Exploratory study on Structural Causal Relation of Market Orientation, Learning Orientation, and Organizational Performance in Social Welfare Organizations : Focused on Voucher Program Organizations (사회복지조직의 시장 지향성, 학습지향성, 조직성과의 구조적 인과관계 탐색 연구 : 바우처 사업을 수행하고 있는 조직을 중심으로)

  • In this paper, I tried to analyze objectively the structural relation among market directivity, study directivity, and achievement of organization which are intended to equip competitive power of social welfare organization on the social service market centrally formed by the voucher business. Data collection objectives is consist of 7 metropolitan cities social welfare organizations, performing voucher businesses of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and data is secured from 203 institutions. Some basic technological statistics and regression analysis employing structural equation was used for analysing data. Analyzed result, the structural relation among market directivity and study directivity and organizational performance is appeared meaningfully according to the fact that goodness of fit coefficients is TLI = .86, CFI = .89, RMSEA = .02. With respect to achievement of organization, market directivity and study directivity are all confirmed as positively influenced. The results of analysis about whether market directivity and study directivity for achievement of organization is direct effect or indirect effect shows that market directivity and study directivity are all influenced both directly to organizational performance, and as parameter. By the results of this research, social welfare organizations performing voucher business are to have practical implication requiring organization learning needed collecting and sharing the relevant information and organizational response toward voucher social service market.

Korean Private Security for the Academic Directivity and Security Industry for the Market Directivity (시큐리티의 학문적 지향성과 시큐리티 산업의 시장 지향성 - 한국 시큐리티의 발전현황을 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to analysis and measure on the private security for the academic directivity and security industry for the market directivity in Korea. For this study we compare and analysis the curriculum of 15 universities in Korea and the papers which were published on "Korean Security Science Review" that is a report in a professional private security. In conclusion, 269 subjects are used as instructional materials in 15 universities, thus 103 subjects for the private security and 60 for the leisure sports and first-aid treatment, 46 for the social science, 30 for the martial arts and shooting, 16 for the secretary affairs, 14 for the foreign languages. Regarding scientistic papers, 45.7% of papers for the private security of all and 14.6% for the public security, 14.6% for the criminal, and 11.6% for the terror etc. But there are any papers for the facilities guard or security in spite of the facilities guard is pivotal role in this field. The facilities guard or security, or maybe house detective, holds 80.5% of the private security market and it is important role in this industry in Korea. Besides, considering development of private security, the security market makeup the body-guard field hold 12.2%, prevention security system by censor hold 4.1%. So, this statistics show that the facilities guard lead practically the private security industry in this field, but there are any subjects for the education and any research for the paper. Thus some modification on the universities curriculum is required, also needs activity research in the facilities guard field for the development private security.

  • This paper deals with directivity forecasting of time series which is useful for futures trading in stock market. Directivity forecasting of time series is to forecast whether a given time series will rise or fall at next observation time point. For directional forecasting, we consider time regression model and ARIMA model. In particular, we study two statistics, intra-model and extra-model deviation and then show usefulness of intra-model deviation.

  • The elevated standard of living and increased interest in health and well-being have caused customers to expect a role. Consumers are more and more interested in food service merchandise development. The purpose of this paper is to perform a discriminant analysis of merchandise development policies based on customer participation strategies. Statistical techniques employed included the reliability analysis and the discriminant analysis. The current thesis is based on the 350-questionnaire-survey conducted from July 1 to July 31, 2008 at five food service companies in Seoul and Gwangju. The data collected for this study was analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validation analysis, factor analysis, and discriminant analysis using the SPSS 12.0 package program. The results of the test of the hypotheses can be summarized as follows: the analysis shows that there is significant difference between the active groups and the passive groups in all the merchandise development related factors, market directivity, and customer satisfaction directivity. Thus, food service management needs to apply customer participation strategies aggressively.

  • The purpose of this study was to establish which factors were considered when fashion companies discussed the intention of employing the internet in various capacities. A total of 228 candidates were surveyed between 17-11-07 and 17-01-08. The collected data was used to conduct various descriptive and comparative analyses. Firstly, environmental factors considered important were internal pressure, external pressure and uncertainty of the market. Organizational factors considered important were support of the chief executive officer, capacity of the organization and future directivity. Profit factors considered important were elevation of the business, customer relationship management, advantage of the internet and reduction of expenses. Prohibitive factors considered important were miscellaneous expenses, secession of the customer, internal opposition of the organization and convertible expenses. Secondly, fashion companies regarded internal pressure, external pressure, support of the chief executive officer, capacity of the organization, future directivity, elevation of the business, customer relationship management, advantage of the internet and miscellaneous expenses as important when discussing the introduction of the internet.

