Entrepreneurship by seniors who have accumulated skills and expertise in the industrial field is very important from a social point of view. This study aimed at seniors to find out the major start-up capabilities of seniors in an economic situation where instability factors and uncertainties are amplified due to the social structure of jobs that has changed due to COVID-19 during the 4th industrial revolution and the rapidly progressing high interest rates and global supply chain problems. The purpose of this study was to empirically verify how variables affect entrepreneurial intention. In addition, from the perspective of mindset, which is the individual psychological characteristic of pre-entrepreneurs, we tried to empirically verify whether growth mindset and fixed mindset have a significant effect on senior entrepreneurship intention. The psychological characteristics of founders were approached from the perspective of mindset, and an attempt was made to apply them to the field of entrepreneurship and to obtain practical implications. This study empirically analyzed the effects of growth mindset, fixed mindset, technical competency, network competency, and funding competency, which are components of mindset, on senior entrepreneurial intention, and verified the mediating effect of entrepreneurial efficacy. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was verified that growth mindset and technological competency had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was verified that the mediating effect of entrepreneurial efficacy was significant in the influence of growth mindset and technological competency on entrepreneurial intention, and it was verified that growth mindset and technological competency are important variables in senior entrepreneurship. The study results provide the following policy implications. In order to activate senior entrepreneurship, first, to maximize the effect of founder education, programs such as customized entrepreneurship education that match the growth mindset characteristics, which are the psychological characteristics of founders, are needed. Second, it is required to expand the base of technology startups by expanding government support, such as expanding low-interest policy financing, for senior startups with technological capabilities and expertise. Third, it is necessary to provide institutional support for starting a business, such as providing a start-up program even before retirement, so that the expertise and technology accumulated by seniors can be linked to start-ups even after retirement.

Regional specialty products should be representative of the regional characteristics for a long time, this was not done for geographical research. This study examines current the regional specialty products on 12 web-site of the cities counties in 2013 and the products registered on the Tosan(土産) category from old Jiriji(古地理誌) in Chungcheongbuk-do. Futhermore, the study analyzed periodical change and regional distribution characteristics of regional specialty products. Major findings are as Follows. First, current the regional specialty products types are 4 products(crops, marine products, forest products, livestock products) and 3 manufactures (processed food, handicraft, cosmetic products). Among the regional specialty products, various crops and processed food were distributed in all the regions. Second, the traditional products types are 5 products(crops, marine products, forest products, livestock products, mineral products) and 1 manufactures(handicraft) that registered on the old Jiriji in the Joseon Dynasty period. The jujube, ginseng and honey were cultivated in the most regions. Third, the traditional products types are 4 products except for marine products and 1 manufactures(handicraft) that registered on the old Jiriji in the period of Japanese colonial rule. Its total item numbers of the regional specialty products are greatly decreased, but items of handicraft relatively increased in the Danyang and Goesan regions. Finally, regional analyzing of current local items shows that there are only a few regional specialty products(18 items) that have historical traditionality.
The purpose of this research is an assessment of Information Systems(IS) curriculums in Korea based on the IS 2002 model curriculum. Out of the 201 Korean universities, 60 universities have the IS discipline as a major or a department having an independent curriculum. Out of these 60 universities, 38 universities(63.4%) have the IS discipline in the business schools while the IS discipline in the rest of universities is located under the social science school and others. Information Systems as a field of academic study exists under a variety of different names. The different labels(Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Management, e-commerce, e-business, etc.) reflect historical development of the field, different ideas about how to characterize it, and different emphases when programs were began. The result of mapping the IS courses into the IS 2002 model curriculum supports the fact that management as a reference discipline that provides underlying theories for IS as a particular new discipline should be its academic home. Within the IS courses, information technology area is the most popular. and followed by information systems fundamentals area, information systems theory and practice area, information systems development area, and information systems deployment and management process area.

