블랭킹 금형의 펀치 전단 각 변화에 따른 변형 특성 연구 (A Study on the Deformation Characteristics of Blanking Mold by the Change of Punch Shear Angle)

  • Blanking processing is one of the shear processing method in which the cut part becomes a product and piercing processing is a press molding process in which the cut part is discarded as a scrap. The shear angle of the punch used for blanking is determined by conditions such as the characteristics of the shear material, shear thickness and shear length. The shear angle of a punch is an important factor in determining the size of the shear load, the life of the shear punch, the deformation of the shear product and the quality of burrs In this study, blanking punches applied with four types of shear angles (i.e., 0°, 0°23", 0°46", 0°69") to the blanking punches of bracket products used in practical work were manufactured and tested. In the blanking experiment, the remaining variables except for the shear angle were the same. Experiments show that the product has the least amount of deformation in blanking punches with a shear angle equal to the material thickness, i.e., 0°46"..

Effects of Main Shaft Velocity on Turbidity and Quality of White Rice in a Rice Processing System

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze turbidity and quality characteristics of white rice as a function of main shaft blast velocity and to verify the optimum processing conditions in the cutting type white rice processing system (CTWRPS). Methods: Sindongjin, one of the rice varieties, which used to be produced in Gimje-si, Jeollabuk-do, in 2015, was used as the experimental material. Turbidity and quality characteristics of white rice were measured at three different main shaft blast velocities: 25, 30, and 35 m/s. The amount of test material used for a single experiment was 20 kg, and after processing, whiteness was found to be $42.5{\pm}0.5$, following which, turbidity and quality characteristics were measured. Results: Turbidity decreased with increase in the shaft blast velocity, and as a result, was lowest at 35 m/s of shaft blast velocity among all the other experiment velocities. The trend of cracked rice ratios was similar to the turbidity. Broken rice ratio turned out to be less than 2.0% in all the test conditions. In the first stage of processing, the processing pressure decreased as the main shaft blast velocity increased. Additionally, in the second stage of processing, the processing pressure was at its lowest value at the main shaft blast velocity of 35 m/s. Energy consumption, too, decreased as the main shaft blast velocity was increased. Conclusions: From the above results, it is concluded that the main shaft blast velocity of 35 m/s is best for reducing turbidity and producing high quality rice in a CTWRPS.

  • In this paper, finite element prediction of deformation of material due to springback after material removal by an axisymmetric forging fabrication at room temperature is conducted. An elastoplastic finite element method is employed considering die plastic deformation. The predictions of a springback analysis conducted after the final stroke of an axisymmetric cold forging process containing residual stresses are utilized to be mapped onto the final material after the material removal. It is assumed that material removal occurs at an instant, i.e., all the material to be removed disappears at once. The predictions are compared with experiments, revealing strong qualitative agreement.

  • It was analyzed and experimented on the change of the material thickness according to the size of the "R" of the punch and die corners using the material of SCP-1 0.25mm As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. Tensile strength analysis and safety analysis of materials are very important process for each process in strip layout, and Through this, the Influx of material and the deformation of the material were found. As a result of safety analysis and tensile thickness analysis, when the corner R of the punch was 0.3 mm and the edge R of the die was 1.0 mm The inflow of the material was not smooth, and the thickness of the corner part became 0.2 mm, causing cracks. when the corner R of the punch was 0.5 mm and the edge R of the die was 1.5 mm The inflow of the material was smooth, The thickness of the corners of the product is 0.21mm and It was considered that cracks do not occur when the thickness of the bottom surface and the body part becomes thin. The results obtained by applying the results obtained from the analysis, In Experimental Condition 1, a crack occurred in the same part of the analysis In Experimental Condition 2, the flow of the material was smooth and the drawing processing could be performed without generating cracks.

