This survey was carried out to provide a sound and a vibration level of bridges on the Han river. A sound and a vibration level of 6 bridges(Ban po, Cheon ho, Olympic, Jam soo, Young dong, Dong ho) were measured. The X-axis vibration level($L_{10}$) was $42{\sim}60$ dB(H), Y-axis vibration level was $41{\sim}52$ dB(H) and Z-axis vibration level was $44{\sim}77$ dB(V). The Z-axis vibration level($L_{10}$) on the midpoint of bridges was 68 dB(V), and on the joint point was 56 dB(V). The sound level was $77{\sim}84$ dB(A). The sound level of Jam soo bridge was higher than any other bridges.

Herein, we design a wideband $8{\times}8$ waveguide Butler matrix in order to use in a multi-port amplifiers(MPAs) at Ka-band. To achieve the broadband characteristic, we design a binomial 6-slot 3 dB directional coupler which is used to configure the $8{\times}8$ Butler matrix. The measured results of the fabricated $8{\times}8$ Butler matrix have low insertion loss of less than 0.3 dB, good return loss of over 26 dB and high isolation of over 35 dB within the design bandwidth of 3 GHz.

Human Coxsackievirus B5 (HuCoxV-B5) infection has been associated with various diseases such as myocarditis, aseptic meningitis, hand-foot-and mouth-disease, and insulin-dependent diabetes. HuCoxV-B5 is a virus transmitted through the fecal-oral route and is detected in clinics, aquatic environments, food, shellfish, etc. and is one of the more important viruses in public health because of its incidence rate reported worldwide. In this study, a combination of SYBR Green-based real-time PCR primers for molecular diagnosis including monitoring of HuCoxV-B5 was selected and the optimal reaction conditions were established. Compared with the previously reported TaqMan probe-based real-time PCR method, assessments including a sample applicability test were performed. Results showed that the real-time PCR method developed in this study was suitable for a molecular diagnostic technique for detecting HuCoxV-B5. This study is expected to contribute to efforts in responding to safety accidents in public health because the proposed method facilitates rapid diagnosis of clinical patients. It can also be used as a specific monitoring tool of HuCoxV-B5 in non-clinical areas such as aquatic environments among others.

Progressive transformation of germinal centers(PTGC) is a rare benign lymph node enlargement characterized by chronic lymphadenopathy and the presence of germinal centers with fused and expanded mantles within a lymph node that are 3-5 times the size of a typical reactive follicle. Although PTGC is reported in 3.5-10% of chronic lymphadenopathy, head and neck surgeons do not often experience this condition and its clinical implications. Althoug PTGC is benign disease, it could not be excluded the association with other malignant lymphoid diseases. Therefore, periodic follow up of PTGC patient could be required. We report two cases at this study ; a 16 years old man who visited out-patient clinic due to palpable mass of right cervical area, several months ago, and a 35 years old man who visited out-patient clinic for evaluating right cervical mass. Both of two patients were diagnosed with PTGC. In this study, we focus on the clinic-pathologic features of this uncommon disease along with other literature reviews.

The proptosis of 100 healthy Korean young people was estimated. The average protrusion measured with Hertel exophthalmometer was $14.6{\pm}0.51mm$ and $13.7{\pm}0.42mm$ in the right eye, $14.2{\pm}0.46mm$ and $13.6{\pm}0.42mm$ in the left eye by two observers(A, B), and so right eye was higher than left eye. There is no significant difference of proptosis between two eyes and among the visual acuity in the man and woman. The average coefficient of variation among five measurements by two observers was 3.53% and 3.10% in the right eye, 3.32% and 3.11% in the left eye. The mean base line by two observers was $106.7{\pm}1.13mm$ and $108.4{\pm}1.08mm$ in the man, $103.4{\pm}1.23mm$ and $104.8{\pm}1.02mm$ in the woman, respectively.

Human does information processing more efficiently using mental model at his understanding process. if We know what mental model is, we will know how to percept that. Similarly is it used visual mental model to percept visual object\ulcorner If it is true, we will analysis how man to understand. In this research, we have one experimentation to timid out that is true. So we did experimentation to know how man to understand new products by visual mental model. So we use 2700cc car's side view as stimuli. To A Subjects, we give them to see re\ulcorner size view before 120% ratio. To B Subject, we give them to see 120% ratio. After a experimentation, It is true that we make hypothesis that A Subjects percept this stimuli too long then B Subjects. Accordingly it proves human to use visual mental model to percept visual object. The result of experimentation, a testee use preliminary stimulus as basis of evaluation. It means that he use mental model as basis of evaluation of main stimulus. Accordingly development of new design can afford more strategic approach. Industrial designer who want to strategic approach can forced on high-weighted form attribute as consumer gives.

This paper concerns a problem of classification based on training dta. A framework of information geometry is given to elucidate the characteristics of discriminant functions including logistic discrimination and AdaBoost. We discuss a class of loss functions from a unified viewpoint.