  • The purpose of this research is to bring supportive ways to reinforce the market competitiveness of fusion industry based on the rapidly arising fusion industries considering system improvement and fusion R&D support. The research has proceeded in the order of setup for competitiveness reinforcing way of fusion industry and deduction for competitiveness reinforcing way based on directivity. It classified the fusion industry into introduction, diffusion and development by time, and suggested expert fusion R&D, open type fusion R&D, customized fusion R&D, system improvement of market entrance and supportive way for public purchase as the supportive way. It's purpose is to lead the entrance into the new fusion market, stabilize to settle into the market and create high value products by resolving difficulties for the market entrance of the new fusion products & service, reinforcing the fusion capability and securing the competitive advantage.

  • In this study, market orientation affects the real estate transaction and about the various parameters examined, the real estate transactions, market orientation and intensity of competition in the market upheaval and the impact was seen on the results can be summarized as follows. First, market orientation and about the relationship between real estate transactions were examined. Each variable of customer satisfaction information generation, information dissemination, information was used for the reaction. Among them, the dissemination of information, information about the reaction produces a lot better the customer satisfaction was the result. In other words, the dissemination of information and availability of information to real estate transactions, the more you can improve customer satisfaction. While the information does not appear to be generated as a result of the impact of market orientation when the first phase of the creation of market information and the customer's needs and preferences of current and future information and external factors affecting them to gather information about It is difficult to assess realistically can be seen. Exploring the acceptance forsubscription-based online services

  • The era of "ownership" has gone, and the era of "subscription" has come. While traditional manufacturing and service industries are struggling with the fall of earnings rates, subscription-based businesses are showing high growth rates. Although subscription-based online services (SOS) are rapidly growing in the retail market, few studies have investigated factors that affect the decision of consumers to use SOS. Therefore, this study aims to identify factors that enable predicting consumers'attitudes and intentions toward SOS and to empirically verify the factors. As a result of the study, usefulness, enjoyment, and cost advantages were shown to have positive effectson perceived value, and usefulness, technicality, and cost advantages were shown to have positive effects on attitudes. In addition, perceived value was shown to have positive effects on attitude, and perceived value and attitudes were shown to have positive effects on acceptance intentions. The fact that the strategic directivity for successful introduction and diffusion of SOS was presented by identifying the predictor variables for the acceptance of SOS through this study can be said to be the significance of this study.

A Grounded theory Analysys of the Successful Process : Consumer perspective of Entrepreneurial (창업소비자의 관점에서 본 창업 성공과정에 대한 근거이론적 분석)

  • The purpose of the study was to qualitatively analyze how entrepreneurs would succeed in business from the consumer perspective of entrepreneurial. In particularly, this study understood what has made the entrepreneurs do their own business, learning contextual and mediating conditions. In order to achieve the research goals, the study conducted in-depth interviews to a total of 11 entrepreneurs and based on data from the interviews, carried out a grounded theory analysis. According to the results, the successful entrepreneurship process paradigm model from the consumer perspective of entrepreneurial was observed with some central phenomenon, 'change of course', via casual circumstances as 'self-realization' and 'material value realization.' For the contextual conditions, there found 'anxiety for survival', 'organic motive', 'confidence in a market' and 'relational role element' as well. The interaction strategies consisted of 'internal capability improvement', 'internal and external activity directivity growth' and 'marketability judgement ability.' The mediating conditions were observed to be 'strategic cognition improvement' and 'growing of desire to succeed'. The analysis results reported that there were two different aspects as 'increase of stable dailiness' and 'productivity enlargement'. In terms of the core category, it was 'securing of stable dailiness and competitiveness in the market as well by developing characteristics and abilities of an individual for the life value realization.' Those results confirmed that once pleasure and satisfaction in daily life increase, the confidence of the entrepreneurs improves too, which would encourage them to continue the business.

  • Social dating contents that transformed from online dating service needs understanding about the market status, magnitude, business concept and related area, and its development process. Nowadays the field of dating service had expanded from off-line to on-line, and then started to be changed to social dating services with the development of the highest smart phone penetration rate. Therefore, we investigated about the market, business concept and its functions of social dating application, and then classified the typology of those social dating applications according to feature with utilization rate of user. We had described about its partial deficits and improvements on the social dating application through comparative analysis and business model analysis about successful case. As conclusions, we suggested future strategies of competition and directivity with an improving way about concrete plan for industry development of social dating application.