CFRTP 소재 가공을 위한 초음파 나이프 적용 가능성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the applicability of ultrasonic knife for processing CFRTP materials)

  • In this study, an experiment was conducted to confirm the applicability of the external shape control of the ultrasonic knife to the CFRTP material, which is the base material of thermoplastic. TC910 based on polyamide6 (PA6) was used as the material. The slope 와 and tool transfer speed of the material and tool were selected as process factors for processing, and the following results were obtained. Under all cutting conditions using an ultrasonic knife, friction heat caused by high-frequency vibration was issued at 150℃ at the contact part between the material and the knife during cutting. As a result of the cutting force analysis, the faster the transfer speed, the higher the cutting force as the angle of entry of the blade increased, and the size of the cutting force changed during cutting. As for the size of the burr in accordance with the transfer speed condition, the smallest burr occurred at 150mm/min in the side part, and the smallest burr occurred at 150mm/min and 200mm/min in the case of the outlet burr. The size of the burr according to the entry angle tended to decrease as the tool entry angle increased, and the side part tended to increase as the tool entry angle increased. As a result of the cutting surface analysis, it was confirmed that the base material was eluted under all conditions, and the faster the transfer speed, the lower the elution phenomenon of the base material. Based on the above results, cutting the CFRTP material with an ultrasonic knife is possible, but the effect on heat generation caused by friction needs to be minimized, and further research needs to be conducted on this.

생약 열수추출물의 근력향상 효능 평가 (Evaluation on the Muscular Strength Activity of Medicinal Herb Hot-Water Extracts)

  • 생약 열수추출물의 근력 향상 효능을 평가하기 위하여 근력 측정 및 혈액의 피로요소를 분석한 결과 간 글리코겐 함량은 모든 식이군들이 대조군에 비하여 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 특히 맥문동, 오미자, 오가피, 함초 식이군의 경우 높은 글리코겐 함량을 나타내었다. 4주간 측정한 근력 향상효능은 오가피, 함초, 홍삼 열수추출물 섭취군의 경우 다른 열수추출물 섭취군에 비하여 높은 근력 향상 효과를 보여주었다. 무기인산은 맥문동, 오미자, 오가피, 두충, 구기자, 홍삼 열수추출물 섭취군의 경우 대조군에 비하여 낮은 수준을 나타내었다. 젖산 함량은 모든 생약재 열수추출물 식이군에서 대조군과 비교하여 낮은 함량을 나타내어 생약 열수 추출물을 이용한 근력 향상용 기능성 식품의 개발 가능성을 보여주었다.

  • In Korea, food material industry encounters the emerging market which results from the growth of food service industry and food processing industry. Food material suppliers think that the total sales in Korean market may be around 20 trillion won. However, very small numbers of studies about Korean food material industry have been conducted. This paper analyzes the current status of food material industry and the market structure in Korea, and presents several suggestions for the development of Korean food material industry as following: building up the function of fresh-cut in production area, improving market structure, settling down the cold-chain system, enforcing the certification program for food safety.

  • 천연자원 및 물질순환은 자원채광, 운반, 처리, 활용, 회수 및 폐기 등과 관련된 모든 인간의 활동을 포함한다. 지속가능한 물질 관리는 물질순환을 통해 경제적 매개체에 맞추어진 통합된 정책수단이며 경제적으로 효율적이고 환경적으로 효과적인 물질의 사용을 위한 것이다. 산업광물, 금속광물 및 화석연료의 물질흐름은 회수, 처리, 소비 및 최종 폐기와 관련된 환경적 압력 때문에 지금껏 환경정책의 주된 영역이었다. OECD의 물질흐름분석연구는 회원국의 경제운용에서 물질자원의 중요성에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혀 국가별국가간 천연자원 및 물질흐름에 대한 정량적이고 분석적인 지식기반을 증진하는 것이다. 현재 EU에서는 물질흐름계정이 몇몇 회원국에서 공식통계로 활용되고 있다. 주로 물질흐름분석은 물질흐름계정으로부터 정보를 활용하여 물질사용의 효율성을 평가하는 가치화기법으로서 기존의 경제모니터링시스템에서 파악되지 않는 천연자원 등의 폐기를 인지하는데 활용된다. 물질흐름분석에서 자원사용과 효율성은 장기간의 지속가능성 및 환경정책을 위한 중요한 주제로 떠오르고 있는 것이다.