The purpose of this study was to the effects of case-based learning (CBL) on problem solving ability and academic self-efficacy in nursing students and was a quasi-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 121 grade 4 students, and the data collection period was from Aprill 24 to June 12, 2023. The research procedure was scenario development, preliminary investigation, application of case-based learning classes, and follow-up investigation, and the CBL was conducted for 2 weeks, 50 minutes per week. The general characteristics of the subjects were obtained by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and the effects of CBL on problem solving ability and academic self-efficacy was tested using a paired t-test. The results of this study showed that nursing students' problem solving ability (t=-5.70, p<.001) and academic self-efficacy (t=-3.25, p<.002) improved after applying CBL compared to before applying it. We suggest the use of case-based learning as a strategy to improve problem-solving skills and academic self-efficacy in nursing education. In the future, follow-up research is needed to verify the effectiveness by developing and applying step-by-step clinical cases at an appropriate level according to the learning content of nursing major subjects by grade.

The purpose is to increase the likelihood of physical education students for employment in public institutions by examining the priority for hiring sports-related public institutions. The subject of the study was purposeful sampling of a total of 11 persons including 4 sports professors, 3 NCS experts in sports field, 2 judges from public sports institutions, and 2 personnel in charge of hiring public institutions. Through this process, from January 3 to March 12, 2020, the importance of priority was analyzed using hierarchical structure analysis using the main factors of NCS vocational basic competency. All data are coded so that statistical processing can be performed. Using SPSS/PC (ver. 21.0) for Windows, the hierarchical structure analysis was used for frequency analysis and priority determination. First, communication skills (.231), organizational comprehension skills (.177), resource management skills (.128), interpersonal skills (.110), vocational ethics (.082), problems in the major areas of recruitment of sports-related public institutions Solving ability (.061), information ability (.056), mathematical ability (.054), self-development ability (.052), and description ability (.049) were analyzed in order. Second, in terms of evaluation items, communication is communication skills (.442), mathematical skills are basic computation skills (.512), problem solving skills are thinking skills (.722), self-development skills are self-management skills (.587), Resource management ability was analyzed in order of time management ability (.531), interpersonal relationship ability as teamwork ability (.382), information ability in computer use ability (.677), technical ability in technology understanding ability (.599).
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied to the analysis of triglycerides of rice bran oil. The triglycerides were clearly separated in five peaks by HPLC on a column packed with ${\mu}-Bondapack$ C18 using methanol-chloroform mixture as a solvent. Compositions of the triglyceride and fatty acid of the fraction was also analyzed by gas liquid chromatography (GLC). Each of these collected fractions gave three to four peaks in the GLC chromatograms according to the carbon number of the triglyceride. The fitty acid compositions of these triglycerides were mainly composed of C16:0, C18:1 and C18:2 fatty acids. The major triglycerides of the rice bran oil were found to be those of (C16:0, C18:1, C18:2;16.64%), $(2{\times}C18:1,\;C18:2;16.18%)$, $(3{\times}C18:1;13.7%)$, $(C16:0,\;2{\times}C18:1;12.77%)$,$(C18:1,\;2{\times}C18:2;9.16%)$ and $(C16:0,\;2{\times}C18:2;6.42%)$
The purpose of this study is to clarify the spatio-temporal patterns of changes in seasonal extreme temperature events in the Republic of Korea based on daily maximum and minimum temperature data sets observed at 61 weather stations for the recent 40 year period (1973~2012). According to analysis of regional average data, in spring increases of warm days are most distinct, while in summer reductions of cool nights and increases of warm nights are most noticeable. The similar patterns to those in summer are observed in fall, while in winter reductions of cool days and nights are notable. Regardless of the magnitude of urbanization, changes in nighttime extreme temperature events prevail in transitional periods between seasons, while those in daytime extreme temperature events do so only in particular months. In contrast, cool days in spring and summer, warm days in summer and warm nights in winter do not show any statistically-significant changes at most of stations. The sensitivity of seasonal extreme temperature events to increases of seasonal average extreme temperature is greatest in the case of warm days ($+6.3days/^{\circ}C$) and cool nights ($-6.2days/^{\circ}C$) in spring, warm nights ($+10.4days/^{\circ}C$) and days ($+9.5days/^{\circ}C$) in summer, warm days ($+7.7days/^{\circ}C$) in fall, and cool nights ($-4.7/^{\circ}C$) in winter, respectively. These results indicate that changes in seasonal extreme temperature events and their sensitivity to changes in seasonal climate means under a warmer climate are occurring with seasonally and diurnally asymmetric magnitudes in Korea due to complex climate feedbacks.

