This research was conducted in order to suggestion management program of Happy house center which facility of detached housings, multi family housing, and semi-detached housing management. This study's purpose is to systematically help create a district customized co-management housing management system among detached housing area by reflecting resident opinion and simultaneously provide basic research. The area of research is Sanjoen district in Ulsan city that compact old detached houses. The research study's results are follows: First, the overall survey results showed that most respondents demanded program of happy house center for housing energy deduction method and support of house insulation cost and heating fuel cost. Second, happy house center try to order of priority or housing maintenance and seek of cost deduction plan. Third, happy house center propose the Maeulmandeulgi(Machizkuri) program or housing management plan for residents' talent contribution.

This paper presented a literature review and investigation analysis results of total 19 present guide book and provisions of maintenance and management system in existing railway bridges to development of urban maglev track structures inspection manual. This research carried out a cooperated research subject 3-1, development a design code and maintenance and management inspection manual for urban maglev track structures, of the Center for Urban Maglev Program. Three types of track structures were includes as a major analytical parameter together with railroad, high speed railroad, subway and light rail transit. Bridges were analyzed a general rules, investigation, evaluation, repair and strengthen method as a key aspect. And rail were analyzed examination and maintenance also. This analysis results show that the track structures evaluation are based on the test and examination results, and repaired or strengthened consideration of deterioration, track irregularity and materials according to provision requirements.

Nuclear power plants(NPPs) are consisted of power production functions and safety functions preventing leakage of radiation. Operators working in NPPs shall maintain these functions during an operation period through various activities such as improvement & modification, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and surveillance test. According to the performance of these work activities, there are configuration changes in NPPs systems. Its changes cause the increase of safety risks(CDF) and plant trip risks. Recently, the importance of risk management is increasing gradually in the operation process of NPPs. Therefore, this paper presents the work management methods using the various risk monitoring systems during power operation and overhaul period. Also this paper suggests the optimum application ways of risk systems for work management.

In this study, Pavement Management System(PMS) was developed to overcome the unscientific pavement management limitations of the past. PMS program is economic, efficient and scientific. Also, it produces the best maintenance method through exact judgement and logical analysis of pavement condition. First of all, the logical algorithm, that is such as investigation and analysis of pavement, detailed naked eye investigation and the estimation for whole system etc., was composed on the basis of the domestic and the outside data on PMS and pavement condition data of Seoul metropolitan. And then it was verified that this algorithm is suitable through the research examples of PMS data and the results of detailed naked eye investigation. Also, Geographic Information System(GIS) was integrated on PMS program. Therefore, PMS program was developed so as to use easily on the basis of the logical algorithm.

At this project we developed water management program for sungju district. This program include flood forecast program, drought reduction program, irrigation scheduling program and database program. With these program we expect that operator can improve the irrigation efficiencies of the irrigation systems due to the timely irrigation on a right place, in a proper quantity and reduce the cost of maintenance. In agricultural engineering respect, the databases including water level, rainfall, the amount of flowing can be useful to the researcher who make a study of hydrology and hydraulics in rural area, Water management program record all of the TM/TC data to MDB format file per 10 minutes.

In this paper, we introduce IEC 60300(Dependability program management) into urban transit system, and propose effective method to apply IEC 60300 to Subway Corporation. The dependability is the collective term used to describe the availability performance and its influencing factors such as reliability performance, maintainability performance and maintenance support performance. A dependability program covers all phases of a system's life cycle from planning to operation and possibly disposal, and is composed of program elements divided into tasks.

The personal-computer software program named SAMS(Structural Aging Management System) was developed for the concrete structure of NPP(Nuclear Power Plant). SAMS is constituted of three part, detabase system containing various inspection data, operation program for standard input/output of the inspection data, and application program for efficient operation of database system. Using the SAMS, the field engineers can easily acquire the information about the various inspection data, repair and accidental histories of NPP structures. SAMS will contribute to the effcient maintenance of NPP structures.

This study explores the issue of program management consortia involving multinational participants. The aim of this research was to leverage advantages in program management (PM) skills and PM model improvement in product line construction in mega scale construction programs, typically funded by public funds. Such ventures involve multinational parties using dedicated partnering based on a program management consortium (PMC) to reduce confrontation between parties in complex circumstances, allowing an open and non-adversarial approach to project management. This research also seeks to implement an ongoing feedback program of best practices and lessons learned to minimize the repetition of mistakes and to reduce costs in sequenced construction. Recently, the Korean government has planned to undertake three large new projects: the Korean Peninsula major river maintenance, the reclamation of Se-Mangum, and the Science/Business City. This paper starts by providing a framework for the cost-reduction strategy for the United States Forces Korea (USFK) Relocation Program, which will be funded with public funds and a private fund investment (PFI) that combines programs executed by two governments as owners and multinational stakeholders, joined in the PMC. The establishment of project-oriented consortia is an innovative and non-adversarial approach to massive international construction projects. Such projects have used various tools effectively and skillfully. This experience may offer an opportunity to practice new and advanced program management delivery methods, and it is expected that Korea will gain a competitive advantage in the international construction market.

As time goes by, educational facilities have become superannuated and damaged; therefore, performance and safety of buildings have been decreased. It causes the decrease of service quality and deterioration of educational environment. In order to protect facilities from serious damages and deterioration, a consistent maintenance and repair program is required. The educational facilities can keep the good educational environments and also make better environments through the program. This study is made by investigating and analyzing the maintenance data which was collected from fifty schools in Asan area, Chungchengnam-do in order to derive foundation data for the efficient educational environment maintenance program.
