In this paper, we propose a management system for positioning and indicating the surveyed control point using RFID and UMPC. This system is composed of digital control point, management system and application. The digital control point transmits information of the surveyed control point and the management system receives the data from the digital control points and manages the scattered digital control points. The system offers three services for managing the surveyed control point. The first service is control point monitoring service for identifying the change of location, locating the missing control point and the second service is control point search service notifying selected control point to user, and the third service is control point land management service for editing the control point information in the land. Therefore, this system makes it easy for administrators to access the control point information of the scattered surveyed control point through the country and enhances the managing efficiency.

Based on the analysis of the functions of ship management company, this paper aims to explore how to build the platform to transmit anti process the information about ships by means of modern information management so as to solve a series of problems caused by blockages in information transmitting in present ship’s management. The paper also talks about the necessity of establishing various resource bases and using different information communicating methods to realize the resource sharing and intellectualization of ship’s business.

Knowledge management is a current management concept dealing with information gathering and implementation processes for the organizational performance advantage. The study investigates knowledge management in two perspectives: internally, Organizational information processing structure and externally, strategic issue management system. The study proposes the existence of filtering processes in the organizations. Based on this argument, the authors propose that organizations need to employ strategic issue management system for the successful implementation of knowledge management.

A web-based program life-cycle management(PLM) system is introduced to implement the system engineering processes and to provide the development teaceability online. This information system aims for the realization of essential system engineering management techniques currently applied to the space launch system development program including management of configuration and data based on the work breakdown structure(WBS), WBS, bill of materials and properties. The system enhances communication and gives access to the development data with relevant information such as data-to-data relation and approval status/history through the web, and preserve all of the development data throughout the program life-cycle. Further improvement of the system is planned to implement the program managrment pricesses and to provide integrated information useful for the programmatic decision making.

An expert network administrator is not always stationed as disasters happen. In that case, it is desirable that a novice administrator is capable of taking part in network recovery operations as well. In this paper, aknowledge-based network management system in emergency situations is presented. We use the Active Information Resource based Network Management System (AIR-NMS) to relieve the human administrator from parts of her management tasks and present an interface that remotely can control this management system. The effectiveness of the system is demonstrated by experiments using a prototype system.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스는 이용자 요구에 실시간으로 유연하게 컴퓨팅 자원을 제공하고 사용량만큼 과금하는 고효율의 차세대 IT 서비스이다. 그러나 이용자는 데이터를 '위탁'하고, 인프라, 플랫폼, 어플리케이션 서비스를 '제공'받는 '위탁/제공'의 서비스 구조와 적용기술, 자원공유, 데이터센터 위치 등으로부터 비롯된 많은 위협에 직면해 있다. 클라우드 서비스 도입의 가장 큰 걸림돌로 작용하는 보안과 신뢰성을 담보하기 위해서는 객관적인 평가 기준이 필요하다. 지금까지 정보보호관리체계는 조직의 보안관리 및 IT 운영의 보안 지표로 활용되어 왔다. 그러나 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스는 기존의 조직 내 IT 환경과는 다른 관점의 보안관리와 평가기준이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 특성에 맞는 정보보호관리체계를 설계하기 위하여 클라우드 서비스의 핵심요소를 위협관리영역으로부터 도출하고 기본적인 보안관리가 누락되지 않도록 기존 정보보호관리체계의 모든 통제영역을 포함하고 있다. 또 온라인 셀프환경에 따른 서비스 이용을 지원하고 서비스 계약, 제공자 사업현황을 포함하는 서비스 보안관리를 추가하여 설계한다.

우리나라 산림행정 업무의 대부분은 서류 및 대장에 의존하고 있는 실정으로 신속, 정확하고 다양한 업무 처리를 위해서는 첨단의 공간정보기술을 이용한 과학적인 산림정보 관리시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 특히 지리정보시스템(GIS)과 항공사진 활용기술의 도입은 산림이용기본계획이나 산지개발, 산림자원 관리 및 산림보호 정책 등의 의사결정지원에 효율적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 GIS와 항공사진(1998년도 촬영)을 기반으로 주요 산림정보인 수치지도, 수치임상도, 임야도 및 관련 속성데이터 등을 가공하여 DBMS(data base management system) 내에 저장하였으며, 이를 기반으로 세부 응용시스템인 지번별 임야정보 검색, 산지이용개발 정보관리, 법정제한림 정보관리, 산림자원 정보검색 등의 인터페이스를 개발함으로써 산림 관련 실무자가 산림정보의 종합적인 공간분석 및 질의 검색이 가능한 산림정보 관리시스템을 구축하였다. 본 시스템의 구축으로 산림의 효율적 관리는 물론 경제적인 산림자원 및 임산업 육성과 쾌적한 산림환경을 조성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 부서들 간의 표준화된 공간 자료 공유와 과학적인 정보체계의 연동으로 산림자원 관리를 위한 집약된 공간 및 전자 정보화 인프라 구축의 기반을 마련할 것으로 사료된다.