This study is to present basic materials to further selection of details of health care service bill and supply resources by analysing the consciousness of radiological technologist and dental hygienist about health care service bill proposed for prevention and early diagnosis of a disease through the improvement of living habit. Subjects were 359 of dental hygienists and radiological technologists investigated from 2010 July to September for three months. As the result, recognition level on health care service bill or its details was less than 30.0% but the opinion that health care service bill is necessary was 78.0%. In its additional item, radiological technologist hope to be maintained currently, and 82.3% of the dental hygienist hope to be added, their prefered additional item was dental disease. A dominant opinion was that dental hygienist and radiological technologist as a service supply personnel were included, and their intention to participate was 8.1 in average. In conclusion, the health care service bill is indispensable, but more systematic study is required based on collecting various opinions about major contents and service provider. Particularly it is inevitable to include the health human resources such as experienced dental hygienist and radiological technologist who had completed the regular course of health education and are having continuous clinical discipline.
Purpose: The consumption of processed foods has recently been increasing due to changes in the living environment. The purpose of this study was to identify the contribution of processed food to the nutrient intake of adult Koreans. Methods: A total of 15,760 adult people in the $6^{th}$ National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2013 ~ 2015) were included in this study. According to the Korea Food and Drug Administration's classification criteria for processed foods, the 24 hour dietary recall data of the subjects were classified as processed food or natural food. The processed food intake, nutrient intake and major processed food sources by food groups were analyzed. Results: Men consumed more processed foods than did the women. Consumption of processed foods decreased with age, but it increased with the education level and the income level. The total daily processed food intake accounted for 68.1% of the total food intake. The food groups with high processed food intake were beverage, vegetables, cereals and grain products, fruits, and milk and dairy products in this order. The top food source of each food groups were beer, kimchi, bread, processed apple products, and milk. After adjusting for age, gender, and energy intake, all the nutrient intakes and percentage of dietary reference intakes for Koreans, except carbohydrates, were significantly higher in processed foods than in natural foods. The sodium intake from the processed food was 96.3% of total daily sodium intake. The intakes of nutrients from processed foods, excluding vitamins C, dietary fiber, iron, and vitamin A, were higher in men than in women. The intake of sodium from processed foods was highest for people of 30 ~ 49 years of age, and the intake of sodium from processed foods decreased for people over 50. Conclusion: Korean adults consumed more processed food than the natural food, consuming more calories and most of the nutrients from the processed food overall total daily intakes. The intake of processed foods is expected to further increase in the future, and nutritional education and research on the ingestion and selection of healthy processed foods are necessary.

This paper has examined the origin of organic fanning, its development stages, its certification program, and its distributional characteristics in South Korea. Organic agriculture in South Korea originated in the late 1970s as several organic farmers' associations started to be formed. However, the certification of organic farm products, based upon the Codex guideline on organic produce as well as the FAO/WHO find standards, was not institutionalized with the year 2001. A majority of organic products are currently certified as farm products grown with low chemical input. Vegetables grown without any chemical input occupy the largest proportion of the certified produce, while fruits take the smallest. The average size of farms practicing organic agriculture is 0.88 hectare, smaller than the scale of conventional farms being 1.39 hectare. These organic farms are concentrated in Gyeonggi, Chungcheongbuk, and Jeju Province, where organic farmers' associations were first founded. The roles of those associations not only in developing and extending organic farming techniques but also in promoting organic agriculture to consumers were most critical in the regional development of organic farming. It would be desirable for local governments to promote organic farming in tandem with a whole environmental movement.
