This study reviews an overview of the current tax support system in Local Tax Law for venture company. And this study provides the directions for developing tax support system in Local Tax Law related policy for the venture company in Korea. The tax authority provides a supporting directions of venture company in three ways: a financing viewpoint, a technical and manpower viewpoint, and the location viewpoint. And the supporting system for venture company is devide into tax support system through tax laws and support system through other law. The requirements of receiving tax supporting for venture company in Local Tax Law are a venture company, a small and medium company, a newly starting firm, and so forth. To mitigate the restriction imposed by the current tax law on venture company encourage venture activities in Korea.

The cooperation between universities and IT industry in producing IT manpower of quality is urgently called for to create the effective labor pool of supply and finally balance its supply and demand. Korean Government launched a program where industrial demand-driven curriculums are developed and applied to universities. This paper proposes a design technique of meta-modeling demand-driven curriculums and courses, based on the 3D software space and the software development process. This technique is proven to result in extensibility, flexibility and quality improvement in software design. Therefore, we expect that the proposed technique makes curriculums and courses possible to be continuously improved in many aspects.

In this paper, I propose the modular support of IT small companies that assigns specialist on each module and create the module corresponding to R&D processes to small companies in order to support technical difficulties arising in a R&D process of IT small companies. The number of applied target companies is 149 IT small companies and altogether 45 specialist who had supported 10 modules. As a result of observing for two years, I identified that the system helps the technical difficulties.

In this paper, we added that developed communication control system between the PLC of pressure machine and the control computer, and developed a new protocol in order to communicate between the PLC signal of pressure machine and the control computer. This communication control systems play an important role in transforming the PLC vendor self-interface type and between computer and PLC. This system has PLC access function to control computer on the backbone network, and then could be operated by PLC through this system. The benefits we can obtain by developing this communication control systems are as follows; First, we can improve the quality of goods and the management of materials using the communication network and then implement the centralization management. Second, we can decrease manpower for production. Finally, we can maximize the company's profit with the increasing productivity by supervising the equipment wrong workings in the central.

National technical qualification does not recognised degree of working-career in labor market and an industrial field situation. National qualification is supply to nurture expert manpower and accomplish of self-development and a duty accomplishment ability improvement at a side of personal. So, This study is purposed to find that a method for recognition of working-career on the national technical qualification system According to, this study is designed to questionnaire with BSC(Balaced ScoreCard), SEM(Structure Equation Model) with the delphi method, and is analysed using the AMOS 7.0 program package. Finally, This study is suggested growing to qualification standard for an examination a degree of master craftsman only under the change of national qualification systematization as a standard to operation and control.

This paper evaluates the efficiency of mobile content firms through a hybrid approach combining data envelopment analysis (DEA) to analyze the relative efficiency and performance of firms and principal component analysis (PCA) to analyze data structures. We performed a DEA using the total amount of assets, operating costs, employees, and years in business as inputs, and revenue as output. We calculated fifteen combinations of DEA efficiency in the mobile content firms. We performed a PCA on the results of the fifteen DEA models, dividing the mobile content firms into those having either 'asset-oriented' or 'manpower and experience-oriented' efficiency. Discriminant analysis was used to validate the relationship between the efficiency models and mobile content types. This paper contributes toward the construction of a framework that combines the DEA and PCA approaches in mobile content firms for use in comprehensive measurements. Such a framework has the potential to present major factors of efficiency for sustainable management in mobile content firms and to aid in planning mobile content industry policies.

Preeminent performance of construction industry are unattainable with poor productivity resulting in time and cost over runs. Enhancement in productivity cannot be achieved without identifying and analyzing factors that adversely affect productivity. The objective therefore is to propose a productivity analysis model to quantify the probability of effect of factors influencing productivity by using fuzzy logic incorporated with relative importance index method, for various types of construction projects. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire survey was carried out targeting respondents of Indian construction industry, from four distinct projects, namely, residential, commercial, infrastructure and industrial projects. Based on questionnaire administered, the relative importance and ranks of factors demonstrated using relative importance index method. Probability assessment model to analyze productivity was then developed by using Fuzzy Logic Toolbox of MATLAB. The applicability of the proposed model was tested in seven construction projects and the probability of impact of factors on productivity evaluated. The results of application of model in the construction firms infers that the most contributing factor groups for most of the projects were discerned to be manpower, motivation and time group.

This study was limited Gangwon-do's manufacturing companies that participated in the educational-industrial consortium. These companies' present status and activities under implementation identified and interpreted by this study, therefore, are insufficient to be generalized into knowledge applicable to most of the companies in Gangwon-do. For more precise and detailed results, it is suggested to make further studies that cover not only those consortium companies but also non-consortium manufacturing companies in Gangwon-do. The results also suggest that it is necessary to promote some periodic manpower training programs in cooperation with local universities, to utilize professors and experts to build management strategies that can bring and secure the power of competition, and to construct a system of educational-industrial cooperation, as ways leading these companies to the 21 st century's type of business enterprise.

The process of railway traffic planning is composed of several steps such as long - term, mid - term, short - term, and real - time plan. The planning of vehicle and manpower resources is a main research topic in tactical short - term planning step Railway vehicle is usually consisted of a power car, passenger/freight cars and human resource is composed of engine driver, cabin crew, ground personnel. So far , power car was main research target in railway vehicle scheduling problem. Recently according as the light electric railway or high - speed railway is introduced, the operational planning of train set vehicles become important . In this paper , we introduce the conceptional model for trainset restoring problem and developed heuristic algorithm.