초$.$중등학교에서는 교육인적자원부 주관 하에 개발한 ERP시스템인 전국단위 교육행정정보시스템(National Education Information System： NEIS)을 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NEIS를 교육행정업무뿐만 아니라, 국가인적자원을 평생 관리하는 정보시스템으로도 활용할 수 있음을 보였다. 그동안의 초 중등학교 정보관리시스템은 현장 적합도와 사용자 편이성이 미흡하였다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템의 재구축 또는 개정작업이 필요하다. 개정과 보완의 한 방법으로, 전 국민의 건강정보를 학교와 의원에서 공동으로 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 예를 제시해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 NEIS의 학생건강기록부와 의사가 기록하는 전자의무기록부의 건강정보를 통합하여 평생관리 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 구체적으로는, 학교와 의원에서 공통으로 관리하여야할 건강정보들을 XML로 작성해 보았다. 여기에 수요자의 요구에 적합한 뷰를 제공하기 위하여 각기 다른 XSL 스타일시트를 적용하였다. 이 뷰를 이용하여 건강정보를 효율적으로 관리하고 활용할 수 있음을 알았다. 이에 건강정보관리 비효율성과 유관기관간 연계성 미흡을 해결하고, 국가인적자원을 평생관리 할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다.

호텔경영 정보시스템을 사용하고 있는 사용자의 인식수준을 통해 IT(system)의 업무기여 정도를 파악하고, Business와 정보기술의 연관관계를 규명하여 경영정보시스템의 향상을 도모코자 진행된 연구로, 연구결과 시스템을 통한 업무처리는 우수하나, 활용율 제고를 위한 개선이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 특히 숙박업의 형태에 있어 호텔과 리조트간의 인식에 차이가 있었으며, 개발방식에 있어서는 외국산 PKG보다 자체개발한 시스템이 화면조작이 용이한 것으로 조사되었다. 시스템 에러와 관련해서는 근무연수가 낮은 직원과 그렇지 않은 직원간의 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되었으며, 기능적인 측면에서 고객후불지원의 경우 프런트와 예약부서간의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대부분의 경우 시스템 이용에 있어 발생되는 문제에 대한 즉각적인 처리나, 시스템 지원체계의 구축 등에 낮게 인식하고 있었는데, 이는 최근 기업들의 IT S/M조직(시스템지원부서)을 outsourcing함으로써 자사직원이 아닌 외부용역업체이기 때문에 발생하는 것으로 사료된다. 호텔경영정보시스템을 구축함으로써 기업의 현재 실행하고 있는 업무의 지원수준은 상당이 높아진 것은 사실이나, 조사결과에서 처럼 사용자의 요구에 능동적인 대처와 현업의 업무를 끌어가며 선진적 업무의 방향성 제시가 필요하며, 이러한 정보시스템의 구축은 궁극적으로 기업의 가치창출을 지원하고, 현행업무의 효율성을 배가시키는 시스템이 되어야 한다.

Although more than 99% of all Korean companies are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which accounts for a large part of the national economy, they are having difficulties in securing information protection capabilities due to problems such as budget and manpower. On the other hand, as 97% of cyber incidents are concentrated in SMEs, it is urgent to strengthen the information protection management and response capabilities of SMEs. Although the government is promoting company-wide information security consulting for SMEs, the need for supplementing it's procedures and consulting items is being raised. Based on the results of information security consulting supported by the government in 2020, this study attempted to derive improvement plans by interviewing SME workers, information security consultants, and system operators. Through the research results, it is expected to create a basis for SMEs to autonomously check the information security management system and contribute to the reference of related policies.
