감성의류매장에 관한 VMD 연구 (A Study on VMD for Emotional Clothing Shops)

  • Amid a wave of informatization, the world is allowing diverse exchanges and cooperations in the global village to be promoted. And, a change in the life environment and the consumption pattern allows the key word in distribution revolution called 'online' and 'emotion' to be recalled. As the emotion is being positioned as the trend of the new era, this study has its significance in that even the fashion industry desperately requires the emotion marketing aiming at the artistic value and practicality in fashion and the creation in value-added, and requires the development and utilization plan for diverse VMD programs on the rational dress shop, like the successful case of the trendy shop such as America's large bookstore 'Barnes & Noble.' Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to design and suggest the virtually trendy dress shop as one plan of utilizing VMD, by examining about the fashion business environment and about 'emotion trend' according to the consumer purchase needs, and through researching into the cases of the trendy dress shops with the emotion marketing. The virtual trendy dress shop 'Muse,' which was proposed as its research result, was designed with having the main concept as urban naturalism, which points to the urban and sophisticated coordination, and to the simple personality and rational value, as one method of utilizing VMD in the differentiated dress shop. And, it is desired to be performed the researches on the development and the utilization plan for diverse VMD programs in the dress shop down the road.

  • Even though we usually analyze logistic market based on confined railway logistics, but this study would like to judge what is potential demand transferable to railway goods through accurate analysis of railway sharing rates by the analysis of origin and destination of each item in total freight transportation market. Accordingly, by analyzing each items transferable to railway, excluding items stuck to original market, this study wants to choose some major items which are expected to lasting demand and activate railway logistics plan by focusing on major items for marketing strategy.

  • 최근 대형 선사들은 규모의 경제의 실현을 위하여 선박의 대형화가 이루어지고 있고, 그에 따른 비용 절감을 위해 기항지를 축소하고 있다. 이와 같은 세계해운환경변화로 인해 각 항만들은 치열한 경쟁에서 항만경쟁력을 강화하고자 다양한 마케팅 활동 등으로 변화를 꾀하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 항만마케팅의 중요성이 부각되면서 항만마케팅에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어졌으나, 관련 선행연구를 살펴보면 마케팅 믹스전략인 4Ps 중에서 제품(Products), 가격(Price), 촉진(Promotion)을 중요시 한데 반해, Place의 전략에 관한 사항을 다소 배제한 것을 알 수 있다. 그러나 부산항의 우선적인 이점은 지리적 이적임을 감안하였을 때, Place 전략이 우선시 될 필요가 있음을 인지하고, Place 마케팅 전략에 대한 방한을 고찰하고자 한다.

The Influence of the Experiential Marketing Factors of Restaurant on the Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty : Focused on Restaurants in Complex Shopping Mall

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and test a model that explains the effect of experiential marketing factors on: 1) brand image, 2) satisfaction, and 3) loyalty in context of restaurants located in complex shopping mall. In addition, the study clarified how these variables relate to each other. Survey were distributed to customers who have visiting experience(s) in a restaurants in complex shopping mall. Total 360 participants were distributed and 344 questionnaires were used for analysing. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling(SEM) have been employed research methods for frequency analysis, reliability analysis and measurement model validation. The findings of this study identified that relation factor of experiential marketing elements was only significant factor on brand image Furthermore, sense and recognition were critical components of customer satisfaction. Last, present study also identified the significant relationship between satisfaction and customer loyalty. These findings may contribute to provide valuable marketing strategic for this business segmentation, and it can be utilized as a fundamental study to establish an efficient business plan to increase revenue especially for restaurant business located in complex shopping mall.

  • Purpose: Visual communication is the act of using elements and components that can be seen. Some of the elements include images, illustrations, drawings, and videos. The purpose of this research is to check if there is the meaningful role of visual communication for emotional marketing plan. Research design, data and methodology: The present author firstly tried to obtain prior knowledge based on numerous previous literature through qualitative content method, investigating and searching related topic in 'Scopus' and 'Google Scholar' which is one of the most famous database. This methodology has already been proved the credibility and conformability by prior researchers. Results: The current study looks at four basic aspects that will assist in analyzing the findings and results from different peer-review articles. The section will cover social media, videos, podcasts, and ads. Conclusions: Several studies also affirmed that increased use of the internet and internet for marketing causes psychological issues among adolescents. Only adults should view some of the marketing ads, but if they pop into an adolescent browser, it may cause some harmful effects. Therefore, the study concluded that moderation of online visual adverts should be done to ensure only the targeted customers view the advert.

