  • Inland Container Depot is regarded as an important link in the multimodal transport, contributing to reduce transportation costs, reduce the time saved at the port, with the main function of clearing domestic goods, empty containers and refrigerated containers, super cargo. Inland Container Depot has just used in the South of Vietnam in recent years which are starting in the business. In this paper, i want to research on the potential of dry ports including the development and effective for economic of Vietnam.

  • 북한의 개방을 가속화 시키고, 개방경제 체제로 나가도록 지원하기 위하여는 무엇보다도 해운 항만의 개방이 북한의 대외 개방전략에서 우선되어야 한다고 보여진다. 이를 위해서는 안전한 해상수송로 확보가 우선되어야 하므로 북한의 해운 및 항만의 실태를 살펴보고 안전한 항행여건의 조성을 위한 항로표지를 설치할 수 있는 남북한 협력체계를 구축을 위한 방안을 제안 하고자 한다.

  • For years, Korea, China and Japan have been continuously increasing intra-trade. In addition, by concluding FTA (Free Trade Agreement) among Korea, Japan and China, the trade capacity will be increased. In this way, the increasing trade capacity will induce to change north-east Asian economy. This paper researches which method is more economical and efficient in the aspect of the transportation time and distance, after comparing the existing marine transportation network with new intermodal transportation network considering TKR.

  • 높은 광흡수 계수를$(1{\times}10^5cm^{-1})$ 가지는 CIGS는 Ga의 비율에 따라서 밴드갭을 조절할 수 있다는 장점을 지니고 있다. CIGS의 밴드갭은 Ga의 비율에 따라 $CuInSe_2$(Eg: 1.0 eV)에서 $CuGaSe_2$(Eg: 1.68 eV)까지의 범위에 존재하며, 태양전지에 서 이상적인 fill factor 모양을 가지도록 Ga의 비율을 높게 조성한다. CIGS 흡수층을 제작하는 방법에는 co-evaporator 방식이 가장 널리 사용되며 연구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수평 형태의 hydride vapor transport (HVT)법을 고안하여 CIGS 나노 구조 및 에피성장을 시도하였다. HVT법은 $N_2$ 분위기에서 원료부의 CIGS 혼합물을 HCl과 반응시켜 염화물 기체상태로 변환 후 growth zone까지 이동하여 성장을 하는 방식이다. 성장기판은 c-$Al_2O_3$ 기판과 u-GaN을 사용하였다. 성장 후 field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)과 energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)를 이용하여 관찰하였다.

  • 해상운송행위는 세계시장 단일화에 따라 그 중요성이 커지고 있으며 그와 더불어 해상운송행위를 대상으로 자행되는 해적 및 해상 무장강도, 해상테러범죄가 국제사회의 이슈가 되고있다. 이에 대해 IMO등 국제기구를 중심으로 국제법적으로 규제하려는 움직임이 지속되고 있다. 그러므로 해상운송행위를 저해하는 해적 및 해상무장강도, 해상테러를 해상안전범죄로 규정하고 각각의 개념과 법적 성격을 분석하며, 현재 대응제도의 문제점들을 지적하고 국제법적 규제강화방안을 제시하였다.

  • 선박을 효율적으로 운항하면 화물을 항구까지 더 안전하고 빠르게 운송할 수 있으며, 연료비용을 절감할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 대표적인 항만인 부산항 인근을 통항한 선박의 AIS 데이터를 활용하여 그 패턴을 분석하였다. 선박통항패턴 분석은 그리드 기반의 노드 생성 방식으로 접근하였으며, 이를 통해 최적항로 및 경로 예측 등의 연구로 활용할 수 있다.

  • The study adopted a freezing prevention method of the upper deck which used heating coil, and carried out numerical analysis by using ANSYS 13.0 CFD for design guide of the vessel operating in cold region. It is based on the experimental results of the anti-icing performance tests which were carried at cold room chamber in MOERI. Numerical analysis for the design guide was performed by considering S.S.T. (Shear Stress Transport) turbulent model for flow separation effects and the turbulence which occurred in interfaces of the numerical model in order to express appropriate heat transmission phenomenon. The numerical result shows average temperature of the upper deck surface appeared similarly compared with the indoor chamber test. The design guide for optimum freezing prevention presented through heat transmission capability and interval of the heat coil in various outdoor temperature($10^{\circ}C{\sim}-30^{\circ}C$) and wind speed(1m/s~7m/s).

  • Globalization of production, changing technology in ocean shipping sector, shifting bargaining power from port service provider to port users, changing distribution patterns of the containerization and new implementation for the environment and safety concerns introduced new ways of administration in port sector. In these days, port industries cannot survive alone. Port operation and management has to be proactive to cooperate and integrate with other port operators or other industries. In the 21st century, cooperation in maritime sector is more common than that in the past with several different reasons in a mixture of forms of cooperation. Cooperation among port authorities, port operators, shipping line, inland transport service providers and/or related organizations themselves becomes to exist to overcome the challenges and development of the global transport chain. This paper investigates the concept of port cooperation and the case analysis of the cooperation in the port industry.

글로벌 해운회사의 공컨테이너 재배치 최적화 (Optimizing Empty Container Repositioning at a Global Maritime Company)

  • H maritime company in Korea had a long history of difficulty in obtaining enough empty containers to transport its commodities. Despite efforts to resolve the problem, the repositioning of empty containers between depots was still planned manually, which consumed much worker time. To automate the generation of reposition plans, we developed a planning system to optimize the company's reposition of empty containers between global depots with a linear programming model functioning as a key decision engine in the system. The model determines the route, volume and mode of transportation for repositioning empty containers from depots with surplus containers to those requiring containers, as well as the empty space of ships generated from the unloading or loading of full and empty containers. The system has been in operation in the company's global network since March 2008.

  • Government tries to revise the article 25 in Korea Maritime Transport Act which describes subject of coastal carriage for exported-imported container cargoes. The subject of coastal carriage will be replaced coastal carrier by ocean liner carrier according to the revised article 25. By adopting the revised article, coastal shipping industry will be deteriorated in terms of returns on investment, sales and etc. Even though the revision is inevitable to harmonize the flow of exported-imported container cargo movement, coastal shipping industry should be developed and restructured to get competitive power and to set up an efficient international logistics system. To enhance competitive power of coastal shipping companies successfully, government must realize the importance of coastal shipping, and aid the industry through various methods such as arrangement of law and regulation, indirected financial assistance, decrease of tax rate, etc.
