosuperior iliac spine, 3 cun below the level of the umbilicus.
