Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of predictive factors related to family strength and develop a structural equation model that explains family strength among married working women. Methods: A hypothesized model was developed based on literature reviews and predictors of family strength by Yoo. This constructed model was built of an eight pathway form. Two exogenous variables included in this model were ego-resilience and family support. Three endogenous variables included in this model were functional couple communication, family stress and family strength. Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire from 319 married working women who were 30~40 of age and lived in cities of Chungnam province in Korea. Data were analyzed with PASW/WIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. Results: Family support had a positive direct, indirect and total effect on family strength. Family stress had a negative direct, indirect and total effect on family strength. Functional couple communication had a positive direct and total effect on family strength. These predictive variables of family strength explained 61.8% of model. Conclusion: The results of the study show a structural equation model for family strength of married working women and that predicting factors for family strength are family support, family stress, and functional couple communication. To improve family strength of married working women, the results of this study suggest nursing access and mediative programs to improve family support and functional couple communication, and reduce family stress.

From the health center 106 brides who participate the program and 130 brides who didn't participate. Health care program for newly married couple were composed health examinations and health educations. Health examinations were CBC, LFT and Ag & Ab prevallence rates of hepatitis B, rubella. The second individual health education was done for explanation of blood examination results, prevention of the congenital deformity and the vertical transmission of hepatitis B, management for pregnancy, breast feeding method, introduction to safety delivery method and encouraging self-study using by materials made by health center after two weeks at revisiting health center. SPSS/PC(ver. 12.0) and $X^2$-test, t-test was used to analyze the collected and tabulated data. Socio-demographic characteristics and regional characteristics of residence area of two groups shows no significant difference. Result: As a variables of experimental effect. The natural childbirth rates of participants group was significantly higher than Non-participants group(p=.012). Breast feeding rates for participants group was also statistically significant higher than Non-participants group. Contraception rates showed no significant difference. The rubella vaccination rates (p=.001) and The hepatitis B vaccination rates (p=.012) shows statistical differences. Conclusion: Therefore health care program for newly married couple in a community health care center was effective generally. We supposed that explore participation ways for nonparticipants, expand the program to community health care center in whole country.
Objective: This study explored benefits of a relationship-focused intervention to enhance marriage communication designed for multicultural married couples and changes that occurred in the way the program's participants communicated with one another. Method: The intervention program was implemented on six married multicultural couples (and six other couples as a control group), and their communication, conflict resolution, and adaptation before and after the intervention were examined. In addition, the researchers kept observation journals to understand the changes in the manner in which the married multicultural couples communicated with their spouse and examine their perception about participating in the program; further, we conducted post-program interviews with the participants after the completion of the program. Results: The results of this study are as follows: (1) the experiment group made more progress in improving couple communication, resolving marriage conflicts, and adapting as a married couple than the control group in a statistically significant manner in both preand post-program tests, and (2) the study confirmed through qualitative analysis that the program made positive contributions to improving the couples' abilities to have conversations and resolve conflicts, as well as their intimacy. Conclusion: Based on these results, implications for further research and practices were discussed.
Objectives: The aim of this study is to integrate the results of the previous studies from 1900 to 2016 according to the types of dependent variables individually and statistically to obtain the results of the overall level of the marital education program I need to figure it out. In other words, the general and valid study on the overall effectiveness of the marriage education program will lead to more concluded conclusions and draw up an integrated and holistic conclusion about the effectiveness of the marriage education program. Method: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of married couples' education program on married couples' education program. The results of this study are as follows. First, Comprehensive Meta-Analysis. In other words, funnel plot, forest plot, and trim & fill were used to analyze all the variables related to the education of the couple, and homogeneity test After choosing an analytical model for the analysis, we calculated the 'standardized mean difference' effect size (d) that can compare different individual studies through the analytical model. The results of this study are as follows. Results: The purpose of this study was to investigate the overall effect size of domestic couples education programs after 1990, and to investigate the effect sizes of dependent variable types and program - related variables. First, the total effect size of the domestic marriage education program was close to the level of the large effect size and had a substantial and preventive effect. Self-esteem, communication, marital adjustment, emotion, and self control have a substantial and prophylactically significant change depending on the type of subordinate variables related to the marital education program But there was no change in origin family and life satisfaction. In oriental medicine, Psychotherapy has been regarded as a part of physical therapy that seemed inseparable from psychological therapy from old times. The special feature of these Psychotherapies is the unification of body and mind. For them, various oriental therapies have been under progress. This study explored the impact of couple interaction behaviors on the relationship between economic stress and marital instability. The study results showed that economic satisfaction and economic pressure greatly influenced the marital instability of married males and females. However, the interaction behaviors of couples tended to have a stronger impact on marital instability than economic stress. In other words, perceived spouse support and perceived spouse hostility had a significant impact on marital instability, with perceived spouse hostility being the more damaging of the two. The study also showed that there were sender differences regarding the impact of couple interaction behaviors on marital instability and economic stress. For married males, economic satisfaction as well as couple interactions influenced significantly on their marital instability. For females the impact of couple interactions on their marital instability tended to be more salient. Many multiple life insurance products consider benefits that are contingent on the combined survival status of two lives. To value premiums of the insurance products accurately, we need to consider the impact of the survivorship of one life on another. To show a dependence relation between married couple, we calculate correlation coefficients by using married couples data from National Pension Service and the results show some positive dependence between them. Moreover, by analyzing the death after bereavement, we find a evidence that mortality rates increase after the death of a spouse and, in addition, that this phenomenon, the broken-heart syndrome, diminishes over time. The results of this study can support the method to calculate the premium of multiple life insurance reflecting more realistic joint mortality rates.