제주도 특급관광호텔의 객실부 평면구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Plan Composition of Guest Room Area of the Luxury Resort Hotels in Jeiu-Do)

  • A guest room section is the most important part of the hotel design. It contributes not only to the marketing but also to the effective distribution of the floor plan. This study is to provide the trends of the plan type of the guest rooms at the luxury resort hotels in Jeju-do through analyzing the typical floor plan type and surveying the area distribution of the guest room section. The purpose of the study is to provide the basic materials for the improvement of the quality of hotel guest rooms in Jeju-do, which is emerging as the international tourism destination of 21C. Here, we make the 13 luxury resort hotels in Jeju-do an subject of the study. They are divided into three grades by the size, quality, and the service.

  • This study can realize customer satisfaction by planning in the advance and progresses event to business relation employee and event host and event participation customer of banquet event and mutually between in preparation checking process understand and I wished to explain that revisit is high. Specially, customer discovered that they are more satisfied to enfilade circle when banquet event preparation, progress recognized higher quality of service by plan. Furthermore, was expose that customer satisfaction for enfilade won improves relation quality because constructs trust about enfilade circle and banquet event, and customer loyalty degree to banquet hall. These study finding is presenting suggestion point of inside marketing that can affect to Saengjone of tissue because enfilade circle satisfaction can influence in customer possession in view of plan checking for enfilade won. Therefore, studied relation that exert effect that customers who use banquet event in this study are some in contents and customer satisfaction of plan, customer revisit that is late.

  • After the IMF shock, some major construction companies in Korea have been motivated to avoid and mitigate various risk factors which could be critical and catastrophic events to corporate revenue and organization internally or externally. It means that they are trying to introduce and set up a risk management plan and system suitable to their organization and culture. L construction co. ltd. is one of major construction companies that have been searching methodologies or technologies to manage various risk factors surrounding corporate marketing and project operation. This paper presents an unique approach to develop a model of risk management plan and system suitable to L construction itself focused on the construction phase.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기능성화장품을 취급하고 있는 개국 약사들을 대상으로 기능성화장품에 대한 인식, 취급실태, 중요성과 만족도를 조사하고 이를 토대로 약국에서 기능성화장품의 마케팅 활성화방안을 마련하는데 있다. 설문조사결과 약사들의 기능성 화장품에 대한 인식은 아직 저조한 편으로 전문지식을 제고할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 약국에서 기능성화장품의 마케팅을 활성화하기 위해서는 기능성화장품의 정의 확대, 기능성화장품 심사제도 개선, 다양한 약국 전문 기능성화장품 개발 및 유통, 약사의 전문성 제고를 위한 교육 실시, 기업의 적극적 홍보 및 소비자 네트워크 중시, 의약 공동협력 마케팅 추진, 건강보조식품과 기능성화장품의 연계마케팅, 약국 공간 확보 및 전문적 디스플레이, 제품에 대한 전문적 상담과 적극적 자세 등이 필요하다. 본 연구는 의약분업과 같은 약국환경변화에 따라 약국의 경영개선을 위한 방안으로서 기능성화장품의 마케팅 강화 필요성과 구체적인 방안을 설문조사결과를 통해 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과는 개국 약사들의 기능성화장품에 대한 판매 전략과 기능성화장품제조 및 유통기업의 기능성화장품에 대한 교육 및 유통전략에 기초를 제공하는데 커다란 도움이 되리라 본다.

  • Recently, Radon has been gotten attention for problems of Nuclear Generating Station and a variety of nuclear. It is naturally arises that is accumulated in the interior through the soil with radioactive materials. People exposed to indoor a Radon increase the high risks of lung cancer. The data are consisted of regional Country, The Location, Average Radon pCi/L, Geo Mean and Geo S.D etc. The research is experimented using E-M algorithm. The research result appears to make a division of soil distance, regional and cluster. It requires in effort to minimize exposure to people who live in areas with high radon levels. A country must apprise to people about Radon risk and needs to work out measures plan.
